I just read on a thread that you should wait 5-7 days before pin same site (muscle i assume) how is this possible when you are using test prop daily?

With so many sites it's should be pretty easy to rotate sites and not hit the same area for 2-3 weeks

I have only ever done shoulders, quads, glutes. I read somewhere dont do calves. I tried biceps once and had bad luck

I have not tried it yet but Kubes swears by using slin pins if you are lean enough. I am going to try soon because I do no want scar tissue.

just double the dose and pin every other? so two normal daily doses just do it one day.

^^^^^^^^ All I use... they are damn near painless. Great for delts, lats...

wait is it 5-7 days per muscle or 5-7 days between each spot in that muscle because the area of quads that you can pin is pretty big im sure you could hit different parts of it more then once every 5-7 days....

Wait your saying 5-7 days right now i am now Monday/ friday. And i go cheek to cheek. Right\left. That puts me 7 days i use 22's i tried to push 2ml in my delt once long ester/ thick oil should not go there EVER

Use EOD instead
i agree no need for everyday even with prop. when i started this cycle i started with prop eod and i would go left delt, right delt, left glute, right glute. 4 spots eod you are good to go.

Thanks guys I I will switch to eod. I prefer LC method l/r glute ,l/r delts. I am not a big fan of quads every once in a while get that nasty charlie horse feeling the next day. I just had started quads so I had more spots to use

kubes I hate doing quads I have a gangta limp for couple days and it drives me crazy. i hate the pip limp
