Maintenance dose of AI/HCG/SERM for TRT lifestyle?

I have a friend who is a ideal candidate for TRT. I have never done it first hand.. yet. I skimmed through the threads to gather up some info regarding AI & HCG doses while doing a TRT regiment. I have heard from a person under a Endo's care being given Nolva regularly, too. Obviously, the answers are in bloodwork but curious what is a common maintenance while living on TRT? Any input from TRT brothers would be appreciated. Especially the folks who are under a doctor's care (TRT only, not blast and cruisers).

I'm under a doctor's trt however I run no ai nor hcg with it. Imo hcg is used in conjunction with trt if the thought of having more children. Ai is dependent upon ur body's needs. What I mean by this if u need to regulate ur estrogen then an ai is needed. Unfortunately we are all walking phenomenons and can't really base all recommendations solely on how respond to a compound. Hopefully this helps.

I am under doctors care, ai depends on bloods but have not needed as of yet. My last visit my dr talked to me about hcg and asked if I was having kids or was self conscience over my nuts shrinking. I am snipped so no kids and actual like my balls being smaller. I haven't crunched them in a very long time and been great.

Test cyp 100mg 2x week IM

It seems the consensus is 100mg to 200mg each week.

I first heard of TRT a few years back and the number flying around was 125mg each week of cyp.

E5D is a nice protocol for TRT, less e2 conversion and no big troughs and peaks.
