I have adhd......what was I just saying... lol. No seriously, I do, I ddon't take anything for it. It's more of an advantage than anything. Huge groups with too much peripheral stimuli get on my nerves.

I just wanted to see if there were any other wack-job, wing-nut weirdos on the board. :avatar_24549:

Looked into due to my school and now work life... Used to be pretty fine as i smoked alota dope when kid then drank a shitload as young adult. But now i dont have any suppressants except exercise so i get really f'n agiatated and cant sit still and concentrate unless i done something... Is that the same for u?

Also having a mostly natural diet has helped tremendously too!!

Yeah, all the way down to the way I self-medicated for years starting in my teens. Alot of that was directly related to my productivity. Like self-imposed expectations I put on myself however "un"-realistic.

In general however, the ability to do multiple tasks and think ahead for things is a benefit more than anything. Alot of people just assume that someone with adhd just cant focus or complete anything which isnt always the case. But not being able to slow your mind down and certain situations sort of overstimulating u and making you agitated or at the least slightly distracted kinda takes management and awareness

I have adhd and my mind bounces off the walls sometimes. I have a new remedy for it and it has helped me more than any drug I have taken before. I started taking kratom for 2 months now and it really helps me to focus on everything when I am on it.

Yep, another one here.
Sometimes it can be a blessing but most of the time it's a real bummer and I have to be very careful on how I manage it.
I used to self medicate heaps with dope, alcohol & benzo's to the point that I don't know how i'm still alive.
Also, I used to take meds for it but found the side effects far to restrictive, such as complete loss of sexual drive, walking around like a zombie & huge cravings for alcohol.
I'm off all of the above and thank god for the body building community as everyone has really helped me get off the above, go straight, train hard and enjoy my life.
