Hey guys whats the best AI. I'm one of those guys that never used them per say unless I noticed sides, but learning from BOP I need one any way to keep the estrogen down. Doing 750 TE and 300 Eq per week

Some prefer aromasin and some prefer adex. Just depends on what you are comfortable with. I have always preferred aromasin

In order of most potent to least potent AIs

Letrozone
Aromasin
Anastrozole

Unlike SERMs, AIs can have a negative impact on cholesterol profiles. Also, some estrogen is needed for growth, so high doses of AIs could inhibit muscle growth.

I agree letro is by far the strongest, but adex is much stronger than aromasin. Especially when you dose adex at .25mg compared to aromasin at 12-25mg. Also some find it difficult to manage e2 on high dosed cycles using aromasin because it is in fact, kind of weak. For moderate cycles (test<750mg) aromasin will probably work great. For high dosed cycles I'd use adex because it is shown to be more effective at lowering e2.

Just curious why the EQ so low?

its 400 eq I typeod Should it be higher? Ive always been told to keep whatever test higher than anything else to prevent loss of sex drive

Your right about keeping the test higher. I've always had good luck with EQ at around 500-600, I mainly use it for endurance.

Aromasin for me or adex love em both esp for contest prep

Arimadex during off season and letro during prep (definitely the strongest!) Never was a big fan of aromasin really but you can use any of the three.
