1st cycle critique

First off I want to start by saying how trilled I am to be a part of this community. Everyone is so helpful and I have been able to find a lot of valuable info on here. After all the research I have done I would like to hear some opinions on how I plan my first cycle. I am 30+, 185 lbs, 15% BF, 5'10". Very healthy. I just want to reach that next level. I am posting my cycle below which includes my PCT. I would like to hear your opinions. Thank you BoP.

Weeks 1-4 Methan10 40 mg per day
Weeks 1-10 500mg Test Cyp per week
Weeks 1-12 Anastrozole 25 mg per day
Weeks 12&13 HCG, 500iu MWF
Weeks 12-13 Anastrozole 25 mg per day
Weeks 12-14 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Weeks 14-16 Anastrozole 12.5 mg per day
Weeks 14-18 Nolvadex 20mg per day

I hope you mean aromasin and not anastrozole at 12.5mg and 25mg per day. Other than that I'm not sure what Methan10 is, perhaps a PH? Also I'd recommend clomid post cycle, only thing that will kick your natural test back into production.

1) I assume Methan10 is Dbol - if so, that's a good plan regarding the AAS.
2) As enrod said - you don't want to be taking 25mg of anastrozole. I assume you mean Aromasin (exemestane). If so - I would satrt with 12.5mg ED and adjust from there as needed. Don't start with 25mg, as that is essentially the highest effective amount - start with a mild dose and adjust up if needed. (if you get sensitive nips, too much bloat, erection issues, etc.)
3) Also as enrod said - Run 50mg of clomid and 20mg nolva for the entire 4 week PCT - and run the masin at 12.5mg ED straight through PCT and two weeks beyond the clomid/nolva combo.

Yes aromasin at 2.5 mg Ed or Adex at .25 mg eod. Hcg at 250 iu 2 x EW. The least amount of hcg the better. I would add another seem to your pct as well. Clomid is tried and proven but if you do not like it the I would add torem

Sorry guys, I was mistaken on my dosage. It is Anastrozole (as purchased as part of a stack from international source) at .5mg a day through cycle, then .25mg per day during last two weeks of PCT.

Thank kubes. How would you suggest I work the Clomid in with my PCT? Is there anything I should be concerned about using both nolva and clomid together?

Just take the pct meds before bed so you can sleep through any sides that might come up. Nolva 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50
