View Full Version : beginner cycle info for a friend

Hey brothers I got a friend of mine on a cycle and it his first one ever. I have him doing 1 dbol 50mg pill a day and 500mcgs of cyp a week how ever the first 5 weeks I had him doing test prop with the cyp and dbol. He is 21 and is eating about 5000 calories a day. The bad thing is he isn't seeing any results and he is going to be starting week 6 monday. Is the dosage to low? I thought it would be a good beginner cycle for him. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like u gave him solid guidance mate. What are them 5000 Cals made up of??? Is he smashing cardio or workouts? Is he using a trusted source?

Chicken beast, clean carbs, and mostly all healthy foods. The kid was already pretty solid. Very good source I gave him BNSF products.

Is that a typo? The 500mcgs? That's an issue if it isn't. If he was dosing the prop in mcgs also that would be a problem. But it still doesn't explain the dbol.

No 500mcgs of cyp and 200mcgs of prop.

Sorry it was a typo. Mg not mcgs. But it was 2 cc of cyp and 2 cc of prop for the first five weeks. Now I have him doing just the 2 cc of cyp.

You did put him on a very good first cycle op and looks like u gave him good guidance. Results in the form of increase strength or weight increase from the dbol should have been seen a few weeks ago so im guessing the gear he has is bunk or hes not actually pinning it.

If he is doing what you said there is no way he shouldnt be gaining unless he isnt really workingout or eating or pinning like they said,

vweek 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate 250-500 per week
week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
week 13-15 take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

Why? 5k on cycle and busting your ass aint shit. Id up it to 7k.
