I few meets back I had allot of weight to drop and went on this low calorie eating plan. Since then I have been able to maintain my weight loss, and have adopted the eating plan as my average eating. I carry allot of muscle mass and keep the calorie intake as clean as possible .

Brother if you have not tried the Halo contact PSL and get some, my last cycle I experimented with Halo and the mg per day. I was frustrated as I did not feel or see any results until (drum roll) I did 40mg per day and like a light switch the gear kicked in. The results was incredible as my muscles had this crazy ass 3D look.

I am in II weeks on this cycle and my physic has changed drastically "looking thick and vascular". Today it took everything in my power to get out of the gym as so many members where asking what the hell i was taking for these fast results. As I explain the calorie intake they where taken back at how my physic has change in such little time. Of course we all know the real secrete.
This week was mostly centralization with split session of traditional and sumo dead lifts, numbers are decent at the 525 pound mark. Bench seems to be lower in weight as I am experimenting with the training dates and time.

Here it is folks:
starting weight was 222.5
2 weeks in and I weight in at 216
dead lift numbers increased by only 30 pounds,
bench press is still average (at this time I am okay)
Squats focus at this time is volume as I priortoize on speed and volume roughly 80% in a series 5 sets reps at 4 to 5 weight used is 413
Next week I will be utilizing resistance and critiquing my fluxtor movements to increase on explossion from the negative

This week was extremely busy as i did venture "by invitation" to other gyms and trAIN with some other competators

Tomorrow I will do a single training session and focus on the lower part of benching the movement from chest to mid point followed by lateral training...

I say this with the most aggressive voice I can use "lift heavy!"

Side effects:
Acne 2 weeks in and I have oily skin and have broken out on what looks to be a series "village of acne" using some accutane "Ipledge" that a friend provided and its clearing up relatively fast.
Joints are soar "fuck I hate that feeling"
At this time that is all I have to report as I am only II weeks in cycle...

And for those brothers that perform like a porn star "the one eyed ball midget" is representing strong and standing tall..

I was caught off guard as the 30 pound increase occured, but respected that it did. I have at least another 40 pounds to increase before stepping on the plattform. Thats were the Halo T will come into play, I have been tossing the idea around about having a carb load every other week....

Week four, and I have sever joint pains, rotator cuff is in extreme pain and is effecting my bench. Any suggestions on getting through this, I am still roughly 5 weeks out from my next competition and need to keep on training as the 5 weeks will fly by.
Any suggestion on what to take? HGH? deca? lets hear what advise "first hand experience" you have.

I believe these joint pains are from the tren "E"

Sounds like others have experience the same, however I have not found the answer

Due to some many difficulties i was not able to keep this log up to date. Definitely did not produce what I was looking for. The last 3 weeks I had to add Deca in the mix to get the joints dubbed.
I truly believe that the HALO saved the day as new state records where set at the competition...

Results on the Halo are fucking incredible, the rebound is pretty intense as well. I am reaping the benefits even after being off of Halo for 2 week, muscle and cuts look 3D... Good stuff going to be placing another order soon..
