how much primo do yall reccommend running per week? and since im cutting down once i reach my goal bf, i know it adds lbm... id like to stay at a certain weight.... what do yall suggest as i have never run primo before in my life lol... just about everything else though lol

I'm glad to see people suggesting sensible dosages with primo, I see a lot of so called experts claiming double those mg's.

ill be taking 125mg test e, 300 eq for ligements and primo at 5-600 per week... im currently 6ft 262lbs at 13 percent i am cutting down to 11 percent by september i was just wondering since it adds lean mass would i gain wieght with it...ive never used it...i hear it helps one stay lean.... primo is the only aas i havent used other then npp and a few other things... i live on cutstack lol

I doubt you'll gain weight from it... I notice vascularity and sense of well being while on it... 125 mg Test E? Per week? That's low bro? How long is your cycle going to be? We are similar in size as I'm 6-1 #257 @ 12% right now... What I'm getting at, if your not planning on running a 16 plus week cycle, maybe try some NPP out for your joints and ligaments rather than the EQ... I've never ran such a low dose of test before either, so I'd be interested in hearing your results! Good luck!

400 min of primo, for your size I would say 600mg a week would be perfect.

I run 800 for cutting but if its 1st ur body will respond great at 500-600
