Post cycle?

Maybe I'm not reading some of these articles fully, but im confused. I just started my very first cycle. Test cyp. Am i supposed to take an anti estrogen like Nolvadex WHILE I'm taking the test? I thought once the 10-12 week cycle was done, i was supposed to wait about 2 weeks for it to clear out of my system, THEN start the anti estrogen? ?? Also, what is the best anti estrogen to take and what dosage?

there are different types of AI's. while nolvadex does have anti-estrogen proporties it also has effects counter productive while on cycle. Aromasin should be used on cycle and once your compounds clear at the end of your cycle, then yes, novla should be used

Keep it simple. No need to run any AIs (aromatose inhibitors) for your first cycle, unless you find yourself being very sensitive to estrogen (you'll notice it in your nips first) look into getting some arimidex if its needed. I'd recommend running clomid and nolvadex post cycle 2 weeks after your last shot:
Clomid 100mg and Nolva 40mg weeks 1 & 2
Clomid 50mg and Nolva 20mg weeks 3 & 4

See, i wish i had ran an AI my first cycle so i didn't have to find out i was sensitive. Even though i had arimidex to bad i didn't have aromasin. In short 6yrs, 4 bottles of letro and 1 gyro surgery later i never run less then 12.5 of aromasin ED
