How to bring down estrogen

Hey guys i have a friend hes 61 yrs old,been into bodybuilding forever dunno exactly how long.hes done a few cycles but now is on wat im assuming TRT.hes running 250mg of test a wk.but he said that his estrogen level is at 350.wayy above normal and his dr. Put him on some kind of fertility pill to bring it down some wich it has....i know it might sound funny but i really feel for him.i have always looked up to him,hes been like a mentor to me...and just want to help him out.do u guys think he should get on some kind of AI??any suggestions would be great.thanks alot fellas..

250 is an awful high trt dose, thats more like cruising. Depending n this test level he should lower his test dose if he is well out of range as far as test goes.
Anyway at 350 I would def say an ai like dex or stane is in order, yes.

He said at 250 a wk his test level was at 850ish Suppose to get blood work today and see if his estrogen has gone down anymore.thx for ur input man.

Adex 1 mg eod or amorisan 12.5 mg eod should do the trick I like the adex better myself

I agree that 250mg/week is pretty damn high for TRT levels. Too high in my opinion.

So in u guys opinion if hes not on trt and goes to dr. For test shot,wat do u think its for??

I'm 41 and run my test on cruise/TRT at 125cc e4d or about 220 a week and my test holds anywhere from 650-950. I also run aromasin at about 10mg every 12 hours and it keeps my estrogen at 10.5, the lower end of normal. If he takes aromasin, run it every 12 hours, it's half life is about 10 hours. Aromasin is better on lipids and also frees up bound testosterone unlike the other AI's. He needs to get the estrogen under control for sure.

Thanku bro for ur help...i had suggested the ai to him but he said he wanted to see wat bloodwork shows his estro level at...hopefully he listens and gets on it.
