Hello All,

Great Anabolic Routine:
Hypertrohpy Specific Training
Note the period indicates repitions the x indicates sets

Today's Log:
Perfect Work Out Routine
Warm Up:Run 2percent incline at 8.5mph 3min walk 30sec 8.5mph 2.5min (stopped after breaking sweat)


Wide Squats pushing toes only 45deg ext. rotated hips/feet 65.10, 115.7, 165.5, 205.4, 245.7, 255.7 270.7 ALL SLOW REPS (VMO perfectly targeted IMHO)

Dead Lift 155.10, 245.6, 295.7, 315.3pause then 315.4, 355.1
Bench Press Rev Grip 65.10, 115.4, 165.3, 205.3, 245.7, 245.7, 255.7
CG Parallel Row 255.10x2
Crusher-Pulliver 60.10, 70.6+ 3 more reps in "California Press"
Straight Wrist curls (supinating) 55.7x3

Superset (vertical loading),
•Laterals (above head/full ROM)
40s.10x2 struggled on 3rd set last few reps
•Dec Sit Ups BW+75lb DB 10reps (very difficult after 5 or 6th repetition but completed 2 sets
]Total elapsed time: 75min (inc. rest & warm up)

Full Body, very satisfying, got an excellent pump all over (skipped calve isolation because they were worked "somewhat isometrically while squatting and rowing)

My weak spots are my VMOs (teardrop) and eating empty calories (suger-addict).
