I have been giving myself shots of decadron ,which is a corticosteroid, to help with different pains like tendinitis, back pain, and sore shoulders. It really helps with inflammation and I feel pretty good after a shot for a while. I just don't want to over do it because I've heard they are bad for you in the long run and can cause other problems. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on this drug? Has anyone else self medicated themselves with this?
