Just came off cycle a week ago. Hope I don't just fall off the deep end. First time for me so any help on what I might go through would be helpful. I'm on a PCT.

Did you do standard PCT ?

Random ideas
-MK-677 or some other peptides
-Creatine and Vanadryl Sulfate
- Excercise high reps and don't test your strength
- Don't think of it as being off cycle but planning for larger goal !!
Good luck

Don't stop eating! What does your PCT plan look like? Have you ran it past everyone here to make sure you're good to go?

Some supps I like taking during PCT:

Cialis, Maca, vit E, fish oils, vit C, multivitamin, B-complex inj, L-glutamine, L-arginine, DAA (some say it's BS...I use it though), GHRP-6 + MOD GRF 1-29 + Ipamorelin

4 week PCT plan

40, 40, 20, 20 tamoxifen

100, 100, 50, 50 Clomiphene

Im sure you know this but NO HCG during PCT.

The biggest problems with people and PCT? psyching themselves the fuck out. Your body is normalizing, you may not have the best moods,
you may possibly not sleep "as well". You may be bitchy. BAMBEE may make your cry when his mother gets shot. Just remember, its hormones
normalizing and you were just a "superman" and now your are trying to combat estrogen and other womens hormones, so naturally you went from
being "the man" to "trying to recover to your old former self". Your still strong, you still look great, you still made gains. Everyone will have hard days,
everyone will have fatigue, you may not be strong, you may lose some weight. But YOU'RE NOT USNG ANYMORE. Your body just rewarded you with
the hard work you put it through, now take a step back, give your body a rest, eat some shit you probably wish you could have eaten while cycling,
and remember it is all in your head .. (well its not, its all in your hormones, but the second something goes wrong its poor me, or fuck you im in a bad
mood because I just came off steroids).

My advice? Remember where you were at, where you came from, how good life is, your hard work in and out of the gym, your results due to this hard work,
give your body and mind a break, eat a bit more, and remember "this too shall pass". If it gets bad (which it wont) you are just bugging out and try to relax
with a beer or even a ***** if you need to. I am not condoning drug use and especially not abuse, but we all have those days where we need to unwind and
relax. Come home, take a long shower, think about how good life is right now, and go plop on the couch and something inspirational or that you enjoy.

I relate the "PCT Blues" to "Roid rage" ... Roid rage - if you are an asshole now, steroids could and most likely WILL make you a bigger asshole if you use them.
If you sit there thinking well, poor me, this sucks, I dont feel right, blah blah blah - Negative attitudes turned into a negative outcome. Fuck that shit.

Again, THIS TOO SHALL PASS - and in all honesty all of my PCT I barely noticed any mood altering. Maybe the worst thing was waking up in the AM and having
low energy so I was irritable. Some guys just cant take the fact that when they are off cycle they lose some weight, and cant throw around the same weight, so
they get a "fuck you watch this" attitude which is end up with nothing but disappointment and hurting your recovery. I am sure there are plenty of guys on here
who have gone through a rough PCT in their lives PLUS real life shit like - (losing family members, jobs, girlfriends + PCT) but again,

Go in with a positive outlook and you will come out with a positive outcome... Promise

I could not believe how much of a crybaby I was during PCT, That's where people probably nut out not roid rage but PCT depression.

Doing pretty good been busy, had surgery on my foot so been out of the gym for a few weeks. But thinking of going back on with 500test e and200 tren a. Had some pretty bad sides from tren when I was on 400 so I think dropping it down should be fine. What's your guys thoughts?
