Any questions? I just had the surgery.

My case was considered "Large/Severe"
My case required no liposuction (because I am lean obviously)
Twilight anesthesia was used (no breathing tube, but I was knocked out 100%)
Recovery time (for me) took 20 minutes. I drank a coke, got up to piss, and left.
Midazolam is ONE HELL OF A DRUG/BENZO yessirreebob
The surgery took 1.5 hours from start to finish. Usually takes 45 minutes to 1 hour for "smaller/typical cases"
I have had gyno for 5-6 years.
I developed the gyno from drug use - Whether prescription or recreational, I am not sure.
It was no from steroid use but gyno is "generally" the same regardless of why it developed.
I developed it around the age of 22, not from teenage years on, although I did get it during puberty but went away.
Never developed or even had a "scare" even after doing 5 or so steroid cycles (I always did proper PCT but never ran an AI while on cycle)
95% of my gland was removed.
No drains were used and he never uses drains, so I dont see why any other doctor would? (extra scaring)
Pain is very minimal even though I had a severe case - I barely am taking tylenol. No pain killers needed.
Recovery seems to be. 1 week rest, 3 weeks jog/gym, 5 weeks can lift chest again, 1 year not noticeable at all.
1" incision under the nipple.
His nurse is fucking gorgeous Oh My God

The doctor obviously does not give a shit why or how you got it, just how he could help you. It was VERY costly
but I believe I went to the famous Dr. in the USA for the procedure. He has done over 1000 gyno
surgeries last year alone (2014), and 5000+ in his career (15-20+ years?). He is backed by many many famous bodybuilders, pro
and amateur. People have flown to him from as far as Japan and Europe to have him do the surgery.
While waiting 30 mins to go in yesterday people were calling from 5-10 hour drives away to set up consultations.

How much did it cost? I have a little gyno but I control it by taking Anastrozole ed and caber 2x a wk on every cycle I run.

~8,500 no insurance. Too bad I'm not a chick huh? Coulda had a NICE fucking set of tits on me ... AND A FRIEND TOO PROBABLY! ....oh wait, I did have a nice set
of tits on me :( LOL I work out to look great but dont want to wear proper sized clothing, take my shirt off around people, go to the beach or pool parties, what the
FUCK am I doing? Started ruining my life. This will be worth it all said and done.

If it is a minor case, I believe his cost will be anywher between 5-7K but I am not sure.

I think that is a good price compared to people starring at your tits. When I was in high school there was a guy that had bad gyno and everyone made fun of him and said he was a tranny, but he was not. If my gyno starts to get worst I am not sure but the VA may do the surgery. I am taking every precaution to not get gyno and it seems to be working. Thanks for the info!

8500 out of pocket? Did your insurance consider it a "cosmetic" surgery? I think my insurance would cover it either. Good to hear your healing well.

No insurance would cover it. Before I turned 26 tried to go through my parents insurance (with same company for many many years) but got booted at age 26. 27 now and had insurance with my past job and again no coverage. The first time I went to had to get a mammogram done and the doctor wrote it destroyed me psychologically (couldn't be intimate sexually, haven't gone to the beach or in a pool for 5+ years, stopped exercising causing weight gain, painful, couldn't sleep on stomach and would wake me up in middle of night due to pain, ALSO that it caused severe anxiety and depression etc etc - this was also under my parents insurance which again we have had for many many years and they said fuck off! Wouldn't pay a penny towards it). ONCE I had a biopsy done (they made me) and they saw no cancerous cells they said no way even AFTER the doctor wrote a lengthy letter as to why it should be removed because it went way beyond cosmetic (even tho in all reality it wasnt) and insurance gave me the middle finger, again. I sucked it up and saved for a year and went for the best doctor in the country (in my opinion) again backed by many many pro body builders.

I imagine you're talking about Dr. Blau. $8,500 is nothing for piece of mind, but it's still robbery.

Dont wanna be old

Thanks guys, I wore compression for only 5 days and now nothing. Pretty crazy when I've seen people say they wore compression vests for 3 weeks, and had other doctors tell me they will need to install drains? I wore a fucking ace bandage for 5 days, drain what!? Wtf were other docs ganna do, hack me the fuck apart!?
