View Full Version : Good workout routine for a woman - body sculpting

If this is in the wrong place, please move it for me. I went here because more women look here than any other place, I would imagine.

My wife has started working out with me. I know her workout needs are different than mine as I am looking for bulk and she is looking to sculpt. I would say, after looking over many pictures, she is looking more at bikini style look than anything else. She does NOT want mass, but does want to be fit and gain strength.

To that end, what type of workout routine should she be following? I do a reverse pyramid style of 4 sets with 15, 4, 6, 8 (and sometimes 20, depending on the muscle group) reps all done to failure. This will build good muscle, but not sure she should be doing it. Any help would be appreciated.
