We talking competition lifts or gym lifts here?

My competition lifts are well below my gym lift PRs, but all my competition PRs were drug free division as I didn't start AAS until 2 years into powerlifting.

Drug free, multi ply, 198 - Sq 501, B 363, Dead 531.

AAS, gym lifts, multi ply, 220 to 230 BW - Sq 600, B 424, Dead 580

Wow those numbers are impressive .. What's your best squat in sleeves? I haven't used wraps in a long time but always wanted to throw them in for a solid overload session

My best with sleeves and belt was385. Haven't tested that in a while coz I compete with wraps so not much point.

I only count if i can get 5 reps: D/Lift 160kg B/Press 120kg and Squat 180kg but i only really concentrate on squats out of "big" lifts as barbell hurts shoulder and d/l's end up hurting back but probly goin too hard too fast haha.
Theres sum awesome numbers up! Good thread motivated to go bigger.

Not a bad way to go about it fdd. I don't think I'd max very often if I wasn't competing. Way too many ways to fk yourself up with big weights...

I only compete in gear and probably will only continue to compete in gear. No plans to compete for a long time as right after my back was rehabbed I'm still dealing with my shoulders being fucked up from benching a lot in a shirt since I couldn't squat or pull during that time.

My best raw numbers in the gym I was around 220 to 225 BW and that was like SQ 340 belt & wraps, B 290, and DL 470. Only training raw at the moment as I can't squeeze my fat ass into my gear anymore and I sure as hell am not spending $1000 to buy all new gear.

I know a few guys who compete in gear but it seems like a pain in the ass to get all of the gear on lol I would literally watch them struggle or grab 2 to 3 guys just to put it on. More power to ya for making that commitment because it seems very time consuming haha

Squat 705
Bench 620
Dead 805

I weighed 370 when I hit those. I am 6'6 though. Im currently about 320 and close to those numbers again. My goal is to break 700 in a raw bench and 2200 combined. Starting a long Test Tren cycle today...have been front loading with Anadrol. Im hoping to gain 30 pounds of body weight and increase strength significantly. Hoping to hit my goals this year.

Fuck you guys are strong..recently was asked what my "total" was..didn't even know what that meant. lol So im 56 5' 8" 200lbs 12% bf. I've never dead lifted (looks scary as hell on the back) and haven't squatted in 10 years because of spasms in lower back. Been using sled ever since. My question, is it too late at 56 to get into power lifting. Especially with what I assume a weak lower back?

19 years ago. Best gym lift @17 years old. 6' 200 lbs. Deadlift 500 lbs. With chin spot. Consider to be my best because of age and size. Took 6 months to train. Started at 200 and went up from there. Pulled back muscle slightly and had to take of a couple of weeks. When I hit 500 I never dead lifted again. I moved on to legs. And fell in love with leg press. Trained for another 6 months and was 1200 lbs. @ 25 reps. I was stronger then most of the adult roid head men and I was just a kid. Still even being so strong it wasn't good enough. I wanted to look like the guys on world strong man. 19 years later guess what..I don't hahaha.
