View Full Version : draconians log from fatass to decently built in one year

I have a lot of lifting history been lifting pretty much all my life had ups and downs . last time I lost my job and had to quit so coming back from a long break .320 pounds is where I started 3 months ago now I have been taking photo's every three or four weeks to show my progress . although I still weigh ion the 320 are u can see a huge difference in muscle fat proportion and I am getting leaner and stronger will be posting pics soon . I will be logging training days and also food and what I am currently pinning in concurrence with weight loss and strength gains . I am ashamed of my photo's so much so that I cannot even look at my wedding pictures because I am so disgusted with how I did look well I am doing something about it and proving here with photo's . this forum has been a game changer for me . the mountain of knowledge and access to so many helpful people . it is because of you guys I am able to finally get my head out of my ass , so thanks everyone .will be posting eating schedule and routines later on tonight .and also what I am pinning

my diet consist of 8 ounce whole grain and oat cereal in a.m . then usual protein shake3 hours later then at three I eat 4 over easy eggs with a serving oatmeal 2 pieces of toast .the I eat at 6 then again after my workout I try to stay clean and under 2000 calories wich is working wonders its enough to keep me full between meals but not enough for me to store as fat.

now my workouts have changed a lil I usually pyramid up till I can get only six reps then I do 3 sets of descending sets until I cant do anymore gives me both worlds strength and also endurance training burns a ton of calories

I am currently running 1 cc of tren a mixed with 1/2 cc of test prop eod .going to throw in some d-rol soon going to try a 21 week run on tren . have to get pics up soon.

Good for you I know exactly where your coming just got back to the gym about 4 weeks ago myself. It came because I took some pictures of myself at the beach and holy shit it was a eye opener. Keep us up to date and good luck

so todays work out I am doing split routine I changed it up a little to give me some more rest time between sessions so today was shoulders back and legs

shoulder presses 3 sets x 20 reps at 135
Arnold press 3 set of 15 with 30 pounds
flys 3 sets of 20 reps at 25 pounds

lats seated row one warm up set 120 pounds x 25 reps
180 x 15
180 x 15
80 x 20
dumbbell rows 3 sets of 25 with 55 pound dumbells

legs start on pit shark warm up with plate 180 x 25 reps
270 x 15
360 x 15
630 x 10 plus plate whatever that is
leg press single leg presses 180 plus plate 3 setsof 12 for each leg
then glute burn outs 2 sets of 30 to 50 reps at 180
calf raise 3 sets of 90 x 15 reps
135 z 25
45 x 30 reps burn out
stomach

was a hell of a workout boys

today I had 8 ounce honey oat cereal at 7 30 a.m 11 20 one protein shake . then at 3 p.m 4 eggs 2 pieces of toast when I get home a couple granola bars it's off day so I have a park I am going to walk a couple times around with my son . then I will eat again at 9 or ten .

ok typical sat ate about the same food as always trying to keep it lite as for my split routine to day warmed up with 135 on bench then hit 185 for a set of 20 then hit 204 for a set of 15 then the 225 for a set of 10 then 135 for a set of 6 then back to 135 to burnout , nest was incline bench 185 for 4 sets of 15 to 20 . the decline presses with 180 3 sets of 15 to 20 . moving on to tri machine tri presses 100 did 3 sets of 20 then went to dip machine and did 4 sets of 15 . then I hit the tri rope for tri pulldowns 80 for 3 sets 15 then dropped to 40 and burned out . next I was so tired at this point my arms were fried so I decided go lite on arms did 3 sets of curls on macine with 90 pounds 20 reps and then single 45 till burnout . this kicked my ass hardcore

well I ended up with a slight bronchitis attack last week had to take some time off kinda of a big setback from my goal but can't do to much while u are coughing up green shit blah :ill23:

Man it's going around. I had it about 6 weeks ago and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!

One thing that helped once the fever had passed.....getting back into at least a little light cardio seemed to help. Get the lungs pumping a little and clear out some of the crud.

Best thing you can do, though, is take care of yourself so it doesn't knock you out any longer than it has to!

Be very careful running tren for that long especially if you're going to be using any orals - Tren is pretty liver toxic!!

I got some liv 52 on way just for that reason . I am waiting for half my order for my next run I dropped the tren and prop and orals last week while I was sick it was a good 12 week run . but I am pumped I rested and did some warm ups with 185 then holy fuck I pushed out 6 reps at 275 I was stoked I wanted to jump up and down like fuckkkkk yyyeeaaaa but I had to keep my composure . I know that doesn't seem like a lot but for being 3 or 4 months in it felt pretty damn good

I haven't posted in a minute but kept diet roughly the same still going up on bench did 285 for 8 yesterday with a spot and lift off . I was pleasantly surprised I could even push coming of my cycle but my strength seems to still be growing and I finaly have dipped under 300 pounds I weighed in at 298 this morning down 30 pounds so far

ok peeps tonight I am putting up some pics to show my progess over the last 6 months I am trying to lose slowly and fast at the same time lol not possible but I need to get my body used to being thinner . I know that sounds strange but I am so use to being big when I look down its like I go into a panick attack like something is missing its weird some one told me once that isn't good because it is sorta of a dependence or shield idk how to explain it but hey thanks to this site im getting to where I want to be

in the first pic I was 320 I am sitting about 290 at the moment I was 289 then I started my cycle so I gained some water

thanks man I know its long road to get to where I would like to be but to put my first pic next to now pic and the difference is huge looking forward to what I will look like in 6 more months . thanks for all the support it helps a lot and im glad im not the only one that can see a major change .

u have no Idea man the only fast food I eat is subway and I eat the same thing every day and at the same time I am big on discipline . and it shows it is still not easy for me I love food . and hard work and sweat I am taking a cycle break gonna go into my pct I am going to keep my diet roughly the same . it has been working pretty good but im 16 weeks in on tren and prop need a small break . going to continue on M1T for a week and then take att leats 2 months off . I hope I can still continue to lose fat along the way I want to be in the 250 range by summer time nxt year I feel that is a realistic goal everyone here has been great I am glad everyone has been so acceptant I still have a lot weight to lose but I am on the right track

been off cycle now for 2 weeks I have retained most of my size and strength unlike the deca cycle I did where I lost a huge amount of size really hurt my ego then but this last run of tren and prop I made all lean gains strength is incredible I have never been able to bench over 265 and even off cycle I am still benching 285 pretty impressive stuff I love tren . will be adding a new photo soon I am only not even six months in and such a drastic change I will continue to climb even though I am still weighing in at 290 I put on a ton of lean mass with tren

I start off with easy 135 a set of 20 then jump to 225 and do a set of 12 then I throw on 2 25's and a 10 have to have a spotter ofcourse for safety reasons that's just the beginning of my chest workout I spend about 45 minutes to an hour on each muscle group

haven't checked in for a minute gonna post more pics lost a little size not very noticeable so after cycle must be doing something right I have dropped now to under 285 and fitting pants I haven't been able to wear in over 2 years it feels good . I am looking forward to next cycle already have it planned .
weeks 1-4 50 mg d-bol-drol
with prop 1 cc eod and deca every three
for 8 weeks then I am switching the deca to tren at 800 mg a week for 8 weeks
last 6 weeks wwill be anavar 50 50 a day and winny at 50 a day .

quick check in off cycle for a few more weeks woke up today and decided to weigh in haven't done so in a week I am down to 276 I almost started jumping up and down . i have 6 months to go to try and reach my goal of 235 will post pics soon been really busy working eating is a second job and lifting been hard to keep up . still pushing 275 on bench pretty easy gonna log next workout so slowly but surely i am getting what i want

leg press 8 45,s 3 sets of 20-25
leg extension 120 for 2 sets of 20
legs curls 120 for 2 sets of 15-20
calf raises 94 4 sets of 30
then stomach
