Hey everyone, I understand that I am new to your guys' forum. I am a daily contributor on ASF and have my log running over there, but felt like I should share my log with some of the forums i've used in the past during my research phase pre-cycle. Anyway, enjoy the log, share anything you'd like to say.
Going to be a very basic cycle:



1-13 750mg/wk Test E - split Monday and Thursday
1-13 500iu HCG/wk pinned with Test E
1-13 12.5mg Aromasin EOD to everyday with incresed dosage depending on bloodwork

After last pin wait 2 weeks and then begin PCT

20/20/20/20 Nolva, 50/50/50/50 Clomid

All through PuritySourceLabs


Attached is my pre-cycle blood work with Estradiol at 28 and Test at 445(kind of low considering im 23), and I will be getting blood work done at 6 weeks as well. I am currently in my 3rd week of this cycle.

Nutrition:
Caloric/macro goals: 330C/300P/37F, ~3300cal

Breakfast:
4 whole egg, 1 cup egg white, 1 cup spinach, some random veggies
2 slice ezekial break
1cup oats+1 scoop protein+1 cup fruit

I alternate between 2 pre-made meals depending on what sounds better at the time, 3 times a day.

1. 2 cup rice, 8oz chicken

2. 1 cup rice, 4oz salmon, 1 cup cucumber, 1 cup carrot

Dinner:
14oz of either steelhead, tilapia, salmon, lean pork, ground turkey, or steak, depending on whats thawed out
1-2 cup rice depending on carb intake earlier in day
1 cup sweet potato
and 1-2 cups veggies typically either asparagus, or veggy variety

Shakes(post workout/before bed)
1 cup almond milk/2 scoop protein/1cup greek yogurt/1 large banana/ice/1 cup oats


Other shit:
10g creatine
10g arginine
Animal pak
BCAA's
preworkout
carbs pre-workout
usually a pedialyte once a week if im feeling a little dehydrated
atleast 1 gallon water a day. no excuses.

I count/record all my meals/snacks throughout the day so if I dont finish a meal at some point during the day I force my self to eat those remaining macros/cals at the end of the day. I also have 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar a day, random cups of green tea, sometimes coffee with minimal creamer, etc etc. We eat VERY lean and clean food. I don't play around with that fast food bullshit, or other shit with a longer shelf life than i do. I used to workout hella intense on only ~1300cal and 150g protein and since i've adjusted my diet and forced myself to eat the right amount holy fuck does nutrition help.


At beginning of cycle (24 AUG) I weighed in at 195.8, currently sitting at 210. Because I haven't made 5 posts, I can't attach my pre-current pictures, so in a few days after more updates I will shoot you all some pictures.

Weigh in: 210.8 again... Not sure if my scale is off or if im seriously 210.8 for the 2nd day in a row.

Today was Back. I've started to re-incorporate 1 exercise of GVT per workout to start throwing on some serious mass. Strength is getting insane each day now, way stronger than I was just 3 weeks ago. Starting to hit new PR's, which is why you see odd jumps in weight on exercises because the strength is going up quicker than I can figure out my weight-to-rep ratio.

Pin yesterday went great into right delt, slight PIP but it's still pretty virgin muscle. Pinned HCG into right quad like I usually do except this time I pinned on the outer side of my thigh instead of directly on top, felt 100% better.

Yeah my shakes are usually around 1000-1250 calories because of that. Only downside is that they are incredibly thick.

Yesterday was legs, we showed up later than we wanted to at the gym so we only had about 40 mins to work out because the kids daycare closed at noon.

Thank you! I really didn't talk to anyone, just did months of researching people's first cycles and advice from vets. Noticed your location says denver... where at exactly? I lived in Parker for 15 years.. Colorado blood here!

Last night I noticed a lump under each nipple with some pain whith pressure, upped AI dosage to 20mg ED and have Letro on its way right now. Going to dose letro at 2.5mgED for 3 weeks, but do I stay on the sin while dosing letro or stop sin and do letro then restart sin on last day of letro?

Pinning today went pretty good. I must have gone through a vein into the muscle because I aspirated the syringe and no blood drew into it, injected all the test, pulled out the needle and very dark blood came out and dripped, all good though. Feeling FANTASTIC in the gym lately, able to hit a lot more weight now on most lifts.

UPDATE on the Gyno: From various members advice I bumped up the sin dosage to 20mg ED +added in 20mg of Nolva ED as well (letro is on the way in case this doesnt work). So far I'm on day 3 of this gyno treatment and my nips are much less painful today and the lumps seem to be going down in size (definitely the left). Going to keep this going for a bit until its gone, if the gyno doesnt go away im going to remove the nolva and add .5mg letro for a bit. I ordered labs to check E levels and I go in tomorrow morning. Was supposed to do it today but I accidentally ate food this morning (supposed to fast for 12 hrs). Should get the results this weekend.

UPDATE ON GYNO: Bloodwork has been taken yesterday and the results should be here monday. Still taking the upped dose of AI as well as 20mg Nolv. Just got letro in the mail today, nips are starting to hurt a bit more so going to introduce the letro starting at .5mg

Today I decided to push the weight and get a max on squat. Guys.. the strength today was absolutely in-fucking-sane. I have NEVER squatted that much (below parallel), and everything today was all new personal records.

Update on Gyno: Got letro in the mail, after adding in Nolva lumps and pain were still there, added in letro at 2.5mg/day. Left lump is going down, nips look more like "nips", lots of join achyness probably from the Letro. Still waiting on blood work results.

Still going strong. Sitting at 217 right now (started cycle at 190). Sickness hit our house again so I haven't felt too great the past couple days. Test is definitely making me super irritated all the time, and I've noticed that the few times I've gotten mad, I got reallllly fucking pissed.

What are you doing to control your estrogen now. Usually getting super irritated on cycle (especially if its just testosterone) is a symptom of high estrogen but can also be a symptom of low E2 as well.

Right now im on all 3 AI's because I started to get gyno about 2 weeks ago. on 20 sin/20nolv/2.5mg letro ED. when i got my mids done E was sitting at 38. I plan on stopping the letro once the pain lumps go away but they havent yet.

Nolvadex doesn't lower estrogen it just keeps it from hitting certain receptors. Where did you get your Aromasin and Letro from? It sounds like it's either extremely underdosed if not completely fake. The Aromasin alone should have knocked your E2 down A lot lower than 38 and letro should have crashed your estrogen after a day or two at that dose. The only other possibility I can think of that might be happening would be if you're taking any prescription medicine that's interfering with the same receptors the AI's use. I believe its the P450 Receptor. That happened to me and I was miserable! I was taking 50mg of Aromasin and 5mg of letro a day just on 200mg/test/week and that went on for a over a year till I found out it was a result of the prostate medicine I was taking .

Things have been going pretty smooth as far as gear and lifting is concerned. My diet in terms of hitting calories and macros was absolute trash the past 2 weeks due to work, and sickness in my house. The past few days I've finally starting to feel back to 100% but thanks to work fucking me I've missed meals left and right this week so I've had to make it up in protein shakes ( bleh). However, since I've been in a caloric deficit the past 2 weeks I've noticed some fat loss. Workout from today:

Sorry for the late response, at the time I took bloods I wasn't on Letro yet, the Aromasin is from PSL. Been on Letro now for like 2 weeks about and the gyno is significantly going away.

This last week was pretty good. No real problems at all, work has caused me to not be able to count my calories, so I am just eating as much clean food as I possibly can (as I know what 3k cals feels like for the most part). Kind of blows, but thats my job.

No progress picture this week as I am pretty much looking the same, body as definitely worked towards homeostasis im feeling less effects of the test vs about 2-3 weeks ago when I think it peaked out, strength is still steadily increasing which is what matters to me over size. Started a new workout regime that sort of mimics what I've been doing, it's just better structured than my workouts, it's called FST-7.


Working on putting together my next cycle which will start in January, got a few ideas in mind, nothing really set in stone yet because me being new to all this I have many many things to try out.

Weekly update! Still sitting pretty at 217, 1 month left on cycle, and then pct a few weeks later. Overall this cycle has been insanely successful, and I am very pleased with how this turned out. I've learned a few things (as i expected) during the cycle, like for instance: needles. Next cycle, I'm going to use 20g to draw, and 25g to pin, instead of using 23g for everything. Also am going to look into better quality needles, and use slin pins for my HcG instead of using my current 25g for HcG.

Next cycle is 80% planned out right now, and I gotta say I think it's going to be an awesome one.

Hey everyone I know it's been awhile since my last update, had a lot of stuff going on at work so my schedule has been super stressful. Cycle is coming to an end, with my last pin being next Thursday. I took 3 weeks of Letro, and Nolv in addition to my Aromasin to combat the developing gyno, and the Letro did a pretty awesome job. The big lumps are now super small and almost no pain is present. Weight has been steady between 214-217 and I am more than happy with that. This cycle overall has been fantastic and super informative for myself. I know next time to buy different needles, which sites work best for me, etc etc. 3

Next cycle (starting in Jan-feb) is going to be strictly cutting cycle. I want to cut way down before I do a bulk again. Next cycle is

1-12 1000mg Test E
1-8 Anavar (starting at 50mg and working way up towards 80mg to see what works best for me)
6 months of Graytop @4iu a day
1-12 HcG @ 1000iu

Deciding on whether to do Clen again and incorporate it after the anavar stops until the end of the cycle.
