i superset everything bro.start off with lat pulldowns superset with bent over barbell rows. for 4 sets.

Lat pull downs, (behind head, chest, close grip, and single arm) 4 sets of each, seated low row superseted with barbell bent over rows, tbar and 5/5/5 dead/row/dead, I haven't been able to do the deads in awhile though

I avoid anything that compresses my spin. There are plenty of other lifts to choose from For bodybuilding. Powerlifting would be a different story

Same here, with back especially I try to stay with traction type exercises, tbar with the angle of the upper body seems to take enough pressure off as long as I don't go to heavy

Mine doesn't have one, either. Sometimes I jam one end of an olympic bar into a corner and load some plates on the other end for some ghetto style T bar rows. All depends on how uptight the gym owner is...lol.

im old school like bent rows using the bar a corner and some 45's lol 2nd fav would be seated rows
