Morning all. It's finally Friday. I'm taking a rest day today to catch up, get some sleep, get some food in. Ready for chest with tipster tomorrow. Arms last night started out slow. Didn't have the focus I needed. By the time I got into it I was good to go. But I was doing curls staring at the shit on the wall forgetting about what I was doing. Didn't get to the drop sets but still got a great painful pump.

Hey guys I'm back, I didn't get on this weekend at all. Had a great chest day with Tipster. Then decided to go bowling, that was a chore to say the least. Rest day yesterday. Went and got hella groceries though. 15lbs of turkey, 6 lbs of Talipia, buncha eggs, buncha rice, and a whole lotta oatmeal. I love shopping at Sams!

Currently on Spring break so working a little late and going to do some quads later. Going to enjoy the week off, already caught up on my homework and then some so I have plenty of time to relax.

Always loved Talipia, but never tried to cook up a days worth and microwave it, it's not the same to say the least but its still good enough to get down.

Didn't superset bis and tris, gym was too busy. But 4 or 5 exercises each and ended with abs and 20 minutes of cardio.

Quads tonight were fairly quick.
Extensions 4x15
Single leg extensions 4x15
Leg press 4x15
Single leg presses 4x15
Adductor 4x15
Abductor 4x15
Calf raises 4x25.

Then one set of tilapia and rice with a superset of a double scoop shake with milk and egg whites.

Maintaining weight decently. Still sitting at mid 180 to high 170s. Feeling way better now that the pct is flowing.

No Way! I don't like kids, it's a baby and they don't do anything. She walks around so you have to make sure she doesn't jump down the stairs or ride the German Sheppards like Horses. I can barely take care of myself, why would I waste my time off on Spring Break to baby sit someone elses kid. Not my cup of tea.

Haha I have all my liquids in the bathroom next to each other. They all look the same when its dark as shit. Well I ordered some Silendafil just for the hell of it, took that instead of exmestane one night, woke up about an hour later and she thought it was the remote and was like um no its late, bitch what am I supposed to do look at it for 4 hours. After 3 and a half hours of that and playing angry birds, you start to wonder if you need to go to the doctor!

Morning all. Did some light pump shoulder workout yesterday with come cardio. I don't mind cardio now that I can actually breathe while I'm doing it.

Did some chest tonight. I hate doing chest right after shoulders but didn't feel like back and rear delts that's for sure. Skipped cardio tonight, wasn't feeling it. Actually pretty hungry, until I got home and put food in front of me. Now I'm not hungry at all.

Morning All. It's finally Friday. Id like to say I'm taking a rest day because I'm tired and haven't had a day off in a while. But I get bored sitting at home!

Chest is still sore as hell. Could have put shoulders and chest together to save some soreness but that would have been too easy!

2 more weeks at this job. Then back to the construction labor life for me. Time to make some real money again, I miss being able to swipe my card without having to check my bank account first.

Just a year and a half ago I didn't have to worry about being broke, but I decided I didn't want to be a Laborer anymore.. Well, this job is going nowhere and they wont give me the money I deserve, so I'm picking me shovel up, putting on my boots and hard hat, and going to make some money.

Its rough work sometimes, but when you get to see commas in a check every week, it makes it worth it.

Hey guys. Been a nice boring slow paced weekend. Haven't been on here we know how much the app sucks. Spent today laying around and the woman prepped some food for me how nice. Hit arms yesterday. Just a sneak peek into the workout, I ended it with a drop set on both. Tricep push down dip machine dropped the weight 6 times. Total of 100 reps. Preacher curl machine, same sets. I was in tears by the time I was done that's for sure. 5 exercises each all supersetted.

Hey guys I'm alive. Just been a little off the past couple days. Still eating everything and training my ass off. Still sitting at 181 which I am okay with. Staying lean, staying on cardio about 3 days a week 20 min a day. Just haven't been on here to check what's going on. Birthday is Thursday so this weekend may be a gains losing nightmare. But Red Lobster Thursday night and Texas Roadhouse Friday for Lunch. I can get used to this getting old nonsense.

Back day last night.

Hammer Strength low rows, 4X15 reps slow controlled squeeze.
Single Arm High Hammer Strength Pull Down. 4X15
Bent over Rows on Smith Machine 4x12 1x15
Under Hand EZ Bar Lat Pulldown 4x12
ss with Bent Over Rear Delt Flyes 4x15
Wide Neutral Grip Cable Rows 4x12
ss with rear pec deck Delt Flyes 4x12
Low Cable Rows, facing an incline bench, using rope attachment. 15, 20, 15, 20, 15. One giant nonstop set for a finisher.

Felt great, looked decent with the little pump I've been getting.

Bloodwork Thursday so we will see if I'm still working like I should be. I might be a little low, but I also was so high for so long it was hard to remember what normal felt like.

I remember when both those kids were born and I just went to a 16th birthday! I feel old enough. The woman said the other day, oh I remember when this little girl was a baby, talking about a 3 year old. When we were at your house I said yeah I remember when this kid was a baby too, 15 years ago haha.

I would actually advise you not to if it feels like a pull or tear your only gonna make it worse. I have hams later not looking forward to it in anyway.

I keep telling him this same thing, he's a hard gainer for sure. Gonna really have to tweak his diet for him to get all the cals in. We need to add milk or chocolate milk to all his shakes and maybe adding a weight gainer shake in somewhere as well.

I'm alright. Finally got back in it last night, finally was able to eat a decent bit during the day. Got there, did back and rear delts, and had to stop to throw up. Not sure if I got too worked up that soon after being sick, or if my preworkout got to me but I still feel uneasy today. Class tonight so I may go ahead and go train in an hour or two. But regardless, I'm taking it easy because I don't care to feel like this much longer.

Your going to hard if it made you sick young buck. Overtraining is a real thing, especially natty so don't over do it.

Remember pic 4 exercises each muscle group do 4 sets 8-12 reps slowly and chase the pumps.

Today just finished up an all shoulder workout. Didn't hit them much Wednesday so I felt it was necessary.
Cardio everyday except legs. 20 minutes on the treadmill. I'm getting used to this stuff.

Food is getting more consistent, feel like I have to force myself to eat most mornings though.
Weight is still the same, right around 175ish.

Is it mid July yet? I want another run, I'm not back to normal yet and I feel like a sluggish old man.

Then for cardio, you guys are NOT going to believe me but I'll say it anyways.
I took a new preworkout called GOD OF RAGE. Holy shit, I've never done coke or speed, but I feel like its pretty close. I was at a 10 incline for 25 minutes at a 4.5 speed just rolling and sweating my ass off.
Then I went to class and I had to leave because I couldnt sit still and the teacher was getting freaked out by how fast I was talking and moving. Never felt like that before but I will deff take it easy with that stuff and use it sparingly.

Finished the last 2 exercises with 1 burnout quad drop set still using the same 5 reps 5sec pause pattern but until I couldn't move my arms, 2 minute break, start the next exercise and do it all over again, bad idea though because my back is still pumped hahahaha. Had a couple guys and 1 girl compliment my back so I guess I was doing something right.

Strength is absolutely gone, I cannot believe how weak I am. I feel like I've lost all will to live, eating has become a chore, waking up before noon is just a pain in the ass, and the gym has just now gotten easier. I think my week of sickness and time off, accompanied with not having a job are really taking a toll on me.

I probably wont be on here everyday but I will check in every day or two and throw up an update. Hell the title of the thread IS Log until New Years haha we're a little past that aren't we?


I'm thinking about mid July if everything is going right with work, I will start another blast so I can have some time for bulk and then some more time with the cut before the cruise in November, Maybe even join wifey tip for her show in October.

What am I going to do?! I can't deadlift what you can bench! There's like nopoint! I'm there most days. I was sick for literally a week and couldn't get out of bed, then like 3rd day back hurt my back, then our for another week. Fucking sucked, back at it now, told the girlfriend shit is getting real and planet fitness is not the place for me right now.

You're right. I'm up starting another day, eggs and oats. Off to work in a couple minutes. Switching it up and going back to chest and triceps, back and biceps, shoulders/traps/calves, legs/abs, arms/abs. 2 days off. Not in that order but those groupings of workouts. Going to see what changes.

Just this past Saturday. Had a cheat Friday night. Woke up. Did some fasted cardio, ate, went and did chest and shoulders and this was the result. Loving the results.

Pharma grade clen 160mcg/day
Pharma Grade T3 40mg/day

Pretty sure the last three doses are correct. Not 100% sure. This deep into prep I can't remember my own birthday half the time.

Diet got a pretty hefty cut last week.
High carbs on leg and back day.
Low carbs on chest, shoulders, arms, and rest day (whatever the hell that is).

As of today I am 25 days out. Hitting shoulders and abs tonight because I don't want to talk a day off. However 60 carbs might kill me today.

It better be. And the thing is. I don't plan on taking first. I plan on being in the best shape I have ever thought of. I don't expect to walk in and get first and be nationally qualified. Let's get real. I am doing this for me because that's what I've wanted to do for years now. Being "better" than everyone else is not the mindset to have.

I'm extremely happy with where I'm at and if I get on stage and bomb it cool I'll go home and be satisfied with the work I put in.

Up and at em this morning. Fasted cardio for 40 minutes on the treadmill. 4x15 on the ab wheel. And then eat some food. Low carb day today seeing it's an off day. Haven't had a day off in a while and an off week of Clen makes off days necessary. Exhausted and not feeling this anymore. But, 24 more days no big deal we got this.

Up and at em early this morning. Been up since 4am. Got to the gym at 4:25. Here's the lay out of the day.

Cable crossover
ss with Incline Hammerstrength Chest Press
4x12-15 after a warm up up 1x20

Slight incline DB press
Ss with ez bar tricep push down
4x12-15

Smith machine shoulder press
Ss with plate raise

Front raise
Ss lateral raise
Ss bent over rear delt raise
2x15 each.

Pec deck
Finisher. 1 set of 50.

30 cardio treadmill steady state. 3 incline 2.5 speed.

Will be back later for arms and a little more cardio. Looking good but still not satisfied. Guess I shouldn't have watched the Mr.Olympia now I have higher standards for myself.

Ss with ez bar curls. 5x12-15

Rope push downs 5x failure
Ss with seated hammer curls up to the ear for a full tight squeeze. 5x12-15

Flat head preacher curl machine 5x15-20
Ss with over head tricep extension 5x15-20

Finished with 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.

It's almost here...soon enough we will be on that boat eating and laying on our asses, use that to keep you going. It gets extremely ruff now...your tweaking the last little bit and then water manipulation will really have you drained bro. Stay mentally strong and push through it, in the end its all worth it!!!

Two in the hotel are the night before. And the one backstage is from before finals.

Ended up taking home 5th in the Novice out of 8 guys. And 3rd in the open out of 11 guys. Very proud of what I brought to the stage. Do I wish I was a little better, yes. Do I think timing was just a hair off, yes. I looked crisp the night before and wish I could have kept that look. Even after a two coats of tan I wasn't dark enough for my stage pictures to be worth a shit so this is what I got.

Definitely put on some weight since then, didn't reverse diet perfectly I enjoyed myself a little too much. But I have pictures and medals that say I was in shape once so I'm happy and ready for vacation!
