Hey brothers, Jtip told me I had to do this, and by the looks of his thread you guys love to hang out on these post too and let's face it we all can use advice from time to time.

Starting Stats:
Height- 5'10"
Weight- 163
BF%- Approx. 12

Current Stats:
Height- Same(damn)
Weight- 176
BF%- unsure but I can still see abs unflexed and honestly haven't worked them in a few weeks so that has to mean something good right.

Current AP Cycle.
50mg DBOL Every Day AM
1cc Test 400 = 400mg twice a week
1cc Deca 400 = 200mg twice a week
25-50mg Exmestane depending

Eating 5 or so times a day. Really a pain in the ass with work, don't know how late I'll be working most days but its a desk job and I have a microwave close by so its easy to pull meals out of my 6packbag and destroy it. So far I'm up quite a bit and strength is insane.

Thinking about dropping the DBOL at the end of week 5 and sticking to the DECA for 14 weeks, staying on the test, and jumping right into a cut with TREN and MAST to prep for my first show.

I have jtip and the wifey right down the road so when they get back in town I'll be training with them and he won't send me down the wrong path.

Training:
Sunday: Off
Monday: Quads or Hams
Tuesday: Back/Rear Delts
Wednesday: Chest/Medial & Front Delts
Thursday: Quads or Hams
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Bis and Tris

Incorporating a lot of supersets and honestly minimal cardio (running from machine to machine for super sets counts right?)

Thinking about hiring a prep coach come New Year to prep for the show March 25th, day after my birthday. But work is a little shifty as of late so I may not have enough cash flow for the gear after Christmas so we may just have to stay fat!

I really look foreward to all the comments and hints and tips from you guys.

2 things, 1 good luck with your first show. work hard and you will be just fine and 2 what deca are you using?? you doing 400mg or 800mg a week??

I was just getting on here to say how I've been slackin. It's going great. Back day was great, chest day was the best I've ever had. Finally benching 225 for easy reps. I can only get like 1 or 2 but they feel easy. Went off schedule and did arms last night and got sick mid way through so didn't get much out of that workout.

Hams tonight after work. I'll post the workouts I did this week later when I get to a computer.

Still staying pretty lean and vascular so the mindset is staying with me. I heard so many horror stories of getting fat, flat, and watery and I got concerned but still looking and feeling great.

Food intake isn't perfect but it's consistent. Your obvious rice and chicken/tuna, occasional Qdoba, oatmeal and eggs for bfast and a couple Greek yogurts right before bed to satisfy the sweet tooth. Not looking for a perfectly clean bulk so when the casino says come have a buffet on us, I damn near put them out of business.

Well as you see I figured out the pictures.

Monday Quads:
Warm up 3X25 Extensions light weight
Squat Press Machine 5X12
Vertical Leg Press 4X10
Front Pause Squats on Smith Machine 3X10 2sec pause
Back to Squat Press for 3 sets of 50. 10 reps from 5 different foot positions.
Finished off with 4x30 Extensions. 10 left leg 10 right leg double the weight 10 both legs.
Standing Calf Raises. 2ish sets of 12 pause reps.

I could barely stand at the end of the extensions so calves weren't happening.


Tuesday Back:
Warm up with light lat pull down pause reps.
4X12 Lat Pull Down
High/Mid/Low row machines Tri-Set 12X12X12 4 sets total increasing weight.
Reverse Flyes 5X12 3 sets increasing weight and 2 coming back down to starting weight.
3x10 Wide Grip Pull Ups
4x10 S.S. (facing an incline bench with a high pulley pulling down s.s. with a low pulley rowing up for pause reps) Not sure what its called but the low row burns my lower lats out.
3x10 Neutral Grip Pull Down.

Felt great going into this day and felt even better leaving the gym. Had a rough day at work and just kept telling myself it would all be worth it once I got back to my sanctuary.

Wednesday Chest/Light Shoulders:
Warm up with 2x20 seated military press/2x15 flat barbell bench press
Seated Military Press 4X12 hitting a max of 185 for 10 on the last set (PR)
Flat Barbell Bench Press 4X10 - 1X1 1MR Max of 225
SS Incline Dumbbell Press 4x12,10,10,8
SS ^ with Plate press down in between pecs and squeezing plate between hands
SS Shoulder Press plate loaded machine 3X12 {1,1.5reps =1rep}
SS ^ with Straight forward chest press machine 3X12 {1,1.5reps =1rep}
SS Pec Deck Machine 4X12 slow controlled reps
SS ^ with Lateral Raise Machine 4X12 slow controlled reps
Underhand Front Raise Front Delts/Chest 5X12ish drop set Burnout on low weight at about 18 reps.
Finished with 1 triple drop set of dumbbell front raises.

Insane pump, and the soreness was unreal but that's what I do it for it felt great.


Thursday Arms:
Lets start off by saying this was a terrible workout. Stopped half way through to puke and just sat there trying to get it together for a half hour. So its a short one.​​​

Warm up with Supinating Dumbbell Curls Slow Controlled 3X12
Slow Controlled Tricep VBar Pushdowns 2X15
SS Seated Supinating Curls 4X12
SS^ with Single Arm Over Head Tricep Extensions Dumbbell 4X12
SS EZ Bar cable Curls 4X12
SS ^ with Single Arm underhand tricep extensions 4X12
SS Straight Bar Preacher Cable Curl 4X12
SS ^ with Incline Skull Crushers 4X12
Single Arm Preacher Cable Curl 3X10
1 set of losing my dinner. Don't know if it was too much Beta Alanine ( sounds retarded but I added 3g raw to my HVOL Preworkout and I've taken too much before and the same thing happened so I don't know what happened. But the workout was awesome up to this point but I had planned to be there another 30min to an hour.

All in all this week has been pretty good gym wise. Been super busy and haven't been able to update but I will fix that from now on. Thanks for checking in on me Ski and Twisted, Jtip told me he left you in charge of keeping me in line haha.

I like being lean to an extent but right now I'd be happier with a little more mass. I eat fairly clean but haven't sat down and nailed down exactly what cals and macros I need. Just staying up near 3k and low fats to be bro safe. When jtip gets back from his 2 week adventure we're going to sit down and figure it out. I want it to be a fairly easy cut for the show. Obviously prep isn't easy but it can be way harder if you go into the prep at like 20% as opposed to 14ish%.

Dont be sacared of fat. its not your enemy. its not like some carbs and sugars. good fats help a lot, dont go to low. also if you need to bump cals good fats is an excellent way to do so.

Slow weekend. Decided Saturday I would eat a whole pizza and some Thai food and hang out with the woman and watch the new Peanuts movie. Did some back Saturday off Sunday and taking tonight off too because it dropped to like 28 degrees here so I'm freezing and my joints are not happy. Sitting around 177 before any big meals so I'm happy with weight. Strength is awesome as expected. This test is just making me need to find a few more pin cushions because the current woman won't get with the program. Haha. So if you know anyone in the Stl area get me in touch! I have the hardest time paying attention to this when it goes off on my phone but I'm trying!

Wednesday

Wide Grip Pull Ups 4 Sets 20,18,15,12 added a 5th set of 10 with weight added.
Behind the Head Pull Downs 4 Sets 20,18,15,12 added a 5th set of 10
T-Bar Rows 4 Sets 20,18,15,12 added a 5th set of 10
Added some Deadlifts 4x10
SS Cable Rows 4 Sets 20,18,15,12 added a 5th set of 10
SS^ Rear Delt Pec Deck Flyes 4 Sets 20,18,15,12 added a 5th set of 10
SS One Arm Smith Machine Rows 3 Sets 12, 10, 10
SS^ Seated Supinating DB Curls 3 Sets 12, 10, 10
1 set of flapping my jaws to the local competitors getting posing pointers, and headed to qdoba to spend some of my casino winnings.

All in all im feeling great. Dropping the DBOL now and sticking to the Deca for a few more weeks and running Test into my cut cycle of Tren and Mast.
Up to 179 with food in my belly and loving it, still staying pretty lean and don't look like a fluffy cloud so I'd say this quality gear is what is keeping me this way! Thanks AP you have blown my mind with everything you provided. Twisted and ski you guys keeping on me about this post is really what I need.

Safety Bar Squats (Holy Shit these changed my view on traditional squats) I thought I could squat 2 plates for a couple clean grinder reps. No. I got 155 for 6 ROUGH!!!
Calves
Tri Set
Seated, standing on hack squat machine, seated on weird homemade toe lift machine.
4x20, 15, 15, 20

1 set of abs and I decided I was about to lose my dinner so it was time to leave.


Boy are they killing me today. I'd love to hop on the foam roller and sort these soreness issues out but I think I would die trying to get on that thing right now, and then get stuck in the floor like a turtle and not be able to get up and go to work.

Only 2 more days and this week is finally over! Any huge plans? PRs not parties.

Nice happy to be of encouragement I mostly post short updates do to my work but it keeps me honest are you doing tren a and mast p or tren e and mast e it is gonna get u looking great my Man That routine does look like fun im a pull up doing machine it's one of my favorite things to do especially with weight whole upper body just gets such a good tear and stretch

I used to be the kind of guy that would set 4 alarms 30 minutes apart and hit the snooze once each for 15 minutes just so I could be on time and say I didn't have time to do morning cardio. Now I just go into work earlier because morning cardio still sounds terrible.

Yeah I completely agree. I've seen alot of friends lose everything they own over gambling. I go like once a week. I used to be there alot when I made way more money. Spent quite a bit and they still send me freebies, way lower than they did before, but still free nonetheless. Gotta get what they wanna give me. Hell I get a free pumpkin pie friday! But yeah I see alot of people throw they're lives away gambling their ass off.

It dont happen over night but you got to keep going but ill say this to you. this is a funny sport. you set goals and when you reach them they are no longer where you want to be so you keep going and going. it never really ends!! is that a good thing or a bad thing??

Decline Barbell Bench 4x15,12,10,10
Pec Deck 4x12
SS Single Arm Cable Crossover 4x12
SS^ Underhand front cable raises for front delt and chest.
Finished with Abs
SS Cable Twists 3x10
SS^ Knee Raises 3x15

Shoulders:
Warm up with front side and bent over lateral raises light weight to get stretched out.
Behind the neck press machine 3x12
Behind the neck press machine rear facing 3x12
Neutral Grip Shoulder Press 4x12 1x1 1/2 reps for constant tension
SS Rear facing pec deck for delt flyes 4x12
SS^ smith machine shrugs 4x10
SS Bent over rear delt laterals 4x12
SS^ Seated front dumbbell raises 4x12
Plate raises until failure 45lb, 35b, 25lb.

Feeling great. Yet to get on the scale this week. It's only a number and will discourage me if I'm not gaining weight. The gains I'm making are all size and mental and that's what I want. I will be back tonight for arms and Abs because I'm going to try and get back in the habit of doing them. I can still see mine so I'm totally happy with that. You guys are a hell of a support group and I credit 75% of my success to jtip and the wife. Of course the other 25% is genetics and good gear and hard work but they've been there to push me and I won't be out lifted by a girl in the family if there's anything I can do about it.

Feeling great. Yet to get on the scale this week. It's only a number and will discourage me if I'm not gaining weight. The gains I'm making are all size and mental and that's what I want. I will be back tonight for arms and Abs because I'm going to try and get back in the habit of doing them. I can still see mine so I'm totally happy with that. You guys are a hell of a support group and I credit 75% of my success to jtip and the wife. Of course the other 25% is genetics and good gear and hard work but they've been there to push me and I won't be out lifted by a girl in the family if there's anything I can do about it.

Yeah go ahead and motivate her to lift more that will work out well lol. You do realize she's lean bulking to right? As of now she's natty but in a few weeks she's using EQ and Var so be careful she's still strong as hell lol.

Monday:
After a hectic day of work I had to get in a quick arm workout because the girlfriend had bought Blues tickets and I cant pass up a free hockey game. So it was all supersets one for bis and the other exercise for tris. I don't usually do it this way but really liked it.
It went so fast and I have the memory of a squirrel so I'll try and put it together.

SS Standing Supinating db curls
SS^ with overhead single arm extensions
SS standing cable over hand ez bar pushdown
SS^ with over hand reverse curls
SS seated hammer curls
SS^ with one handed underhand grip cable pull downs
SS bent over cable kick back
SS^ with standing high cable curls (kinda like a double bicep pose stance)

All 4 sets of 12/10/10/15 increasing weight holding constant tension with very little rest inbetween. One of the best arm workouts I've had in a while. Even got to go to the game with a great pump and they security guard told me I couldn't bring my guns in the stadium. Haha

Tuesday:
After a stupid day at work I decided to head to school and just hit the gym when I got out. I had clothes for back day because I was refusing to do quads. So I got dressed for back day and hopped on the scale. Set that bad boy to 176 expecting it wouldn't even be that high. I heard that brick slam and I am now the proud owner of a 182lb physique. So I decided to treat myself to a gnarly quad session. With a tank top, talk about growing some balls, I'm not big enough for that nonsense.

Warmed up with a couple high rep sets of extensions and pause empty bar squats.


SS Squat Press 5X15, 12, 10, 10, 8
SS^ with Front Squats 5x6
SS Hack Squats 4x10
SS^ with seated Calf Raises 4x15
SS single leg leg press 4x10
SS^ with close stance pause leg press 4x10
SS Single Leg Extensions (10 left 10 right 10 left 10 right 10 left 10 right) 1 Set. 4 of those
SS^ with both leg leg extensions 2sec up and 3 sec down 4x10
4 sets of 5 Extensions until failure. Holding until complete and utter failure. Killer set

Finished with half of the cardio I wanted to. Set the stair stepper for 10 minutes because I planned to treat myself to Krispy Kremes after the gym (but they were closed)
Did 5 minutes ish until my legs literally gave out and I just fell off and laid on the ground. Completely exhausted but was well worth it. Even after putting on this much weight, retaining a good amount of water, and not being completely precise with my diet, I still see the muscle fibers twitching and the spider webs of veins everywhere. Great feeling.

We need to work on that diet that dirty bulk won't work it's all in this time no more drinks or eating out. I have resumed training as of yesterday and going to do hamstrings/calves/abs tonight if your up to it. I'm running my cut diet for now to clean it back up came back at 197lbs and today already 189lbs so I'll be ready very soon to start this bulk.

We still need to sit down plan out your meals and macro's so there is no cheating. I know how easy it is to go off course been there done that learned how hard it is to get back on track. We can do it this weekend if you want I'm off this Sat switched it up this week lol. I'll give you those new workouts to try out, the break did me good I am actually sore as hell today and loving it. We need to hit the gym soon before I get to bulking while I'm still weaker lol.

Yep that's how its suppose to work then you walk into our gym lol. I have had my share of putting someone in there place, just no gym edict and some are plain assholes. I'm not exactly a small guy so why you would think its smart to start an argument with me is just plain crazy but shit happens. I sick the wife on them she's bigger lol.

Yeah it was pretty bad when you guys were gone. I usually just go to the other locations or the other gym I go to. I like it out there better anyway. It's nice to go to your gym when you guys are there but other than that I just get into it with people and I cant stand having to take a break to argue with some idiots. Anybody know anything about statistics because I'm really struggling right now. Well I'm supposed to be doing homework but this is more intriguing.

Snack was a good little bit of Peanut Butter
lunch1 was about a cup of rice and 3 cans of tuna.
When I get off itll be a half cup of rice and a chicken breast at about 8oz
dinner will be post workout with some oatmeal, eggs, and a lean shake just lean charms by lean sport and ice water.

This weekend I was feeling and looking flat and shitty and could tell I was 90% water so I took some MHP xpel and feel and look way betterl. Still have some left no worries I didn't cut water for a show by no stretch of the imagination. Just feeling bad about my belly and wanted a temp fix.

Gear is still treating me better than my girlfriend but I will but my hand up for a high five for this weekend getting good use of this test for once!
Haha can't wait for Thursday and all the food I get to inhale at the numerous stops around town. Hams tonight.

Yeah that was just a guess on how the day was going. At work I had 3 packets of oatmeal, some more peanut butter. Go home and had a 6 egg omlet with some wheat toast and threw some chicken in to bake while I did legs.

Bowl with double white rice, double black beans, double chicken, regular queso, chipotle bbq, chredded cheese, sour cream, and corn salsa. My weakness. But far better than eating mcdonalds and jack in the box (it's amazing if you don't have one around you) Back after class tonight.

OMG bro your doing better but still learning we need to clean that up lol. All the bread and those pre packed oatmeal (sugar filled) have to go no more of that we want clean foods and complex carbs. I just had this conversation with coach he had a guy crying to him he was eating like 600g carbs per day and getting no where but in that 600 he ate a loaf of bread per day those carbs are trash really they digest quickly and turn into sugar. Complex carbs my young one: rice/potatoes/oats/ are my go to carb sources its boring but works, get a scale and start wieghing your food so you know how much your really getting you would be surprised on what 8oz of chicken and sweet potatoes looks like. I'm off today if you want to work on the diet I'm hitting the gym soon so I'll be home this evening. BTW I see no green veggies in here at all????

Never had it myself, we don't eat out very often I rather make my own food it taste better lol. We do cheat once every 2wks that's about the only time we venture out and even then we have some local sports bar type of places we go then our favorite ice cream place when its open. Not a problem to cheat just has to be in moderation unfortunately our young friend here goes on binges he can't start and stop a cheat meal it becomes a day or 2 or 3 lol. He's lean as hell naturally so he can get away with it but for growing its still counter productive for his goal. He's chasing me (although I don't think I am big) I promised him I would stay on his ass and help him achieve this goal so that's what I am doing lol. Yeah I know, I have a scale I just get lazy and have all the rice cooked and all the chicken cooked or tuna obviously in cans and still have it prepped just not portioned out. Never heard of these green veggies you speak of, is it like green eggs and ham? I have had 1 bite of salad my entire life, and almost died, don't wanna risk that again haha. Very true my cheat meals cant just be one time every now and then inhaling a pizza and some wings and some garbage, it taste so good I never want to stop. And part of the reason is after like 2 days I still look lean in the mirror and think, hell it didn't change me guess I'll be fine. But im over that stuff now. Time to get it together. I have class after work and gym around 830. I may take off Friday and swing by if you guys aren't doing anything.

We have chipotle but its a little further of a drive. A couple bucks cheaper actually which is nice but the chicken is a little spicier like seasoning wise and it gets to me every time. Still great. And it honestly isn't the healthiest thing in the world but I've never seen a fat person there so they must be doing something right. But they said the other day that their meat is hormone and steroid free and I was like well what fun is that, damn chickens cant hang.

Thanks guys. Had some days off work so updates weren't on point. Just hit chest and shoulder with jtip. That was fun, benched 245 for the first time ever. Took a picture next to this beast and I'm not too much smaller so I'm content. This holiday just ruined me feeling fat and sluggish but he told me to get my shit together or I'm not getting a Christmas present so I got a meal plan to follow so time to finish this year strong.

Had some good workouts the past couple days but the test suspension/vasodilator/preworkout pump from today, pretty fantastic. Made me feel like a real man until we did some cardio.

Our young brother has made some progress but there is plenty more to come we got his diet nailed down. Cleaned up his diet and he was under eating I got him sitting at around 3700 cals now all clean foods he's one of those that can handle carbs so set him up little differently than myself. He's got 6-7 weeks left to make things happen told him today get it together make that changes happen.

His quads/glutes are sore lol! We been texting apparently he's having issues walking today I may have been pushed him a little to hard yesterday. He did great hung in there all they way to the end it was a long workout with very little breaks in between sets.

He's moving around a little better he said but if he's going with us tomorrow night then its hamstrings/calves/abs/cardio. That is far worse workout than quads if you ask me so he'll need a wheelchair for the rest of the week lol. My guess is he will pass on that one.

Went to pack my rice after I made my eggs and realized I had virtually no rice, and chicken was gone as well. So lets just say today has shit on me for sure. I still had oats when I got to work after eating my eggs. Having all my rice and some tuna instead of chicken. Gotta stop and pick up some meat. Dumb bells for lunges but I'm not sure how thats gonna work in our little ass gym. Ground beef or turkey long as its 97/3 is good to eat, hell get some steak long as its a lean cut. That's what makes it funny it was an older lady the trainer had doing squats with 200lbs he said and form was so bad it looked like she was doing good mornings. He just told her she shouldn't be doing that because she could really hurt herself. You have to see these trainers thought they all have the same plan for any new client regardless of age or physical condition the do squats/deadlifts/bench it's all BS these guys don't have a clue on what to really do. I actually watch them to see how they workout and had a friend that was a trainer there he took tren and made zero gains and I mean zero. They do this 1 max rep shit and take 5 mins go 80% max rep again 1 rep and work down to 60% on just one exercise so one day is just dead lifts. It's a joke and they always ask me how I keep getting bigger I just say I do the complete opposite of you seems to work for me lol.

I had gotten in to it with the same guy once before about the same lady and I'm like 6 months later and your still encouraging this shitty form? Because for an old lady she still rocks the yoga pants like a boss and I was peeking during my sets haha. I just hate people who get paid to give awful advice. Yeah I was probably stepping on his toes and interfering on his money making but shit get it together. This is why I go to my other hardcore no lights, no workers, no trainers, and ifbb pros for coaches that know their shit. But did some back tonight and ate some cold turkey and rice in the car on the way to class where I slammed a 2 scoop shake. Topping it all off with some tuna and rice for the night and hitting the hay.

hitting chest and shoulders tonight after work. The girlfriends birthday went off great. I told her I took all my savings for my gear to buy her present and she was like well I'm glad I'm more important I said woah woman slow down, you are not more important, I just have a hard time planning my money out.

And another accomplishment, I think I've had 120mg of caffeine at the beginning of the week. Feeling awesome now. I've also switched from music while working out to listening to motivational speeches by Eric Thomas, awesome dude, and clips from sports movies like football coaches screaming at the kids, really helps more than some black guy on my headphones talking about selling drugs and guns.

Here are some tips for you lol….


Eat no later than 30 minutes after wake. Unless doing cardio at wake.
Batch cook meals to save time/ stay on track.
All foods are measured after cooking, except for oatmeal.
Use a digital scale to measure weighted foods.
Eat every 2.5-3 hours
Protein every meal
Use salt lightly
Use spray butter (sparingly) as needed.
Use Stevia, or splenda in place of sugar.
1 cheat meal every 10 days
1-1.5 Gallons of water per day.


Eating Out Healthy Tips
When looking at the menu, try to find foods closest to your meal plan. If you don’t see an entrée you like, tell the server what you would like.



Example: There is a chicken entrée with grilled chicken coated in cheese, with rice and seasoned veggies. Tell the server no cheese and no seasoning/butter on veggies and a house salad (check to see what toppings are and avoid cheese/croutons) with dressing on the side (Fat Free Italian or vinegar/oil).
What to look for: Baked, Broiled, Grilled

Legs are all better, hammies still sore but I had to dial his workout way back because I didn't really want to cry in front of the one hot girl at our gym at night haha.

Back day yesterday was great, got asked the best question in the world, "Do you compete?" I said yeah of course I do why work this hard and not compete? haha jokes on you I wear a shirt because I like pizza more than abs.

hitting chest and shoulders tonight after work. The girlfriends birthday went off great. I told her I took all my savings for my gear to buy her present and she was like well I'm glad I'm more important I said woah woman slow down, you are not more important, I just have a hard time planning my money out.

And another accomplishment, I think I've had 120mg of caffeine at the beginning of the week. Feeling awesome now. I've also switched from music while working out to listening to motivational speeches by Eric Thomas, awesome dude, and clips from sports movies like football coaches screaming at the kids, really helps more than some black guy on my headphones talking about selling drugs and guns.

Rouge went out to the bar last night and had to much fun, we almost went with him so glad that didn't happen otherwise I would be in a jail cell trying to do legs today lol. I don't do well in bars as it is and you add both of us after a workout there would have been more than the one fight he was in last night. I'm to old for that shit and it costs a lot of money if you break someones jaw or fracture a face and of course the bigger you are the more some 150lbs twig wants to run there mouth at you so that never ends well.

4x10 squats
Low shoulder width squat leg press 4x12
Leg extensions 10L 10R 10 Both10L 10R 10 Both 10L 10R 10 Both=1 set. Did 3 sets.
Standing calf raises, 3x25
Skipped abs and did them yesterday throwing up and being dehydrated so I have veins and abs right now so being sick has its perks.

Glad your doing better, no more drinking until this blast is over need to be smarter on this much gear although I assume you ate something bad that caused the sickness. I'm about to do arms/cardio hit the suspension today first time in a few weeks see how this goes. We did a few measurments the other day to compare I have made gains since the end of my cruise but we are just starting and I plan on growing quite a bit this time around.

I did it last week and when I looked at I said "this looks short and not enough, let's add 2 exercises to both" so I did, close grip bench and over head extensions supersetted. And high curls(front raise with a curl at the top, delt and biceps exercise, very awkward) and running the rack with 10x10 no rest hammer curls. God Awful!

I would gladly hit legs after class, but I woke up this morning feeling like shit once again. Maybe I'm just overdosing on gains I don't know. I had water and blackened chicken, ruben sandwiches with like 1 bun out of 5 sandwiches, some cauliflower and had to finish with a sprite because I thought it would calm my stomach. I guess its just a stomach virus that they have been saying has been going around for the past 20 years. Arms last night went awesome, did what I said I was going to and then ended with a drop set on incline close grip, and standing cable curls. 5 10lb plates in bench 10 drop one plate, 10 drop one plate down to 1 plate and go until failure. Standing cables starting at like 120. 10 drop 10 drop 10 drop down to 40 for 10 slow 5 second up 5 second down reps. I had to get a straw at the game to drink my water because I couldn't bring my arms up high enough to take a drink. Forearms are on fire today, literally wincing as I'm typing this. Guess I'll get in to class, make some stuff happen and get home try and eat, and get some rest and pray I can get to work tomorrow. Had to miss today because I considered going to the hospital it was that rough of a morning.


But what doesn't kill us can only make us stronger!

No leave me in peace. If I'm going to shit my pants doing squats I want to do it alone. Less embarrassment that way. Still not feeling 100% but gotta stick with it. Good diet and great gear won't work if I'm sitting on my hands all the time. I really want to find a gym with a sissy squat apparatus. You like hook your feet and ankles in it and literally just squat. No weight just the stability and body weight, you can throw a barbell on your back if you feel like it but kinda like the lower back extension pads. Impossible to explain without a picture.

Close high feet placement driving through the heels for a quick pyramid 10x10 5 up 5 down starting at 90 adding 1 plate each side after every set. after 5th set bring it back down 90lbs each set. NO REST!
SS Standing Ham Curls( FUNNY STORY) 4x10
SS^ with laying ham curl 4x10
Seated Ham Curl 4x12 increasing 40lbs each set. Last set triple drop set until absolute failure.

There was a girl in there that wouldn't stop staring at me and I kept checking my tights to see if my dick was falling out which would have been a terribly embarrassing moment for us both.
She decides to come over, MID SET, and sit with her legs in the stirrups and do her Adductor and Abductors. It took everything in me to not stare, and not make eye contact. I just got off the machine and said when your done I'll finish I can't handle this haha. I walk away from my phone to get a drink, come back and shes standing there putting her number in it. Jtip warned me this would happen but I never believed it haha.

I'll try and get there at 6:30, I talked to him the other night when I was doing cardio he's crying as usual. His elbow is now messed up and he hasn't been in the gym for a month or longer I bet he's put some weight on lol.

Because that boat anchor is probably 10 years older than me, has about 80lbs on me, and I still out work his ass everyday of the week and I hope it eats him alive because I want to be better than EVERYONE! hahaha
