Im not quite sure how bitcoin works quite yet as my interest in the subject has recently peaked....but this site looks like you can only buy bitcoins privately but you can not send them anonymously?

^^^You can buy and transfer them to any wallet you choose after you have them. You can also tumble them before sending to anyone so you have 100% anonymity.
