Hey all, a little under 21 weeks out. We are shooting for 185 on stage, weight this am was 224, down a lil from last week. Added in 15 minutes of stair master 4x a week post workout.. This cjc dac+hexarelin combo is giving me some insane pumps!

Also, got 9 stitches in my back.. 3 in 3 spots, huge potential cancerous moles dug out.. Dr said no training 2-3 weeks... Being in contest prep that's not an option, slammed chest/arms day after was fine. Been 4 days since stitches shit is so fuckin itchy!!!!!! Driving me nuts

I know you quite a ways out but that seems like a lot of sugar.. I know it's natural sugar but still. But keep killing it! Should cut up nicely

I was thinking same... Fruit my coach is using to repair my insulin sensitivity.. My tolerance for carbs went from low to pretty high.. We have doubled fruit since start of diet. Diet starting out was 240p/400c/90f... Carbs are down to 275 right now but less starch more fruit.m body is burning carbs much quicker and dropping weight easier!
