Not sure if this information has been posted before on BOP but it won't hurt to bring it to the front of people's minds again.

This is not my information, this credit belong to a good brother of mine in this lifestyle.

Tren induced acid reflux? When the body is fighting to stay in an anabolic state and not turn catabolic it turns to use sources of glutamine in the body. The lining of our stomach and esophagus is a great source for glutamine.

When the body starts pulling from this source a common side effect is acid reflux / heartburn.

An awesome fix? Purchase L-Glutamine in pill or powder form and replace what is being drawn from the body.

I am currently running Tren A @ 50mg daily and 7 days in started getting horrific acid reflux. Front loaded with 25g of L-Glutamine mixed in with my BCAA's for the past two days and the problem has gone away.

I will back down to 5g daily for the continuation of this run.

Hope this information helps folks.

I'm on L-glutamine year round. I unfortunately still get the damn acid reflux on tren. I eat Tums before bed each night. So I guess it doesn't work for everybody.

Grab some omeprozole from walgreens or CVS bro, it'll take care of that.

Thank you! I used to live on tums, but after a while, it becomes a moot point, as the reflux gets worse.

Ive never ran tren but 1/4tsp of baking soda 2-3 x ed has been better than any over rhe counter med for acid with me if anyones looking for another aid..(it is high in sodium though) Ive read studies where alkalizing the body also has great health advantages against disease and cancer [emoji4] please not this is all personal info and regurgitated info so please do own research...everyone is different

It's the bodies defense against going catabolic. Starving and searching for amino's.

I have also found that sticking strongly to the 5+ small meals a day helps tremendously. If I fall off that regimen it get brutal again.

Yup. I also add digestive enzyme, pre biotics and pro biotics. and that helps immensely for my tren runs. Oral runs too give me horrible acid reflux.

The baking soda works if it is to much acid ,,,however when we dont have enough acid it reacts the same way and we feel like we have hearburn as well so theres a test to do....when you feel the acid reflux come on try the 1/4tsp of baking soda mixed with just a little water ,,maybe a couple ounces....It should help pretty fast if it is acid because it will nuetralize it,,,but if it doesnt work and isnt acid reflux but low acid then wait till later in the day and when it gets bad again try a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinagar and maybe a squeeze if leon iff ya have some mixed with just a little water and drink it and if this seems to do the trick then it is in fact low acid ....

A nexium daily for the 14day trial can help remove and settle heart burn/acid reflux,,.Ive heard tums actually make things worse in the long run by my specialist...

The key is to find out which issue your having though to little or to much acid...

Hope something works cus it sucks either way..
