raw oral liquid conversions

I have read how to make some of these using everclear only, or with everclear and peg 300. i recently read on using orasweet to suspend the raw powder. if i wanted to make 1g of var to liquid, what would i need to do? i have tried with everclear and peg 300 and it turned out decent i guess but was way more than expected. if i wanted to make var, what would be the best way? any raw for that matter?
