Tough one.. BUT Any Ideas one Could Work on His Traps At HOME Away from the Gym?

I really want to focus more on my traps.. (Looking for a Vein to Pop out is Goal)
So anything i Could do at Home would Help..
Hard to beat When ya Got Killer Traps.

All I have at home is a 25lb dumbell, and an Abroller Fitness wise.. Bad I know.

Wrestling neck exercises is about the only thing I can think of. Search bridging for wrestling and you should find some good stuff. We do similar stuff in our martial arts class. Give it a try brother. They make you sore as shit at first but they work.

Well Im searching for a Trap Pump at home.. Sitting hear itching for a pump... several times this week and sometimes a good trap Pump will satisfy me... Thanks will google it

Grab some heavy as fk bags and walk around
They will kill your traps and forearms!

That's a hard one. The weight is sort of a key part of resistance exercise....


Pick up anything heavy and shrug it...

Yes sir, fill them with water which is approx 8.5lbs per gallon, concrete, sand or mud

I do this at work with full buckets of spackle. Good stuff. OP.. get some empty 5 gallon buckets and fill them with concrete. Shrug them puppies

Can't do traps. They grow to fast and I start to look stupid. I just let them do thier thing.

Put on a backpack filled with books, get two chairs together and get into position like youre going to do dips. But push upwards instead.
