Hey Guys,
Thought I would put up my daily meal plan.

I have been running this for long time now and have been really happy with the gains.

If any one think it should be adjusted hit me up.

Its approx. 3500 Calories, 310g protein, 430g carbs and 55g fats

Meal 1:
40g Gold Standard Whey
80g Oats
1 banana
50g blueberries
10g Honey
5g peanut butter
1 Bread Roll Wholemeal ( 60g)

Meal 2:
1 Apple
50g Blueberries
150g Pineapple
14g BCAA

Meal 3:
400g Sweet potato
150g Beans
200g Chicken Breast

Meal 4:
80g Gen-Tec TR3
50g Carb Powder

Meal 5:
100g Basmati Rice
150g Beans
200g Turkey breast
10 almonds

Meal 6:
2 Rice cakes
40g Cottage Cheese

Meal 7:
200g Barramundi
1 Egg
150g Green Veggies

Meal 8:
40g Gold Standard Whey

Im a big fan of that breakfast. I think im about to go make some now, peanut butter, honey + whey...

Just a question. Last meal not whey not casein?

The breakfast i do as a shake now.

All in the thermo and done.

Except for the bread ahaha.

I just have never brought any casein protein.

Do you think i should give it a go?

What do you weigh? Fair bit of protein!

110kg sitting around 9% bf.
