rotate photos

How do I do it? I rotated it on my laptop all four directions and it doesn't seem to matter how I up load it, it show up upside down on BOP, any help would be appreciated, old guy with lack of tech skills, thanks

If it is not staying rotated then the original photo is not saving after being rotated. Try rotating and saving under a different name then try again.
