Thanks, right now my goal is trying to lean bulk, basically trying to add more muscle without adding a bunch of fat. Then come mid June my goals will change, and I will start cutting.

Well it was a big difference to the good!! I've had more energy this past week than I've had for one thing and my workouts are better,getting more of a pump now! I know what if I'm 10 late eating a meal I'm dragging ha ha!! Overall I'm really really happy!!

Yalls new picture look great!! It's so nice and cool for husband and wife to work together and get that much support for each other!![emoji39]

I forgot to mention weight was 160 lbs. and after I checked in with coach, he is making a slight diet adjustment and adding in some fats, so I guess I'll see what that is shortly [emoji38].

jtip & our coach talked me into it even though I'm nervous as hell to get on stage lol. As long as everything goes well, I am supposed to compete Oct. 8th and then again possibly Oct. 29th. So we shall see. I'd be competing in woman's physique, which is why I'm trying to lean bulk right now to gain more muscle and then in mid June I plan on starting my cut, to lose any fat I've gained during my bulk, and to tighten everything back up. It will be an interesting experience I'm sure. I have a lot of work to do to get ready.

You guys will be amazed at the pics she will post up later, we looked at older pics from last cut she's 20lbs heavier now and looks so much more defined and cut up. This is what someone with good genes and motivation can achieve, I am so proud of her. She helps motivate me as well this women is a beast in the gym, I really need to get some videos of her lifting its impressive. As of right now she will be doing 2 shows (physique class) in October. After vacation we are moving into a 16wk competition prep but until then she's gonna gain some more size.

So thought I'd share this, since my coach ask me to do 3 comparisons from the start of my journey with him.

Pic. 1 - I was at one point even bigger then this but, had made some progress on my own with the help of jtip of course. Then we decided to get a coach to see what we could do and what kind of progress we could make, so that was the starting pic.

Pic. 2 - Next pic. Is from when we went on vacation in Nov. (which was the end of my 16 wk. cut).

Pic. 3 - Then the last pic. is me now. (In Dec. once we came back from vacation we started doing a lean bulk, I will continue this lean bulk until mid June, then mid June I will start my 16wk. cut)

Just remember that with the right diet, hard work and dedication anything is possible. I will tell you it won't always be easy, but it will be worth it, so never give up just keep pushing...

Good evening peeps... Today was a rest day from the gym, but jtip and I decided to go do some cardio around the park since it was a nice evening. It was nice to just take a relaxing walk and spend some quality time together outside. And thankfully it wasn't too hot, so [emoji91] jtip [emoji91] didn't melt lol. Hope you all had a great day. ^^ Time for contest prep, she is in pretty damn good shape leading up to it!!! Let's see what she does in 16wks time here comes a drastic change you all better up your game she's a beast and for those that did not seen her last cut log........lets just say I would put her up against almost anyone!

Standing EZ bar curls
Seated DB Hammer curls
Seated DB supinated curls both arms same time

Tri's:

V-bar pushdown (triple drop set 12reps each drop 4 sets)
Rope extensions
Reverse Grip V-bar extensions
Single arm cable extensions

Seated calf raise(blood volume 6 sets 15reps per set)
