Yeah, I told my coach I'm going to kill prep or die trying lol and his response to me was... Maybe get really tired trying... don't want you to die. [emoji12].

I'm on clen and I shake like a crackhead [emoji854] so it makes it a little difficult at times when lifting lol. I figured maybe I'd drop a weight on my chest and die or something, you never know. And good luck on the Tren Train, hope you don't derail hang on tight lol.

Yeah I know I'm always a hot mess just some days are worse then others lol. I don't care if I look a hot mess honestly, I'm there to workout not try to impress anyone, I laugh when I see girls in the gym with makeup and their hair done and they just do light cardio then leave. Honestly, I don't even own any makeup, or even a curling iron. I'm very plan and simple lol with me there are no surprises though I am who I am if you don't like it don't look lol. Plus I have Jtip and his option is truly the only option I care about, and since we've been together over 16 years I think he is ok with it lol [emoji4].

So I thought I would take a minute to give you all an update, since I have went from a lean bulk to a cut now as of Monday, so here’s the plan for now.

50mg – Tuesday & Saturday

1 - whole egg
3 - egg whites
½ cup - oats

Meal #2
4 oz. – chicken breast
5 oz. – red potato
½ cup – green beans

Meal #3
4 oz. – 93/7 ground turkey

How do you like the primo and what changes have you noticed? I'm curious to see what your feedback is because my wife is interested in doing some primo, hgh, and an oral for cutting. She's done Anavar a few times and has had great results. Just curious as to what your dosing protocol is. I see 100mg but is that in one day?

So I have to say I love primo lol. It doesn't really have any sides for me, which is nice. The results for me have been awesome. Right now I'm only a week in on this cycle, so it hasn't kicked in yet. My dosage is 100mg total week. I do 50mg twice a week, 50mg on Tuesday and 50mg on Saturday.

Ok, I was thinking 100mg/week, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for your feedback and keep up the good work! You've made some pretty major changes!


So I have to say I love primo lol. It doesn't really have any sides for me, which is nice. The results for me have been awesome. Right now I'm only a week in on this cycle, so it hasn't kicked in yet. My dosage is 100mg total week. I do 50mg twice a week, 50mg on Tuesday and 50mg on Saturday.

Running primo for the first time myself. With other test but so far I'm really liking it. Have a great Fourth!

Primo is a great compound brother but your an all out bulk not really where it shines....It won't put a bunch of weight on you but the weight you gain is quality lean mass. If it were not so expensive I would run it a whole lot more, its one of my fav's.

How do you like the primo and what changes have you noticed? I'm curious to see what your feedback is because my wife is interested in doing some primo, hgh, and an oral for cutting. She's done Anavar a few times and has had great results. Just curious as to what your dosing protocol is. I see 100mg but is that in one day?

Hey bro what's her goals right now? What's her stat's and diet looking like? I/we would be willing to help out if needed....female cycles are not as easy to find info on so we have learned quite a bit in the past few years!

You're welcome here is an idea of what primo can do, or at least what it did for me last year. I did 100mg of primo total at 50mg twice a week. Along with 10mg of Var everyday, and then ran clen on two weeks off two weeks. I think I did the Var and primo for 8-10 wks. I can't remember. And then of course worked my ass off in the gym, and kept my diet on point. All I can say is with hard work and dedication nothing is impossible [emoji3]. Hope this helps a little.

I got four bottles from a friend. I'm thinking the other three bottles I'm going to run on my cruise. With a little suspension thrown in here and there. Think I'm going to have to drop the deca as well. Getting a lump under my nipple. Happened last time I ran deca. Next run will be test and eq.

I really liked EQ bro...I would throw some suspension in there now for some added growth and hardening. Just a thought bro.

Are you running caber or prami with the deca??? Also have to remember to up you AI on deca.

Thanks, I did run the 100mg of EQ however, I came off before the end of my cycle, because I had increased anxiety and aggression so I figured it was in my best interest to come off.

He wanted to see more leaness/fat loss so he increased my cardio to help, instead of taking away food at this time. I guess we'll see what he says at the end of this week, when I check in again. I'm not sure where he wants me exactly, all I know is I've got to stay positive, and keep trying like hell to make progress, as I know I need to get way leaner and defined.

Good afternoon peeps it's Sun's out Gun's out Saturday lol. Hope you all are having a fabulous weekend. I've just been running errands and cleaning while I wait for Jtip to get off work, so we can go to the gym [emoji38].

Tomorrow is our usual check in with coach so I'll let you know how that goes, hopefully I'll start seeing some progress. I'm 11 wks. out from my first show, so I have a little bit of time still but that 11 wks. I'm sure is going to fly by lol.

Below is the updated diet and cardio plan. Hopefully I will start making some progress, I am officially 10 weeks out today! Time is flying lol. You will do great, I'm sure it's harder as you get older, but you are determined so you will do great. Just stay positive and keep pushing as I know you will. I'm a little over 9 weeks out from my first show and about 13 weeks out from my second. So we shall see what I can do between now and then. I still have a lot of work to do, but I don't want to fail, so I will do whatever it takes to get there. I have started buying things for the show to get ready and kind of help keep me motivated lol. I even ordered a new tank today cause it seemed like it went well with my current situation lol. Good luck on your journey and I can't wait to see your results.

Good morning peeps... I just wanted to take a second to thank everyone for their nice comments. I am truly trying as I don't want to fail myself or fail anyone that has helped me along the way (Jtip, Coach & all of you who have been following me). I have a little bit more time to make some progress so I'm gonna keep pushing :).

My check in with coach went well which made my day because if he makes adjustments I feel like I am slacking. This was my coaches response to check in this week (Down 6 lbs... that's awesome! Kicking ass now. How is everything going.) So that being said I'll take that as a win lol.

Good morning peeps... Like Twisted said new day new Gainz [emoji38]. Curious to see what my pics. will look like this week, hopefully it will show some progress, I've only got 9 weeks left [emoji15]. I've got lots of progress still to make between now and then. I'll let you all know how check in goes tomorrow, for some reason I feel like I'm gonna get blessed with more cardio lol, Jtip already informed me if it goes to 7 days a week, he will not be joining me lol. He will be on the couch on our non gym days [emoji4].

Good afternoon peeps...

Today is a rest day from the gym for us. That being said, I'll be food prepping after work. Food prepping isn't all that fun, but it def. makes it easier when it's time to eat, you just grab it, heat and eat lol. Diet is a huge part of progress, and you know what they say failing to prepare is preparing to fail [emoji4]. And for us, we can't have that nonsense lol.

Good evening peeps... Today has been a busy day but got stuff accomplished so can't complain lol. Hope you all are having a fabulous weekend!

Training:
Chest/Shoulders/Cardio

Chest:
*Incline press
*Cable crossovers
*Decline press
*Incline DB press

Shoulders:
*DB lateral raise
*Upright rows
*Seated press

Cardio:
*30mins walking the park for a change up... then came home and jogged for 25 min. on the treadmill.

So, I decided to start wearing a heart monitor to try to keep my heart rate in range, and well I have found out that in order to keep my heart rate in range, I'm going to have to start running marathons [emoji15] WTH lol. Jtip will not be joining me on these marathons lol, he will just watch and be happy it's me, and not him [emoji38].

Thank you for your kind words. It's not always been easy, but it's been totally worth it [emoji38]. I wish you the best of luck getting your girl to get in the gym with you. I will tell you since me and jtip (my husband) do it together and it helps both of us, and we use it as quality time together, and we help keep each other motivated as well.

Cardio:
*35 mins. on the arc trainer machine at a 10 incline 40 resistance. I'm trying to switch it up, and see what works best to get my heart rate up without running marathons, since I have a low heart rate and it takes a lot to get it above 120 BPM.
