Hello Peeps... I am officially ready to join the fun. I am excited to see what I can accomplish this time around. I am confident with having a coach, the support of my amazing husband and all of you, that I should stay motivated and make some changes. See my stats below.

Age: 31
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 152 lbs.
Body Fat: Between 14% - 15% (Vacation got the best of me lol)

Diet: I am waiting on my official diet from my coach as soon as I get it I will post it up.

Cycle: (I am natty right now but will be starting supps. very soon)
HGH 1-2iu 5 on 2 off
EQ - 50mg 2x a week for 10 wks. (I will start this in a few weeks)
Anavar - 10mg possibly for a few weeks towards the end

Goals: I am going to try to put on some lean mass. I am honestly not sure what to expect as this is my first time doing this. I just finished my first cut and that went pretty well, so I am hoping this will to. We shall see....

Workout Schedule:
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Hamstrings & Glutes
Wednesday - Shoulders & Abs
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Back & Biceps
Saturday - Quads & Glutes
Sunday - Chest & Triceps
*Will be doing cardio 4x a week for 30 minutes to start off

I will post a few pics. from last night to give you an idea of where I am at right now. They aren't great but it gives you an idea lol.

This will be my first time trying EQ, so I'll let you know. Coach wanted me to try it. I have tried Primo & Var but that's it.

My cutting cycle I just finished awhile ago, I did 50mg of Primo 2x a week for 8 weeks and then I ran Var at 10mg for like 4 weeks. I did pretty well on that combo and didn't really have any side effects.

Wow! Great to see women who are not afraid to pack on some muscles! My wife loves to lift heavy and takes pride in the muscle she has put on. You got some guns!

We both did primo together man its great if you can afford to run it and its real of course. She made the most progress to date on that cycle but like you said it throws there lady business off although some side effects were great lol.

Happy Friday everyone, and thanks for all the support already [emoji4].

Tonight I ended up doing back with jtip to change it up a bit, since this is the only day our routine is similar.

Still waiting on the diet from our coach, but will post as soon as I have it.

Tomorrow will be quads & glutes and I'll post my actual workout, since I'll be doing my routine.

Couldn't agree more she's a beast and has the best genetics I've ever seen her progress is almost effortless. You guys are gonna be shocked at the progress she makes I know I always am. She hung last night doing back and rear delts with me then added some Bi's in while I did some abs. She's a machine!!!

Couldn't agree more it's quality time in the gym that keeps marriages going strong lol. It's very cool to be in this together and helps keep you on track.

Good Evening... So I received my diet today. I am pretty excited as I get more food than before :GF-_54: I just hope it goes well, as I feel like I gain weight just by looking at food lol.

Anyway below is my diet and also my workout from tonight. My quads & glutes were on fire, but it felt great. I was a hot freaking mess Rogue even told me I was gross lol, but I think he was just mad because my legs are bigger than his j/k.

Thanks again to everyone for all your support, it def. helps keep me motivated.

Diet:
Meal #1
1 – Whole Egg
3 – Egg Whites
½ cup – oats
½ - banana

Meal #2
4 oz. - Chicken Breast
4 oz. – Red Potato
½ cup – Green Beans

Meal #3
4 oz. - Ground Beef 93/7
½ cup – Whole Wheat Spaghetti cooked

Meal #4
4 oz. – Ground Turley 93/7
4 oz. – Sweet Potato
½ cup – Green Beans

Meal #5
Note: Post workout/also on non workout days
1 Scoop – Whey Protein
¼ cup – Oats Blended/Ground

Meal #6
¾ cups – Cottage Cheese 2%
1 tbs. – Natural Peanut Butter

Quads & Glutes
4 Sets: 10-12 Reps. Each set, unless noted
*Hack Squats (6 Sets)
*Flat Leg Press (Feet together SUPERSET with feet wide)
*Leg Extension (Turn toes in)
*Hyperextension (Put pad on low setting, slight bend in knees, focus on pulling thru glutted and hams, not back. Go slow)
*Standing Calf Raise (Toes in SUPERSET with toes out)
*Single Leg Cable Kickbacks (Lean over so chest is parallel to the ground, focus on glutes)
*1 Set – 50 Plie Squats (Bodyweight)
*30 Minutes of cardio on the treadmill at a 3.0 incline and 4.0 walk

Yes sir, she pushes hard on each and every rep no BS!!! Her workouts are geared towards women's physique prep as that where coach thinks she will shine. Our coach has already told her she would clean up in a local show and I must agree, she will end up doing a show next year just to rub it in rouges face if nothing else. Those two kinda compete against each other on a regular if you couldn't already tell that. Last night they were arguing over who's quads looked better and had me taking pics while they posed side by side. Take I guess as to who had the bigger quads lol. (actually it was me but I didn't count)

I had a good work out so Im happy lolz....hey I had drs appt today and out of the blue he tells me he wants to do labs check few things out ...."I say sure " ....I grab lab slip and go to the lab and I decided to see what he ordered ..I see hemo and cholestrol and at very bottom of slip I see testerone hahaha yea this will be a interesting convo with dr when results come in hehehe

Well on a good note you will have labs on your current run lol. I would play the TRT card from a local clinic (here I can do it off the record no insurance involved just pay them money) and say you pinned to much by accident, I could work most Dr. know very little about steroids or just say there must be something wrong with those labs lol.

*Dumbbell Plie Squats (Hold dumbbell with both hands, putfeet wide and toes out, do squat while pushing glutted back, pause at bottom beforereturning to start)

Had a good workout.. When I was done, I was soaked and struggling to even lift my cup to drink out of it lol. Soaked in the hot tub so that should help. I'll post up my workout tomorrow cause it's too much to type on my phone. Good night... [emoji42]

It's always go time with this one, you know like when I say go in the kitchen and make me some food lol. She killed her workout last night but I damn near hurt myself watching her. You have to picture this or its not as funny or maybe I have a strange sense of humor you decide. The gym is packed and I was finishing up a set of leg press looked up and she was using the cable machine right after her set stops like no ones around an snaps a selfie full pose and smile the whole nine yards then goes back to training like nothing happened until she seen me laughing at her. If I had weights loaded and off the rack at the time I would have dropped that shit and been in the hospital. Guess you had to be there but I found it hilarious, bet she won't do it again lol.

Hello Peeps... Sorry for the delay, below is my workout from last night. Today is a rest day so, I will be doing some food prep. and hopefully getting to relax at least a little bit lol. Hope you all have a fabulous day!

Shoulders & Abs
* 4 sets with 10-12 reps per set. (Unless noted)
· SMITH MACHINE FRONT OVERHEAD PRESS
· DUMBBELL SIDE LATERAL superset with FRONT RAISE
· CABLE EZ BAR UPRIGHT ROW (Put cable on low setting, perform upright row, keep elbows up)
· REAR PEC DECK
· INCLINE DUMBBELL REAR DELT (Stand face forward on incline bench, do rear delt raises, keep
arms in an arc, squeeze rear delts)
· 5x25 - BOSU BALL CRUNCHES (Lye on BOSU ball, perform basic crunch, squeeze abs)
· 1x15 – HANGING LEG RAISES

I'll get proof next time lol... Yes, true story.. I did take a quick selfie, I have a friend who competes and she kept texting me selfies and pics. saying hi from Ft. Lauderdale (she's traveling for work) so I was like well hell fine, hi from the gym lol. Oh well, I'm glad jtip caught it and got a good laugh [emoji38].

I have not started her on it just yet, right now its just HGH and nothing else. She has about 2 more weeks before we add that into the mix.

I just read though your log. That's a excellent cycle,your going to look much leaner and cut when your finished. Great job. I'm sure jtip is pushing you hard! Just remember two things," Train hard and Train HARDER". Keep up the good work wifey

Let me know how she likes it, I'm putting her on 100mg wk and an oral towards the end of her cycle if there are no sides. I expect her to make major progress but I want to give her the right amount of time off and let her body get use to the new diet before we add in EQ.

lmao!! No no.. I will be the first to admit, I was a fat ass looked like a beach whale.. Sadly growing up I was not, I was always athletic, but once I hit like 23 I just started blowing up, it was ridiculous lol. I was 214 lbs. and 32% body fat (no bullshit). I hated myself, and I'm very thankful jtip didn't tell me to kick rocks lol.

Thanks guys, it wasn't easy, but it was totally worth it. I couldn't have done it without the support of jtip though [emoji4].

With hard work and determination nothing is impossible, just never give up. I'm sure most people thought that I was in ok shape and just decided one day I wanted to be more fit, nope that wasn't the case lol. I went from athletic, to beach whale to semi normal, to what I am now. It didn't happen over night it actually took years, but I never gave up.

In June of this year is when we contacted our now coach to see if we could get to the next level. Our plan was lets just see what we could accomplish with having a real coach to dial in our diets. I started my cut about 2 weeks after having hernia surgery, so I was kind of limited to things I could do but I did what I could and pushed myself. Here's a before & after pic. of the progress I made in the 16 wks. With my coach and that led us up to our vacation. Now I'm we are on the lean bulk journey to see what we can achieve lol.

Thanks for all your support, and hope to make some awesome progress this run.

Let's do this!!!

Thanks bro, I blasted chest today I can see some extra size coming in and loving the fullness. Not crazy about loosing the definition but I know how to get that back. Friday's Workout

Back & Bi's
4 sets 10-12 Reps.

*Machine Wide Grip Pulldown
*Pullups
*Smith Machine Bent Over Row, Close Grip
*Single Arm Dumbbell Row
*Seated Cable Row Close Grip
*Seated Single Arm Cable Row SUPERSET with Rope Face Pulls
*Standing EZ Bar Curls
*Dumbbell Hammer Curls
*Dumbbell Curls
*Cardio 45 Minutes on the treadmill

Saturday's Workout

Quads & Glutes
4 sets with 10 - 12 reps. (Unless noted)

*Hack Squat (6 Sets)
*Flat Leg Press (Feet together SUPERSET with feet wide)
*Leg Extensions (Turn toes in)
*Hyperextension (Put pad on low setting, slight bend in the knees, focus on pulling thru glutes and hams, not back. Go slow)
*Single Leg Hip Thrust (Lye on floor, put right foot on bench, left leg in the air, push hips up and return to start, squeeze glutes. Do all reps on right side, then switch to left side)
*1 set 50 Reps Plie Squats (Bodyweight)
*Bench Step Up (Hold weight plate, slowly step up on bench, all of your weight should be on the step up foot, return to start. Do all reps. on one leg before switching sides)
*Standing Calf Raise (Toes in SUPERSET with toes out)
* Cardio 20 minutes on treadmill 4.0 incline at a 4.0 walk

Will do.. Funny thing is I actually made a deal with Rogue, that if he went on the cruise with us, I would compete in a show with him. He said he didn't want to do it alone. So we will see what happens lol.

lol I know it's kind of strange but whatever works. I was hoping to keep him motivated, so he could achieve his goals since he likes to compete with me just cause it's funny [emoji38]. I'm not giving up, even if I don't step on stage, and I hope he never does either. I agree it's not always easy, but the results are worth it. If there are days I am not feeling it or days I'm really sore and think I can't, I just remember why I started and push through. It helps having jtip by my side as well and the funny thing he has me and jtip by his side [emoji38] poor kid lol.

I plan to compete wether she wants to or not she's getting on stage. Just gotta work on that posing!!! You get me a number on that cruise and set me up with the sweet jtip payment plan and I'm on the boat I'll start packing now. You guys are the motivation, everyone says why compete with a girl then I show them and explain, we're family and competing with this family is not easy to beat. So sorry I was MIA yesterday. It was a rough day at work, and then when I tried to get on later in the evening Tapatalk wasn't working at all for me for some reason. I did make it to the gym, it was Shoulders & Abs below is my workout. Today is a rest day from the gym, then back at it tomorrow with Back & Biceps.

Shoulders & Abs
4 sets with 10 – 12 reps. (Unless noted)

*Smith machine overhead press
*Dumbbell Side Lateral SUPERSET with Front Raise
*Cable EX Bar Upright Row (Put cable on low setting, perform upright row, keep elbows up)
*Rear Pec Deck
*Incline Dumbbell Read Delt (Stand face forward on incline bench, do rear delt raises, keep arms in an arc, squeeze rear delts)
*4 x 25 Bosu Crunches
*V Ups (Lye on mat, lift upper body and lower body at same time in V position, return to start)
*Bicycle Crunches
*Cardio 10 minutes on the treadmill (will do an extra cardio session on a rest day, to make up for cutting this one short)

Good morning peeps... Sorry didn't post workout yesterday. I ended up working out with jtip to change it up a bit below was the workout. Tonight I am supposed to do quads and glutes but may switch it to chest and do quads tomorrow so I can work out with jtip again. We'll see, then it's cheat meal, and Star Wars. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

Also quick update on my weight, I am 153 lbs. which is a pound up this week. I am very thankful I am not gaining weight fast lol. No change in diet, I will see what coach says when I check in. I don't see him making any changes for awhile though.

Morning Twisted.. thanks, I hope I get great results. I'm having a hard time with this bulking thing, because I feel like a marshmallow lol. I know it's a game I just have to keep reminding myself of that. I think I just have a fear of being fat again lol. But I'm not giving up, I'll finish out this run and see what happens, I know how to cut properly now so I should be good to go [emoji38]. It's just hard going from pretty lean to puffy lol. I am really excited to start EQ to see what it will do, again this is my first time with it so, I'm not sure what to expect.

Props to this one as well she did the complete workout with rouge and myself today 2hrs total and hung in the entire time. To be completely honest I kept her from upping the weight she could have gone higher but I didn't want her trying to out do rouge and end up hurting herself. Beast mode right here and her pics look great, which will be posted shortly. You will see gains and she is natty other than a few weeks of HGH, we have not added EQ in yet but when we do BOOM!!!!:vegetasp: super sayian status for this girl!

Good morning peeps... I figured I'd take a minute to post up my workout from last night. My hams & glutes were on fire, and are already getting sore today.


Hamstrings & Glutes
*Plie Squats on Angled Leg Press (Feet high and toes pointed out)

*Single Leg Russian Deadlifts (Hold dumbbell in right hand, bend over to do a deadlift while raising left leg behind you. Focus on right ham/glute. Do all reps on right leg before switching to left leg)

*Dumbbell Plie Squats (Hold dumbbell with both hands, put feet wide and toes out, do squat while pushing glutted back, pause at bottom before returning to start)

*Hip Thrust (Put weighted bar on hips and lift up)

*Lying Hamstring Curl

*Seated Hamstring Curl

*Adductor SUPERSET with Abductor

*25 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and then 20 minutes on the treadmill


Tonight I have shoulders and abs, will post up workout later. Just for fun, here are a few pics. from last night as well. (Rogue is the guy in the pic)

*Hack Squats (6 Sets)

*Flat Leg Press (Feet together SUPERSET with feet wide)

*5 sets - Leg Extension (Turn toes in)

*Hyperextension (Put pad on low setting, slight bend in knees, focus on pulling thru glutted and hams, not back. Go slow)

*Standing Calf Raise (Toes in SUPERSET with toes out)

*1 Set – 50 Plie Squats (Bodyweight)

*Adductor SUPERSET with Abductor

*45 Minutes of cardio on the treadmill

Good evening peeps. Did my check in with coach today. Morning weight was 154 lbs. so I am very thankful I did good over the Holiday, it wasn't easy but it was worth it to not have the set back lol. My diet is still the same as when I started logging, so no changes there. We will see once EQ kicks in if any changes need made as coach said to let him know how my hunger is on it. You will love the gains from EQ. Wife really grew after it started doing its stuff. Give it time. Just be ready, some water weight is to be expected. EQ is a great base to use with Anavar!

*Dumbbell Overhead Press

*Dumbbell Side Lateral SUPERSET with Front Raise

*Cable EX Bar Upright Row (Put cable on low setting, perform upright row, keep elbows up)

*Rear Pec Deck

*(6 sets) Incline Dumbbell Rear Delt (Stand face forward on incline bench, do rear delt raises, keep arms in an arc, squeeze rear delts)

*4 x 25 Bosu Crunches

*V Ups (Lye on mat, lift upper body and lower body at the same time in V position, return to start)

*Flutter Kicks

*Cardio 35 minutes on the treadmill.

Happy New Years Eve Peeps.... Hope you all have a safe and fabulous day!!

So since I was slacking on posting my workouts the past two days, here they are.

Today is a rest day, I'm at work now BLAH... then later me and jtip plan on hanging out with the kids, and maybe playing some games. Our kids are older (Son 16 & Daughter 13, I feel so damn old lol) so we don't have many more years left, where they will even want to be around us.

Tuesday

Hamstrings & Glutes
4 sets with 10 – 12 reps.

*Plie Squats on Angled Leg Press (Feet high and toes pointed out)

*Single Leg Russian Deadlifts (Hold dumbbell in right hand, bend over to do a deadlift while raising left leg behind you. Focus on right ham/glute. Do all reps on right leg before switching to left leg)

*Dumbbell Plie Squats (Hold dumbbell with both hands, put feet wide and toes out, do squat while pushing glutted back, pause at bottom before returning to start)

*Hip Thrust (Put weighted bar on hips and lift up)

*Lying Hamstring Curl

*Seated Hamstring Curl

*Adductor SUPERSET with Abductor
