Started July 2014 weight lifting to get in shape. Trying to keep up with grand children, the goal was to be in the best shape of my life at age 60 which will be in July 2016 and have abs. Had a set back in October 2014 with a double hernia operation put me out on light duty for a couple of months. I decided to do a cycle February and got hooked. We are now doing a bulk cycle with friend jtip1810 have same coach for diet. I started the cycle Monday this bulk cycle will be 12 weeks.

Week 1-4
50mg dbol
350 npp and
750 sust

week 4-12
300-600 tren
750 sust

week 8-12
400 mast
50 anavar
50 winni

Coach has my meals at
2175 cal
57.1 fat
206.6 carbs
216.2 protien

This is starting point and adjustments as we go hopfully I will add size he had us cut first got down to 173lbs not sure how much I will gain but do want to add size will post some before and after pictures when i figure it out. Looking forward to posting on site with the rest of you. I will be running all AP products for this cycle.

Welcome aboard, these guys don't know you like I do but this guy trains hard never skips workouts. I have seen him make a transformation in the past year and he's not done yet. Kill it bro!!!!!

Thanks guys for all the compliments been working hard to get there. Sorry haven't posted was off work yesterday and was doing legs:Ttm81810BhOqmtb.jpg. Tonight will be back, cardio and hopefully I can get into sauna too but back night is long. I'm hoping to gain 10lbs to 15lbs of lean mass on this cycle but so far lost 2lbs wtf but it's just been 4days so not worried yet. You all have a great workout today.

Sounds good. I hit coach up today no update but in at 194lbs. Look bigger in the mirror and twisted gave me his vote of confidence so I'm good. Until coach sees me anyways lol.

You all have a great workout today.That might be a tall order 10-15 on a man 59 but this is your first cycle,so anything is possible,if you have the same coach the jtips and I have you will make good gains,the weight loss or gains on a daily bases are more water than anything at this point.

Technically it's his 2nd cycle the first was on underdosed gear same stuff we ran before coming to AP. He uses our coach and has made amazing progress with Robert in 16wks. The really amazing thing is he really only started training 1 year ago before that he knew nothing about body building. I'm extremely proud of him that's what hard work and determination can do for you no matter your age.

Weight has not changed if anything I lost 1lb not sure how this works add food lose weight take away food gain weight but only one week at it so not worried yet. Workouts been great adding weight will see how legs go tonight knees killing me.

No cheat meal? I am still gaining up again 195lbs and only had 2 slices of pizza lol. I'm about to hit the gym now, feel you on the knee mine is slightly swollen now so this should be fun lol. Maybe lower your AI dose for a week see if that helps at all. Maybe start your GH regiment back up as well it will help with healing at the very least and with this blast you will grow much faster, test and GH go together like spaghetti and meatballs lol.

Sorry guys and gals have been sick last few days haven't been doing anything no workouts seems like when I try and workout when I'm sick it just gets worse and I want this cold gone by Christmas I hope to resume everything as soon as I can and post updated pictures. I have been adding weight at 188lbs but it's probably not the good weight will get it together soon though. Everybody have a good day.

You experienced muscle shock imo .....the first day back after a wk off is amazing ......the pump is full and tight ;) ....stamina will be off for couple days , but you will be hammering away once again .....good to see you back at it ;)

Feeling great glad to get back in gym. Tonight is legs hamstring which I hate the only good thing about legs tonight is I don't have to workout with jtip not looking to throw up.

happy new years foldguy..;)

He's not having the best of luck lately still waiting on one major component of his run and were he lives he doesn't get internet most of the time. Poor guy left work on Wed. at 5:30pm and at 11:00pm was still stuck in traffic, we are in all that flooding in the Midwest they literally shut down all our bridges and major highways for a few days they are all under water. Sure he will post up more regularly, he's probably going to skip to tren from our conversation and bypass his first 6wk plan since we are already in week 4 or 5 now.

Hope everyone is having a good year will try and post again soon.Don't feel like you are along in all the drama,we all have some at some point with kids,now the weather none of us can help anyone with that,you guys have more than your share of rain,i hope it ends soon,i thought I heard it had stopped,but it takes a lot of time sometimes to slowly recede,living on the coast of Maine we have seen our share of flooded low lying areas and coastal storm surge areas as well,and in heavy snow winters and heavy spring rains,well our rivers generally break up the ice very quickly and flood things very quickly to,except they start in the mountains and go all the ways to the coast. I am old enough now to not need lots of teenage girl drama,but I have a daughter and two grandchildren living with us,and it is a lot of stresson wife and I,so I fully understand your dilemma,best of luck pete,and happy new year to ya.

Yes all I'm back at gym workout yesterday will be hitting it again tonight. Son has cleaning crew in there yesterday and today. If furnace and water heater good they should be back in the house today or tomorrow. We can take time rebuilding basement they really not using it now anyway. Furnace and water heater main issue. Grand babies staying at our house and they can be a handful but enjoyable at same time. I am back at gym. I'll try and pm you twisted as soon as able and can figure out how but thanks far all the support I've been though stuff like this before but it's good to vent now and then.

I like it a lot less sides water, acne and not tired on it at all maybe because I'm pinning 3 times a week instead of 2. Don't have to use as much ai either. If I have to pin 3 times s week this is what I will use. I will see how it is on tren and npp and keep you updated. At gym now going to do chest.

I read your blast ......npp will take about 3 wks .....in 2wks you may start feel something ......personally im sensitive and felt something around 2wk mark ......try a mild prework out or pin a ml of test suspension jtip will walk you thru it if needed ......be sure to shake it up well before drawn it ..........

Right now the issues isn't strength and energy its more about being able to push harder without pain but he's doing great. What's worse is the make you stand next to them for pictures wtf it's like their saying oh not only can we lift more were fucking huge standing next to you. Can't wait till next time. Hey I only drink when I'm bored, tired, unhappy, sad, angry, happy, cheerful, or awake other than that I don't touch the stuff maybe when I'm half asleep too but that's it.

Morning twisted quad workout last night good. Joints still hurting some can feel some relief from npp should be better in a week. Weight finally starting to climb at 190 this morning. Holding some bloat in mid section but always do tren added now should help with that. 6586Brother,you have made some great improvements sense you started,are you working with same coach as josh,if so now I can see why you are making some nice gains. keep killing it!
