To guys that are 220+ and Under 11% BF..
WHAT SUPPLEMENTS ARE YOU Currently Taking..??
Im Very close to my 220goal and currently take:
*PHASE 8 protein Powder/Shake.
*Omega-3 Fish Oil
*Mens Multivitamin (walmart brand)
*Green Tea Energy pills.
* Liver-Rite Liver Cleanse/Health tablets.
*NO-XPlod bsn Preworkout Drink 2out of 3workouts..
As I said Iam VERY CLose to getting my 220mark while Staying Lean I feel If I tweak something a little or add the Right Supplemnt I could Maybe in Few more weeks to come get that extra 2-3 pounds of LBM.
Considering Incorporating a Good Solid BCAA. But there are so many with Wide Range of Prices with Different A. Acids. So not sure what is the Best / Value BCAA.
Or Im just missing Something Real Obvious. I used to be all about and into the Supplements a few years back and got decent results. Just seems the quality of them have gone down market is Flooded with JUNK So I generall Stay Away from them and/Or just Keep it REAL SIMPLE.. Cant Afford $100 a month just for Supps.
