A friend of mine shared that he uses stove top stuffing instead of crackers. I tried it and it definitely gives it a seasoning boost. I make a pretty good meatloaf myself. Good stuff!

If I want to cheat some more, I make a little sauce using ketchup, mustard and some brown sugar. It's delicious!!

Got this from Protein Powder Recipes by The Protein Chef, Derek Howes (http://www.theproteinchef.co)
Bodybuilding MEATLOAF Recipe (Low Fat/High Protein) (https://theproteinchef.co/bodybuilding-meatloaf-recipe-low-fathigh-protein/)
1 1/2 Pounds (24 Ounces) Lean Ground Beef or Lean Ground Turkey (I use 93/7 in the video)
3 Garlic Cloves (1 1/2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic)
1/2 Yellow Onion (Chopped)
1 Large Green Pepper (Chopped)
1 Cup (90g) Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 Large Whole Egg
1 Large Egg White
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Basil
2 Tablespoons Parsley
3 Tablespoons (15g) Parmesan & Romano Grated Cheese
8 Ounces Tomato Sauce (No Salt Added)
Calories in the whole recipe:

I've substituted oatmeal for the breadcrumbs, I just add a bit more Italian seasoning. I make my sauce with about 2:1-Tomato Sauce: Ketchup. One trick I've used is putting the veggies in a food processor and spinning them down really fine. I also add canned mushrooms. It's a bit of work and messy to make, but one of my favorite meals. I usually make 2-3 loafs w/ ~2lbs beef each.
