Another thread about salmon got me thinking and I said I would post this recipe.
Thaw out or buy fresh salmon. Make a foil pouch for each. Lay in 10 or so asparagus spears. Salmon on top.
In sperate bowl mix two table spoons minced garlic (I use store bought out of the jar). Parmesan cheese, and a little olive oil to make a past spread on top of salmon and bake with a couple lemon slices on top. Super good and easy
