I know women don't use ai general, as far as I know. However a female I know had questions about using it to control water, specifically around her monthly. I would prefer answers from women, either here, or in pm is fine, many thanks.

My first response to this question was to laugh and my second was to read it to my girlfriend who was a competitive body builder and her response was "what does she want to be a man?"

I have read that they do work, and work well to cut up a female. Many female pro's do use them right before a show (so I have read, I don't know any of them personally). But....supposedly the rebound for them coming off of the AI can be really bad (they can gain water and fat weight extremely fast). I would suggest she stays away from them.

I highly suggest she does not use them the sides far outweigh the benefits there are mild water pills on the market that are 100x safer

Roger that. Thanks. This info will be passed on. I mostly try to point people to do own research, and if in doubt do nothing or go to a doctor. I'm still chuckling about the "turn into a man comment". Haha made my day.
