So I guess I will start up a log here. Currently 259lbs 6'4" BF? haven't measured lately, should be around 13% right now. Not old, but not a young. Currently on my 2nd run.

I will post my work outs and the Mrs. (I train her). Our meals and diet. Little bit of everything.

Tonights Cardio: 35 mins on the treadmill. 25 mins on 12*@3.0, last 10 mins [email protected]


Mixed up a new batch of Aminos. I usually consume 4 times a day 1 scoop. Its unflavored. I usually mix with G2 powder post workout for the sugar. Lately the other 3 times I have been mixing with Crystal Light mixes.

Had a ART/Deep Tissue massage on my back yesterday. I get bad knots in the muscles. Used a new girl that my chiropractor recommended. Man she was good. She beat the shit out of me, sore as fuck today. Made todays workout fun.

My body gets the most development from 8+ reps with heavy weight. I used to do a lot of power lifting years ago, just got shit muscles that I wasn't happy with. Too damn soft.

What do you see wrong. I've been on eq for the whole cycle. My levels are still up and I have 3 weeks of it left. Primo got added in 3 weeks ago and will run till the end. Mast just started the other day and will run to the end. So the finally month will be prop/mast/primo. I'm not bulking

I have watched them over and over . I can only conclude you must have practiced this to perfection.
The skin condition looks excellent . Do you use a dry sauna ?

thanks bud, helps to hear things like this. Im my worst critic. Ive always gone by Arnolds thoughts. Symmetry, the body should be balanced so Ive tried hard to stick to that. I have a 34" waist and a 53" chest (relaxed). Haven't measured my chest when I flare my lats. I also have a similar body type to him. Only thing I have to watch is my front delts are massive, I never train them but they lift a lot of the load on chest day. I got that posing method from a pro. Raising the arms above the head opens up the back to show off the separation. I practice it a lot. On the skin, well I guess thats just genetics. I don't do anything, barely use lotion. Been meaning to try the sauna but never seem to have time.

oh no problem. I am currently cutting for a possible show. The EQ was for lean gains during the start of the cycle. The primo is to help tighten up and then the Mast for drying out at the end. Tren would be best to add but Ive never done it before so trying it for the first time before a show would not be wise I believe.

I really believe genetics help in my case. But I had to put in the work. I've trained 7 days a week for years. Weeks on weeks only taking an off day when necessary (every 3-4 weeks usually). Thanks though and yes the Mrs works just as hard.

Labs came back. Pretty damn good. Ive actually been able to get my cholesterol almost in check through diet manipulation while on cycle. Labs aren't bad considering I did my first cycle last summer/fall for 12 weeks. Then cruised for just over a month and then had to start my 2nd cycle (current) to prep for a show.

I will pass the complement on to her. I wouldn't say no goal per say. Couple years ago she started working out with her friends to get what turned out pretty decent shape for 35. Year and half ago she asked if I would start training her to be "a really hot 40 year old wife." Took a while for her to understand the difference between when I was talking to her as a coach vs husband. She has been progressing very well.
