OK I'm 38 225 12% body fat
I'm on week three of my favorite oil stack
Test 750 mg
Mast 600 mg
Tren 500 mg
I'm gonna do 18 weeks I'm upping doses around week 12 100 mg each
As for orals
Week 1-3 superdrol 25 mg end
Week 4-5 35 mg end
Week 9-18 anavar 100 mg and tbol 70 mg
I'm now at 230 pounds strength is going up every workout.
The only lab on here I'm using is mass builder anavar capsules.I will not mention the other ones for respect for bop

Yes I ran his tren before and it was strong ,shit everything I ran was strong as hell.
Last time I ran tren higher and was a walking basket case.this time test higher and I feel great.I'm loving superdrol but I heard m1t was stronger now I want some for next cycle.

Today was back day.I'm not sure what the exercises were but it was the olypic bar with chains and two hand grip bent forward 6 sets last set 3 45 plates and a 10 10 reps<br />
Seated wide curl grip 4 45 plates 6 sets 12<br />
Lat pull downs 4-45 plates and 2-10 plates 6 sets of 15<br />
And my favorite ones of the day 21 for biceps curl grip 4 sets hammer 21 4 sets and reverse cyrl 21-4 sets ouch on burning.

Feeling drained today but still hit shoulders<br />
6 sets shoulder press last set 135 8 reps shoulders were soar from my week of drywall<br />
Back muscle seated leaned with 35 pounders 6-15 reps<br />

And some squats 5 sets of 205 until almost failed and some calf work

Well yesterdays was traps killed it soar as hell but this morning I was hanging drywall ceilings so my shoulders are shot<br />
Incline got up to 185 12 reps😕7 sets and flat the same 185 7 sets of 15😬😢and did close grip tri ceps 135 5 sets of 20😴

OK drunk some pump juice and went for chest.incline 135-195 7 sets 15-8 reps.fault bench 135-205 7 sets 15-10 reps and then some cable pull downs.80 pounds 6 sets of 15.feeling real drained and tired today.I think I need more sleep.

Bamb a scoop of pump juice 20 mg anavar and 20 mg tbol and it was legs front leg press 4-5 plates 6 sets of 15-10.reverse Leg curl 4 plates 6 se5s or 10.squats 135-190 6 sets 15-8 reps.calf raises 4 plates 8 sets of 15.....forgot to weigh my self today yesterday I was 240.

Today popped my tbol anvar cocktail with my pre workout and I was on a good one.got a great back work out.did some bentbfoward hammer raises about 6 sets of 75-110 andvtesp of 20-10 then some 50 pound dumbbell for traps.then some incline reverse grip pull downs 3-4 plates reps 15-12 6 sets and hammer peek curls off the knee.then some andled rows wide grip 4 plates 15 reps 6 sets.and reverse peek curls.and now I eat a prison spread with steak chilli lmao

Ok today was sjolders and a prison spread with a giant can of tuna so much for.blood pressure. Took pre workout got amped and hit shoulder press 90-135 6 sets of 12-10 reps.back shoulder muscle 25-30 punders 6 sets of 12 -10 reps and sides my favorite just 20 pounders to failure 10-15 reps and I felt like that was good did a couple cable raises for front muscle but felt it was not needed.

Today was arms did some new exercises added a little more weight and lowered reps gonna go 5 weeks of low reps for some mass.7-8 reps for all final 3 sets.also did a lot of for arm exercises.

Damb just pulled off the water proof memory foam mattress cover to find a yellow and brown stain where I sleep its diffenetly the tren seeping out my pores and threw the towel and threw the water proof cover.the look on my wife's face priceless.

So today did my normal leg routine but everything upped 20-25 pounds in weight a great jump from week to week.I was feeling real good today.and my calf's were veiny and felt sore before I even walked out.

Woke up with some achy nipps and pushed my aromasin from 12.5 to 25 today no buggy I have tons of raloxifene on hand.<br />
Arm day<br />
Triceps<br />
Pulldown close grip<br />
4 sets last sets were 90 @ 10 skullcrushers last sets was also 90 10 reps rope pull downs last set was 75 @ 15 reps then biceps hammers last set 40 @10 reps then straight bar last sets 90 @10 reps preacher dumbbells last sets 40 @12 reps then some forearms and 50 mg protein shake.and a lot of sweat

Today I had my first tren cough from tren e a little different then tren ace.well took a scoop of pump juice some anavar and tbol and went for chest again. All straight bar close grip.incline from 135-175 reps of 25-10 then flat 135-205 reps 25-12<br />
And I feel like I have hot coals in my shoulders I'm out.

Did some back,traps and reverse curls today no pocks because my tattoos are in the system.incline cable rows regular rows pull downs and wide grip pull ups.just random dumbells outer and close grip for traps and dumbell reverse curls.really tired after last set its nap time.

Damb a great chest workout and bam.I get a call saying were doing 6-12 hour days a week for a long whole...every cycle I have done in the last 4 years I get slapped last couple weeks of it with 4-6 months of 12 hours days and gains go by by.a hour drive there and back mean shower make lunch quick workout.spend a hour with the family and poof.

Its hot and I'm drained took my last scoop of PJ and hit back hard I added 10-20 pounds on each of my favorite back exercises I have been doing different angles and grips .more then usual and I will keep that style going after my cycle.

Killed legs and calf's yesterday did my normal routine and they are sore as hell today.getting ready to destroy some arms gonna change angles and grips for the next couple weeks but as soon as I'm done I'm hitting the grill for my kids friends and her party.<br />

As for today's workout I tried something new with a dude I know.instead of starting low weight and going up we started at 78-80 percent of the weight we use and went for reps and less rest time until we were doing one rep then testing 3-5 minutes and changing exercises each exercise consisted of 6-7 sets. I have to say my arms felt dead as hell and on fire but we will see how they feel tomorrow.

Great trap workout today strength was a huge leap today added 60 pounds to my normal 225 shruggs I go for reps but felt froggy still hot 15-18 reps with a pause at the top.and 60 pound dumbbells for hammer shrugs those consist of a 3-6 second pause.funny shit though when a guy was hitting last he adds a long rod to the 225 and adds a 45 pound plate.the rod snapped at the top lucky he held his composure but his swol ass buddy screamed like a girl then told a skinny guy laughing "fuck u laughing at "

Got blood drawn will have results in 1-2 weeks I was hanging drywall and had a bad head ache and ate a protein bar and pj sandwich 4-5 hours before with a ton of water not sure how it will effect the test.<br />
Will chest day inlcine 6 sets from 135-195 last set 11 reps.flat bench 135-205 6 sets last set 15 reps and still have a head ache......feel like puking my face off it rained for 3 days then hit 75 today...

Great back workout today but the lower back pumps were getting bad.did some bent over rows just two plates and a 25 last set 14 reps close and added 10 more for wide grip sets.cable pull downs reverse grip 4 plates 12 reps last set wide grip same weight more reps then 2 45-2-25 plates for behind the head pulldowns wide grip.all reps had a 1-3 second palse .even my traps were pumped today.I'm wondering if its the dropping of the tbol and upping the anavar to 80 mg a day.

Well I switched to pharmacon mix 2 at 1.25 cc and pharmacon npp 100 at a cc and 3/4 cc of bgs test prop 100 EOD to end my last 5 weeks.I'm also taking 25 mg mk-677 and 20 mg aromasin ed .hcg at 250 iu 2 x a week.<br />
I dropped the anavar because my liver numbers were so high and upped the NAC and tudca twice of what I was taking.<br />
I just worked 60 hours but still got in a arm workout yesterday but my whole body is already sore.

Hit lats yesterday and chest today strength is still climbing also gained 3 pounds in the last 5 days now I am pinning test prop 100 master prop 100 and npp 100 mg EOD and love the combo

I always have better luck mixing labs.that naps lab eminence has the thinest oil I have ever seen.its like water and smells like Mexican sustamon.but I like the mix of test,npp,master.I even have night sweats???not sure if that's normal

Got in a great shoulder workout even though I was hanging mad drywall today.<br />
Did side raises from 10-20 pounders 13 reps last set<br />

Ewww got a good pump with the arms today.started cable pull downs 5 sets last set 80-15reps then over head cables 5 sets last set 80-16 reps then some 40 pound dumbbells lay down extension off shoulders.then biceps dumbbell concentration off knee 25-35 dumbbells 12 reps then dumbell curls last set of 5 45 pounder 15 reps then some reverse with 30 pound dumbbell 15 reps then rite to hammers with a 25 pound dumbell for another 12-15 reps gets then burning.today was reps and form for sure.

Did some chest today after a easy 10 hour day so I went balls out.incline 6 sets last 3 sets 185 15-12 reps then went to flat bench 6 sets last 3 sets 225 15-13 reps then did some incline dumbbells Flys with 40 pounders 4 sets of 12-10 reps and I was ready for a feast and a nap. I must be getting old but I feel so young,hahahahahaj
