Felt likt It DWBO! I was amazed at how fast he was on his feet ffor such a big guy. I about broke my thumb on his head I think. It's a little swollen today. Going to get in a short run after a small snack and stretch out, then rest up for my Saturday morning conditioning class. Hopefully this one goes better than the last one.

That would be more like me running from lesnar Hoping he doesn't get ahold of me. Lol Our new guy is a handful for sure. I was just saying that I need to get pushed harder in sparring but 320 is a big difference from 170. Usually try to avoid guys that big.

Good jtip. Cardio is getting easier. No shin pumps at all. Ran the guts out of us today and I hung in there. Won't be too much longer now.

My Saturday morning conditioning class went really good. I got my mile down under 8 mins. I know thats not great but it is an improvement. I got 82 pushups in two minutes, happy with that and 42 situps in two minutes. Not happy with that at all. I got 63 two weeks ago. Not sure what's up with that. Going to have to step that up. Overall I think I did decent.

Thanks guys. I had a hell of a day today. Did a side job wiring up a greenhouse. Talk about hot! 35 an hour though, can't beat that. I'll call all the sweating I did in there my cardio for the day. Lol I still have a few more hours left tomorrow. Ugh

I kinda got a tan in the greenhouse, feels more like I got cooked a little. Lol I am going to try to enjoy the weather this coming weekend. Looking into a swimming pool. Nothing big and fancy though.

Morning benlash, hot tub is a great addition bro. We sit in ours after most workouts, can't tell you how much it helps with next day soreness along with completely relaxing before bed.....We love our and so do the kids honestly.

My training these last few days has been nothing but calisthenics. Running, pushups, situps, pull up and no weight squats mostly. Do some hanging leg raises and wind sprints also. I actually feel pretty damn good. Not super pumped but my muscles are feeling strong. After wind sprints my recovery is getting faster and faster. A couple more weeks and I put my training to use!

My plan is to hit the weights hard on my blast then back off on cruise. For me it feels like it breaks things up and works the muscles a little different. To me lifting is a hell of alot easier than these workouts. I switched to Anabolic plus test cyp 250 for my cruise and gotta say this stuff is kickass. It's my last bottle of anabolics plus. Bout time to restock. My buddy loved that test prop from A Plus. Said it's the best he has ever used.

Last nights class was mostly boxing drills with some conditioning exercises thrown in here and there. I was able to really push myself and not gas out or have my shoulders start burning. Now if I can keep from injuring myself I'll be good to go for May 14.

Goodmorning guys. Got in a decent work out last night before work. I did 20 reps each for three sets, pushups, situps, leg lifts, no weight squats and jumping jacks with no rest in between, then one set of 40 reps of each. It is basically the exercises I will be doing on my test. I'm going to do something similar about every other day or so depending on how sore I am. Should make my test a hell of alot easier.

Hey fellas. I've had one hell of a day! I did my conditioning class this morning with somewhat of a stomach ache. Thought I'd just push through the pain. And I did, we knocked out a little over two miles, then hit wind sprints and pushups till we couldn't move. I noticed my pushups were super weak and that is something I usually excel in. When I got home I felt like crap so I thought a nap would help and woke up thinking I would need to go to the ER. My stomach was super bloated and hurt like a hell. Ended up I must have gotten food poisoning from I think this green drink I bought. Didn't know that I could throw up that much. This black belt thing is trying to kill me I think. Lol all is good now. I gotta get up and get some food in me. My body needs to recover from that work out.

My trade is a beverage delivery driver . When I'm in stores backrooms I have seen Bolthouse and Naked drinks stored with other beverages. They are delivered refrigerated and must remain refrigerated . This may not be your case but if you have been behind the scenes as I have you would cringe .

Could be right DWBO. That makes sense that it got sstored incorrect and then stuck on the shelf. It had a strange taste to it so I only drank a little. Enough to mess me up though. At least I made it through my conditioning class before I threw up. Lol some guys were losing their breakfast after the first mile.

Thanks guys. Ya I am much better. Behind on my cardio though. Was keeping pretty consistent too. I got in a little work out last night digging a hole. Lol damn sprinkler system was leaking up from the ground. Didn't make it to my class but I did work up a hell of a sweat digging. I think I hit big ass roots about every foot or so. We ended up getting a pool! I'm gonna set it up this weekend. Still kinda cold though.

Cardio seems to be holding up. Came home and hit some conditioning, pushups and abs. Ready for my last conditioning class then it's just two weeks left to go!

Goodmorning twisted. Unavoidable! They matched us up. Twice. Think they are paying me back for a few matches I got the better of them. Lol Headed to conditioning at 8 am. Last conditioning class. Next weekend is just working on forms and board breaking. Should be an easy class.

Goodmorning brothers. Last day of conditioning was brutal! My body was cramping up big time. We did a solid 2 hrs of non stop calisthenics. Bear crawled up a city block, as an adult that was the most painful. My body is not made to bear crawl! Lol ended off with sparring 5 rounds. Which I kicked some butt at. Somehow I still had some energy left in the tank. Two more weeks! I feel like I am ready. Had a few set backs but still feeling good about my cardio.

Goodmorning brothers. Chilled with the family yesterday. Had to recover from that work out on Saturday. Lol. Stretched out a couple times to break up the soreness. I plan on hitting class tonight and Wednesday, get in a couple good runs and calisthenics Tuesday and Thursday then my last Saturday class before the big test! Time to put up or shut up.

Wednesday nights class was going pretty good then I started feeling dehydrated and kinda dizzy. Realized that I hadn't drank any water yet. I woke up around 5:30 pm drank some juice and had a shot of kratom. Jumped in the shower slammed down a yogurt and a pear took some l citrulline DL-Malate and taurine with a little juice then ran off to class. Usually I drink at least a couple big cups of water before every class. I was drenched in sweat so I wasn't completely dehydrated but damn I felt like crap. Going to hit 1 more sparring class tomorrow night before the big test next week. I upped my test cyp to 375mgs every 5 days for the last three weeks of my test. Mostly to help with recovery from all the intense cardio. Still running adex at .5 mgs every 3 days. Going to get bloods done soon then hit my bulking cycle!

No doubt bro. I felt like total shit within 15mins of cadio. Took me a minute to figure out what was wrong. Downed some water and it helped but I have heard that if your body is calling for water than you are already dehydrated.

Taking tonight off to rest up for the pre test Saturday morning. Basically try to beat my time on a mile, and see how many pushups and sit-ups I get in two minutes. Hoping to get my mile right around 7 minutes. Exactly one week to go!

I hope you're right. Everyone keeps telling me that the test is way harder than the conditioning classes. One way or the other I'm coming out of there with a black belt! I do feel like my cardio is the best it has been for many years. So it's now or never.

Today is the big pretest. I'm pumped and ready. My wife and I were discussing her training and we were looking back on some pictures of her about three years ago. She has really taken to lifting. Thought I would share the pic with you guys. I'm very proud of her and her hard work in the gym.

Thanks bro. She is on a bulking routine now doing dropsets and all kinds of crazy stuff. She trains very hard. She just got to the 60 lb dumbells for declines. She really loves it.

Thanks john. My wife does get a kick out of grabbing heavier weight than some guys. They look at her like wtf did she just out lift me. She is a gym rat. Spends hours doing long crazy work outs.

They don't seem to get burned out like us either. She sets a routine and sticks with it. Myself I'll talk myself right out of a workout. She is very motivated. Could be she dreams of the day she can smack me around the house. Lol

Did pretty good on my pretest. I'm cleared for the real test next week! Got 80 pushups in 2 mins and 66 situps in 2 mins. Also got my mile from 8:37 to 7:12. Pretty damn good for me. I usually run it in 9:00 year round. Now for some stretching and chill time. Only going to hit one class next week. My plan is to have a daily routine to keep my body primed. Three sets of no weight squats, pushups, situps, leglifts, pullups and a mile daily till Thursday. Friday rest and then Saturday testing day.

Goodmorning brothers. My biggest goal for this week is not injuring myself before my test on Saturday. Lol. I'm going to avoid sparring tonight cause that is usually where I get most of them. I took a couple days off thursday and friday so I will be good and rested for the big day.

Not going to be doing any crazy training till Saturday. Just mainly stretching out and doing a little jogging and calisthenics. I work tomorrow night then I'm off the rest of the week. When I used to fight I would take three days off before a match. It was my sweet spot. Just enough to be fully rested but not stiff.

That is some good deep rest to wake up like that! You push your body hard and it is an important factor for muscle recovery. I've always wondered what would happen if we never slept. Never had the guts to go past 2 days.

Been having some issues logging on today. Keep getting kicked off then it locks up. Gotta have my BOP fix! Lol. So Wednesday night I decided to hit a class. Did a hell of alot of burpees pushups situps and running. My cardio was on point. Everyone else in class was breathing hard and dragging ass and I was ready for more. Feeling really good about this test. Friday night I am gonna do 1cc of tne to give me that extra boost. Taking tonight off and mainly focusing on eating super clean and drinking a shit load of water. Got tonight and tomorrow night off so I can rest up and be ready.

Thanks dwbo. I definitely feel that I earned this belt . I'm honestly not sure how much running and pushups and frog leaps and bear crawls we all did but I pushed myself till my muscles gave out and it was just my mind telling me to keep going. It was an amazing experience for sure.

I was telling dwbo that for my sparring portion they brought in two 200+ guys one is a golden gloves boxer and one fought pro karate and kick boxing on the east coast. Man those guys kicked my ass. I am more motivated than ever to get bigger and stronger for my second degree test.

Honestly I think I learned alot about myself. I pushed myself harder than I have ever before and my body can take a hell of alot more than what I thought. We might get to soft on our selves as we get older. Telling ourselves no I can't do that I'm too old. This is just what I needed to motivate myself into a new realm of training. Bigger stronger faster as they say.

I couldnt do that.. we think as bodybuilders we are tuff by training to physical failure.. which makes me think if we did as you have just done. Progress would b remarkable...perhaps that is wat seperates the pros from us normal folk.. mental strength...

Hit my first day back in the gym. Felt good. Decided to do three days on one off. Hit chest and tris.
Cables 20 18 16 reps
Pec deck Flys 18 16 12 reps
Dumbell inclines 12 10 8 reps
3 sets dips 10 12 15 reps
Everthing was medium to heavy weight ( for me anyways)
Rope extensions 15 12 10 reps
Superset with skull crushers 10 8 6 reps
Ended off with three sets of pushups 25 reps each.
Off to a good start!

What's up gents. I got swamped last night. Had a major break down with one of our presses. Barely got a break in. Cutting in to my BOP time. Not cool. Lol. Anyways. Yea I started my deca and sust Monday. Also started mk677 25 mgs a day since Monday also. Hit back and bis yesterday but didn't get a chance to put it up. So far so good. Feels good to be back in the gym. Upped my food intake, still fairly clean though. Lots of brown rice sweet potatoes and chicken beef fish and a few protein smoothies with banana blueberry pineapple. I'm thinking of starting a new log so as to be done with this one. Might do another black belt journal for my second degree. So look for my Bens lean bulk cycle log. Thanks brothers.

Starting some pharmacom dbol maybe next week. Not gonna rush this cycle, plan on going in nice and easy and running it for 20 weeks. I have some before pics to post up. Going to start my new log tonight while I'm at work.
