Obviously there is a point of diminishing returns, but I think especially on gear over training is bullshit

yea true if your eating 5000 cals a day and on gear there is no overtraining.

Im with you broski the human body is a amazing piece of equipement !! Its so advanced we will never know all it has to offer!!!!.....gear and diet on point and overtraining is really hard to do ...especially when were doin different body parts each day .....I watch a youtube of a black guy sorry I forgot his name hes known this guy says he trained arms everyday he trained for over a year and his arms are pretty damn big ......I believe in needed a rest , but thats a big difference between overtraining imo ....
