Seems an interesting way to relax once or twice a week but I dont want to look like im just there to try and get some puss (not that i would complain if it happened)

I do daily yoga and stretching. Man it has helped my back tremendously. It's a workout in itself. Can be a little painful as well at first. I learned a few postures and stretches throughout my martial arts studies. Good stuff you just have to stick with it. Good luck.

I did Bikram Yoga for a while. It'll kick your ass, but you'll feel great after. 90 minutes and the room is at 105 degrees, it's no joke. Oh, and the girls doing Bikram wear next to nothing.

Hot sweaty girls wearing next to nothing. Yea Count me in. Lol it has become more popular but I haven't seen one pop up where I live yet. My luck it would be full of big fat sweaty chicks. Yuk

The closest I get to doin yoga is the sexual positons I put the chicks in .....and shit some of them went in positions that I never seen before ;) ...so I will say I have a little yoga experience ;)

gold! the missus use to do yoga. things were def better back then. ive decided she is to go back to yoga.

Ya yogurt is great. I preffer oikos brand myself.
