ok.. where to start.. ill be doing a 20 to 24 week cycle depending on which meet i'm deciding to do. will be signing up next month. would like a buddy there and not go by myself. but if i gotta roll solo i will. it will be through the APF. was debating APA but decided against it.

stats:
5'8"
190lb
bf=16/17%
31yo

goal:
<198
bf=13/15%but dont really care.. stay under 18%
500lb squat
315+ bench
600lb deadlift


backstory: i was at a 430lb squat, 315 bench, and 515lb deadlift before i moved in july of '15. then worked like crazy and moved again in december. i worked out about 8 times in the first 7 months after i moved, so i lost about 100lbs on all my lifts. very unhappy with my self. so now that i've been back at it since end of january i'm blasting and getting it back plus some.

the plan:

20 weeks
1-20:500/wk-test e=ganabol
1-20:900/wk eq=ganabol
1-5/6:10 mg ed msten/another 10mg 1 hour pre workout=LGI
10-20:600/wk tren e=UNDECIDED, will order at week 8 or before

might get some ipam and cjc no dac combo when/if i feel like it:
i usually do 100mcg of each in the morning, and 200 mcg each before bed.. possibly add 100mcg of each pre or post workout

ancillaries:
exemestane/ed
nolva/if needed=will be taking 10mg/ed during msten because of its shbg binding affinity and allowing more test and ESTRO to be free
fish oil/ed
cycle assist/ed

the training:
4 days a week/movement split/combo of 531 and what ive learned from dave tate, mark rippatoe, over 5 years of researching(texts/books, studies, forums) every single day, and learning my body.
mon: lower body=squat day
tues: upper body=bench day
thur: lower body=deadlift day
fri: upper body=overhead press day
sometimes this will be pushed to a 3-day week where ill be doing two workouts in one day. all lifts will still be completed though.

and i guess ill add in that i use fully loaded by LGI for my pre-workout and never switch from it.


pinned 500 test and 600 eq today no pip. thick as hell, took 2 min to push in lol. will warm next time. normal pin days will be sun and wed, 250 test and 450 eq both days.. wondering if i can over load my syringe by half a mil when i get my tren lol.. looks like im adding two more inj sites hmmm..

nutrition:
3630cals=high day/training day
2870cals=low day/off day
optional 3250cals if i do a conditioning day.

ideal macro percentages:
30%fat/30%protein/40%carbs=high days
35%fat/40%protein/25%carbs=low days
35%fat/35%protein/30%carbs=conditioning days

Nothing changes even on rest days, right now its 2895cals P-272g/C-252g/F-96g. You know I don't do well with carbs lol, but he's gotten me headed in the right direction just need to keep growing.

Na pip isnt bad at all. Very happy so far!Only slight discomfort and i think thats mostly from the difficulty of injecting thick stuff and having to keep readjusting leverage position of fingers lol.

Depends on what you consider works....I feel like a giant water balloon sometimes if that's what you mean lol. No its getting a little better since the carbs were added very slowly but I still gain weigh so damn fast I get scared. I will be lowering it all soon enough time to cut for vacation 8wks should be plenty of time with my current off season shape.

progress will be shown every 3-6 weeks when i do singles and rep maxes... so in two weeks ill be rep-maxing or pulling singles depending how i feel and if i have time for singles(they take much longer).
workout today was..
low bar back squat:135x5/160x5/190x3/225x3/255x3/290x6
sumo deads:215x8/255x8/285x6
good mornings that i had to clean and jerk into position since the racks were taken:135x8/160x8/185x6
abs/toes to bar 3x10

everything is feeling pretty easy and can tell im getting my strength back fast.

will be adding in another movement next week.. wish i had a ghd at this gym.

diet:
oatmeal and protein shake
pork tamales
granola/peanut butter and milk
real gains shake
shredded wheat and leftover ham
eggs and mlk

Your having more fun that I am this morning then lol. I do spaghetti in my 2nd meal daily, not a huge fan but its what coach wants it consists of 8oz of 93/7 turkey and 1.25 cups whole grain noodles w/ splash of sauce. I asked yesterday if I could cut for 8wks leading up to vacation and got a huge hell no from coach, wife is competing in the pink show here in October so we have to keep bulking lmao.....He did tell me sneak in some clen and winny to tighten back up if I wanted though.

It's a fairly large show and they don't drug test so that scares me a bit. She should do great in it I think though.

Technically when we (gear users) do a show we switch to short esters and 2-3 wks out stop to clear the system. This non testing allows you to run the entire time even the day if and we all know 2 wks can make a huge difference in appearance.

i just typed all my reps and sets and it disappeared on me so not doing it again lol
workout: all benching is done with pause reps to full dead stop resting on chest as in a meet
flat bench 5sets of 3 then set of 6 at 205
bent over rows 2 sets of 8/1 set of 6
incline same as bent rows
chest supported tbar rows same as bent rows
flat bench again same as bent rows
rear laterals 3 sets of 8.. switching to machine rear laterals for better loading scheme

once again everything felt easy. stoked for heavy week in 2 weeks.

Yeah they have a body builder section now with full panels lipids/igf/test/free test all the goodies. Tren did a number on my cholesterol and Orals got my liver pretty good. Not horrible but not in range either.

Might just do the hypogonal one that gets the >1500 test when i do my bloods in a few weeks.. You taking anything extra to help get them in range faster?

second injection of 500test/600eq into delt went much better even without warming(35 seconds). im thinkng i have scar tissue build up in the glutes. or maybe just very dense there, idk.. rest day today

diet:
2-egg sandwiches made with 5 eggs
3-pork tacos
7 tbs natty peanut butter
.75 lbs chicken tenderloins
2-tuna salad sandwiches

not really sure what my calories were today lol just tried to keep carbs somewhat low and eat every 3 hours till satiety.. i know im definitely above 2000 cals though

diet has been same as usual minus bfast and meal 3 was a protein bar and milk.. spaghetti in the making now

seriously debating saying fuck my diet but not really fuck my diet.. waiting for this extreme hunger to kick in so i can really step up my eating game and stuff my face without being nauseous but im really going to wait till after this comp to start really putting weight on.. time to get strong as fuck or die trying lol

adding another set of db rows, curls, and close grip bench next week. ALSO-next week is "volume/light" week so all body weight exercises will be increasing reps from 30 to 40 for dips and 50 for pullups-pronated, neutral, and wide grips

And my step mom was a sociology major so i know how to handle it. Just not sure if i want that like you said. I wouldnt tell her about gear for a long time for sure.

Decided against adding something today, will be adding to deadlift day though. I also cut out the msten. Had some liver swelling/pain this weekend after saturday drinking. Took some extra milk thistle and drank some organic beet juice and took a nap then it was gone when i woke up. Going to stop taking most orals for awhile. May grab some osta though.

Ya im going to get some extra blood work for my liver done over next couple months to check some things out. I havent been drinking much at all. Maybe once a week. And the msten ive only been taking 10mg preworkout so i didnt think it would be a big deal. Considering ive already done msten cycles and drank more then than i have been recently. Im starting some more research on tudca as far as dosing and alcohol usage.

But at the new job if i get it, over time is even better. It becomes doubletime for any over time not just time and a half which is what i get now. I cant imagine making 800 in a day for working on a saturday or at night.. We shall see though..

Good morning. Thanks bud, i find out in 1-3 weeks if i passed it. Then if i did, i get told a date and time for an interview. Im pretty sure I passed the test. Needed a 70% or better to pass. Wasnt too bad, the math part was the hardest part since no calculator was allowed.

Alright finished all workouts for the week. Did my press workout today. Did bench and deads workout thursday minus my rear laterals and second bench sets so did those today. Took hyde for a preworkout today. Felt like a crackhead for the first 30 minutes fuck that shit. Cant wait till i get my normal stuff in the mail!

Standing strict press-5x5 ending with 135
1 set of 8 of each wide/neutral/pronated pullups supersetted with facepulls(sets of 20)
Flat bench-3x10
Press again-3x10
1 set of 8 of each pullup supersetted with facepulls again but added in dips this time
Rear laterals-3x10

Just realized i forgot to do my damn db rows.. Shit.. Looks like ill add an extra few sets on tuesday then do them normally on friday next week.

Thanks bro! 800 a day will be in 4 to 5 years when i work over time. And 75000 a year will be if i work only 40 hrs a week which doesnt happen all year long. One day on the weekend or working nights after 6pm gets me double time. Im there with ya on makin more and spending more but like i said making 75000 a year and being broke is different than making 35000 a year and being broke.

btw i can tell my bp is up already. getting headaches. and they usually last all day may go away here and there but also arent that bad of a headache. just can tell that they are there.. going to start doing some cardio after my deadlift workout friday and might bring eq dosage down to 600/wk after first bloods and first blood donation if the donation doesnt help with the blood pressure.. im guessing my rbc is up already. anyone have advice on how often you gave blood while on eq? did it help? and what dose were you running?

and if i go give blood tomorrow, does anyone know how that will effect my bloodwork in a couple weeks?

i think this will be my last go with eq if im already getting bp issues and its week 3. probably just stick with test, tren, osta, and peps..

Just to name a few, I think the cardio will help since it'll pull some water off you. How's the swelling? You can always hit up a Walgreens get some durex water pills to pull some off quicker. It'll help with BP a little.

I would check your BP see how it's doing. That was the one side of EQ I wanted to watch out for. That shits a silent killer so I checked mine 3 times a week both morning and night. Think the machines are cheap on Amazon can't remember what I paid for it but wasn't much.

And idk if i can take this headache shit for another week and know im not trying everything i can to get rid of it including going to give blood. Not worth my health to just wait to give bloods. Plus the blood donation place will check my rbc/hematocrit levels before donating. I can probably ask them what it is. I know its not good for you at all.

Right on. Thanks wil do. Ill probably go give blood on saturday, making an appointment online as we speak. Then wait two weeks afterwards for my bloodwork. Interested in how that comparison goes!

Dont feel the high bp as much today.. No pressure in the head/body.. Took some tylenol this morning. If i dont get any bp issues today during workout or after, or tomorrow, and i can keep the headache away ill wait till after bloods to do donation.

Its been nice out so we been hitting the park for cardio not nearly as bad but I'm also not keeping my heart rate near as high just added duration 2.5mile or so and 30mins. Today could be a mounds type of day, 9lbs left to loose to hit my goal. Talked to your boy at the gym a little last night, don't know if he was when you left but he's and elite trainer now and was about to start his workout. Big E has put on some size and think he's trying to get in shape for that float trip so you better up your game big dawg.

nice to have a satuday off i bet! im off today as well. no OT today. and ya its finally getting nice and staying nice out up here. beautiful day today. mounds would be great! ive got my press day here in a bit. i saw he got elite trainer. is he actually slimming down now? good for him! that does give me some incentive to get more on top of things. gotta look the best of course lol. im 195.8 as of yesterday. i didnt do cardio last night like i was planning but will do that today. i want to find a hill and do some hill sprints. im ordering some osta as well. that stuff helps with leaning out from what i remember last time. also a good well being feeling, strength and endurance. hoping no crazy interaction with the eq. staying at 900/wk since no bp issues after that day. i think its still up from normal but no pressure in the head. also i cancelled my donaton for today and rescheduled for beginning of may. i wish i knew what it was from that day. maybe it was too much water being held? did that razor cuts help you at all when you had it before?

Haha, i like some friendly competition. Thats was one of the things i miss about having the other trainers there and them wanting to get stronger too. Helped keep me on track.

Lol maybe only one other time when i was at 205 but idk what you weighed in at that time. You're leaner than i am though. My abs pop out sometimes and then other times you can barely see the outline. Would like them to be popping for the summer.

as far as diet is going.. still pretty much the same. mostly eyeballing everything and shooting for approximately 4000 cals on lifting days and 2500-3000 cals on no lifting days. all while eating at least 50g protein at each meal and making sure i get a good amount of healthy fats each day. obviously loading up on carbs on lifting days.

Strap in bro the strength will follow but be mindful not to over do it, I read a ton of logs where guys get hurt using EQ the body's stronger that its ready to be and can't handle the stress.

Ya im being careful. The good thing about the way i train is i use a training max and that lets me use less weight to still get stronger and the heavy weights only come once every 3 to 4 weeks. Also im thinking im good for little while since ive already been past where i am now and it wasnt too long ago. Everything is feeling good so far besides the bp thing. Been dialing in my estane which has helped but the extra water retention i can feel sometimes. I also make sure i include exercises for symmetry and injury prevention. So taking my precautions for sure. But i wont be going easy. Eat big lift big get big or go home for me.

Yeah water retention on EQ was present with me as well, keep in mind it amortizes to a degree so may need more estane.

Im thinking the solenoid is going bad, loose wire, or a short. I dont think its the starter, no clunk. When i tried starting it, nothing happened but was able to jump the solenoid prongs on the starter to get it started. Im really thinking solenoid but idk. It started right up this morning with the key though.

What time of day were you taking the razor cuts? Morning? Morning and night? Did you take it twice a day? Thinking taking it preworkout probably is bad idea lol. Starting 1 pill tomorrow morning and seeing what it does. Just took first dose of tudca post workout as well.

Haha yes i need some nectar of the Gods. I just need to decide whether im running it at 400 or 600 a week. And ya im ordering bloods in the morning. Ill try to schedule an appointment for saturday but probably wont be able to, so sometime next week ill get them done.

Cool let me know how that shakes out, I'm doing mine Tuesday morning before the gym can't wait to see the comparison. If all is well time to up that test dose again for the rest of this cut and maybe must maybe some cut mix added with clen and T3. 225mg tren shouldnt be so bad and it will change my appearance being lower in BF right now. Well is sounds good anyways right lmao.....
