View Full Version : What fruits do you eat

I have a handleful of blueberries in my oatmeal. 2 bananas in the first half of my day and 2 apples in the second half of my day. What are you guys doing for fruits? Shit I posted this in the wrong category my bad.

You talkin bout brown eye berries? Lol I have heard rumors about you! I myself eat alot of bananas mostly. Strawberries or blueberries if I have them. Had some kiwi today. Pears are a good source of long lasting energy also. Good pre-workout meal with some yogurt.

found bananas always made me puke during gym so ive switched to grapes. read in a book by Dr Franco Columbu that grapes were a good addition to training during a comp prep.
plus its awesome eating and training at the same time:wink:

Try FREEZING those little bastards...YES, Freezing them. They're like little bite-sized grape slushies. Grape juice is known as a VERY fast carbohydrate. Not sure how that translates to grapes, but I'm sure the fruit isn't much slower.

For me, I like all kinds of fruits. Frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries), I eat almost daily in a smoothie w/ a bunch of spinach/kale. Oranges, Bananas, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, MANGOES, PINEAPPLE, Fuji Apples
