Will anything help knee pain due to osteo arthritis

The very first thing I would do is try to find someone who knows how to do PNF stretches and have them do your TFL, IT-Band quads, glutes, soleus and gastronemious. then every day you come into workout I would foam roll those muscles. I would concentrate on making sure the VMO is firing and strengthen it along with the rest of your quads, strengthen your*IT-Band, glute medius and maximus and your anterior AND posterior Tibialis. After that should have SIGNIFICANTLY less knee pain if any pain at all!!!
