While researching the use of AAS for TRT and supratherapuetic uses, I started my reading with Llewelyn's e-edition of ANABOLICS, which turned then to other books for research and guidance, including "Testosterone Steroid Cycles" (including the ULTIMATE sustanon 250 cycle) by George Spillwin. There wasn't a whole lot of different information in this book from ANABOLICS, besides the author trying to sell you on some super-rare off-cycle supplement and attending his quarterly steroid school, but I did find his breakdown of ester half-lives to be interesting. Basically his thought is that with the esters that make up Sust, a typical injection schedule like what one would do with Enanthate would lead to uneven blood levels. Makes sense. (I actually made a simple spreadsheet to track blood levels with Enanthate given a 14 day half-life, just because I was very interested in the subject. Kinda cool to look at, though apparently not terribly accurate as I'm under the impression the half-life can change some in each individual.)

Now that I've given the background, here is what the author recommends for a Sust cycle to maintain fairly consistent blood levels. He is also assuming one running this cycle only has access to ampules, so he is only using full ML's for each injection. (Hopefully these columns line up enough to make sense)

Pin Day Dose Claimed blood level

Day 1-1500 mg 229 mg
Day 5-500 mg. 194mg
Day 9-250 mg. 138 mg
Day 11-250 mg. 136 mg
Day 15-500mg. 146 mg
Day 18-500mg. 164 mg
Day 22-500mg. 161 mg
Day 25-250mg. 135 mg
Day 28-500mg. 158 mg
Day 32-250mg. 119 mg
Day 35-500mg. 148 mg
Day 39-500mg. 153 mg
Day 42-250mg. 130mg
Day 45-500mg. 155mg
Day 49-500mg. 156mg
Day 53-500mg. 156mg (last injection)

Sustanon is sticky considering there are 4different tests/compounds in the one. I have had a hard time guaging this myself. I do know rule of thumb and generally people will just adminsiter EOD. I have found myself when switching Labs EOD was too much and ended up getting sick.. Sust flu.. HBP. ETC. my best advice is to stay consistent with the sust. And when I end my Sust cycles Is the tough part I will Occasionally go to TEST P. SO I can better determine the half lives.

Yeah, it's definitely much easier to gauge the half lives with only one ester. The schedule I mentioned makes sense, but I haven't double checked these numbers or anything. EOD definitely seems easier than planning everything out on a calendar, haha.

Test undeconate is now being used for TRT. For reference the pharm company recommends
day one 750mgs
week four 750mgs
every 10 weeks after the first two injections is 750mg.

Also so for reference if you read up on what sust is medically tested for its a 3-6week injection time frame. The 100mgs of deconate must have a much longer release than we assume
