I have an issue I’d like some feedback on, friends – I’m going to start GHRP 2 and Frag 176 at bed time every night, so I can’t have food for 3 hours prior. I work out twice a day with the second workout being within an hour and a half of bedtime – this timing can’t change, so it impacts me being able to take protein just prior to and after workouts and just before bed. Does anyone else face this quandary and is it worth it to “fast” from 5:m til 7:am the next morning to maximize the benefit of these peptides?
