Hello brothers, fairly new around these parts. Hope to learn from the brothers and guide me to success. Decided to join the dark side, hopefully with the knowledge I gain here,
ill be stepping up on stage in a year or so who knows ! But for stats 23yrs ... Fairly young I know. Weight and h't 170 and 5,8 .Will be running my first cycle next week . Recently just started cutting

Will be running
Test prop 100mg EOD week 1-12
Adex .5mg E3D
Hcg 250IU 2x a week
Anavar 50mg week 1-4
anavar 100mg 4-8
i also have some t3 dosed at 100mcg
and Clen dosed at 40mcg.
Was planning on this

Clen day1-2 20mcg
day 3-4 / 40mcg
day5-6/ 60mcg
Day7-9/ 80mcg
day10-12/ 40mcg
day12-14/ 20mcg
Take a 2 week break
the t3 at the follow

Day1-6/ 25mcg
day7-10 / 50 mcg
day11-13/ 75mcg
day14-25/ 100mcg
day26-30/ 75mcg
day31 - 35/ 50mcg

day 36-40/ 25mcg


pCT will be ran as followed :
week 1 clomid : 75mg ED Nolva :40mg ED
Week 2 ,3,4 : 50mg ED. Nolva :20mg ED
my diet for the first week will be as followed



MEAL 1
3 whole omega 3 eggs
6 egg whites
3/4 cup measured dry oats


MEAL 2
6 oz chicken breast
4.5 oz brown rice
4 oz broccoli


MEAL 3 pre workout meal
2 scoop whey 100iso

2 English muffins




MEAL 4(post workout)
6 oz chicken breast
5.5 oz jasmine white rice

MEAL 5
6 oz lean ground beef
4.5 oz brown rice
4 oz broccoli


MEAL 6
2scoop of Casin Protein

You would be MUCH better off running Test-E or C at 500mg/week for 12 weeks and using Aromasin for your AI! Aromasin helps free up bound test and is also better for you! You clearly know how to heat in order to be lean, IMHO you should use your first cycle to do a lean bulk and add some more lean muscle mass before you cut hard. Anavar is a great compound but is not really the right one for this cycle. If anything I'd use Tbol for the first four weeks. You want to stay away from the clen and T3 this cycle also. In fact I wouldn't use those at all until you're final stages right before the competition. The beiggest thing people struggle with when starting AAS is the nutrition. Since it seems you understand what you're doing in that department take it slow and get to know how the steroid(s) affect YOU because on your first cycle you have the ability to make tremendous gains!!

Thank you brothers! I'll keep the clen and T3 stored away. I read about aromisan after I already placed the order. Also, already have 6 vials of Test P on hand. So looks like Test P all the way, just to see how my body reacts to this element entering my body. Would you guys recommended 50mg Ed or 100eOD. Don't feel I need to go much then 350-400 of test a week. My first shot if all goes as planned shall be May 16th

I would use Test C or E (fucking LOVE Test C personally)...but since you're going to use test P - if it were me I'd be pinning it EOD.

Thank you bro!!! I'll be updating my diet weekly with pics and my training regiment is just basic FsT-7 routine I found online been liking it so far! Will keep doing more research on the forum. Thanks for been so welcoming guys, about to be a good 12-13 weeks

Did my first pin last night in my left shoulder, the pain this morning is not bad at all. The muscle is a little tight but all is well. Going to hit back Nd Triceps tonight.... Let the Gains begin

First week, not so bad. Weighed in around 168. No major changes that I can really notice my schedule has been
1-Back and Triceps
2-shoulders and Biceps
3- Legs
4- chest
5- Biceps and triceps
6/7 = off days

Currwntly doing FST-7 training with about 15 min stair master at the end of my lifts
3 mins at An easy rate
1 min at a challenging rate

Hey just seen your log, great job brother. You know how to train and eat already properly that's already a leg up on most. I also like your choice in short ester with prop, man they will keep dryer and the gains you make will be more realistic not water weight. I'll be following along as well, your gonna do great and at the end of this I think you'll be surprised at the changes in your physique.

Definitely looking good man. I just think 3 compounds for your first cycle is a bit much. Its your body. But I still give you props for your hard work its showing!

If its workin leave it alone brother .....add take some sets away if you want , but if its still yieldin results leave it alone :)....but since you were off for short period ease bqck into your routime to avoid any injuries :)

Cheat meals you say....we lost those our coach now programs those in for us!!! Your doing great man just stay focused and on track until the cheat...after the cheat you will look and feel amazing for a day or so and then start leaning out again. Keep grinding bro!!!

Morning brotha, I really liked EQ myself but you have to watch BP while running it. I was so hungry on 800mg of EQ I was eating every 2hrs and still wasn't enough...gained some really good size and strength on it though. You will read some guys love it and others hate it...my coach is a big EQ guy so that's what got me to try it out.

I use 10mg of cialis ed or eod ....also depends on high it is to brother !...

Yes you can run Test P with it but for less pinning you my just go with test E and hit both compounds 2x a week....I run short esters on cuts but longer esters on bulks since short esters do carry less water weight but on a bulk you want the extra water for added protection in the joints if that makes sense.

16wks is ok as your doing bloods to make sure you're safe and checking BP. I ran it 20wks with no issues.

I agree with that as well...was under the impression he wanted mass first then cutting. I love mast and alway have it in my cuts.

Mast is good you both ....you guys are lean enough ...I use it, but it isnt as affective for me as you guys

I say bulk on test and EQ...cut on test and mast then at the end of your cut run winny and var the last 6wks. You'll be shredded

I would say 500 test and 800eq...yes run the other leading up to the show. If you want a good coach let me know I have one. He competes still was 4th last year in the usa's in Vegas so he's for real.

Maybe cause his testi's are atrophied or maybe he doesnt want them to become atrophied !! I see no issue with running hcg for short period time durin a cycle .....now t3 and clen I agree he is lean and maybe a different option would be better ....

Yeah I just upped my breakfast to
1/2 cup of oats , 4 eggs, 2 of turkey
2nd meal 6oz chicken 10oz brown rice
pwo 10oz white rice 8oz of chicken
4th 10oz sweet potato 8oz ground beef
5th 1 cup of oats , 2 scoops of protein and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.... Gains galore

I couldn't agree more with twisted.... How you feel and look are far better values than pure weight, which will fluctuate quite a bit throughout the day. You clearly have a handle on your nutrition, and are dedicated to it. The only thing I see is maybe the calories are a bit low IMO. Right foods for sure but a few more ounces of meats in each meal may be just the thing-- I don't think at your age, and your workload, that anything will be stored as fat if you time the feedings correctly.

Morning bro...doing great keep grinding. I agree with these guys on the scale it can be deceiving and play mind games so unless in contest prep don't worry so much about it and watch the mirror. Now in contest prep different story, you have a target weight and look to achieve. I get the feeling we are a lot alike and nothing will ever be good enough...always thinking your not giving enough or looking your best...its a good thing bro it keeps you motivated. My coach once told me if you look in the mirror and your satisfied somethings wrong you should always want more...I agree with him.
