I'm tellin ya, I think I've found my sweet spot with the stuff. Sure I'm not running crazy amounts and putting on 15 pounds in two weeks, but my gains are nice and steady and the sides are barely noticeable. It's what you might call "sustainable."

Morning brothah! Went to check my BP yesterday and I almost can't fit my arm in the cuff thingie at the store. Pretty happy about that. Anyway, after doing cardio pretty consistently at 20 minutes per day, my Systolic has dropped from the spiked 140 (Tren ace and Enanthate made that spike up pretty high from normal) to 134. Goes to show the importance of keeping up on cardio.

Diet is still gone. Hardly ever feel like eating. Hopefully the EQ kicks in sometime soon, as I pretty much feel like I'm force feeding myself.

It's the tren man...anytime I run it I can't eat feel almost sick to my stomach...that's why I only use it to cut.

Drove all day yesterday and made it to the gym at about nine pm for chest. It's amazing how driving, a thing that requires such little physical effort, can still wipe you out. It was a rough gym session.

Morning bruthah. Been getting a lot of compliments on the gains. Being gone for a year and coming back there would be a difference anyway, but the gears have obviously made a very big difference. So that's been fun.

UPDATE: (I realize this log has become a little boring. Everything is just slowly progressing and I haven't had an experienced that I felt contributed to the log. Hopefully this mixes it up a bit)

I think I just had my first Tren-cough! Injecting into my quad it stung a bit more than normal. Normal being I barely feel anything at all. Anyway, a few moments after injection my throat felt a little funny, I had a peculiar taste in my mouth, and I coughed a few times. Then a couple more times. And that was it. Could be coincidence though...

Sounds like you were pretty close but trust me when you get tren cough you'll know it lol. You won't be able to breath your coughing so much and hard then instant sweat...soaked and the fit last for what seems like an eternity. I always open the freezer door and stand in it during the fit helps to open the lungs back up.

From what I've read it seems like some people get it all the time, and I still have yet to get it once. And I'm completely cool with that, haha! And I've used three or four different sources so far, so hopefully that kills the potential for just having fake stuff.

I do have another update to the log. I swapped my AI from .5mg adex EOD to 12.5mg aromasin ED. Haven't noticed any difference yet after five days.

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of responses. Road trip is almost over and then back to a normal life.

I have decided to change things up a bit. Previously I was just hitting my macros with relatively clean foods, but still a lot of artificial sweeteners. With what I'm expecting my work load to change to, I'm swapping over to a "meal plan" to make food prep easier and going to minimize artificial sweeteners. Next post will be what I'm thinking.

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 cups cottage cheese, 1 cup rolled oats or 2 slices bread (25g carbs per slice)

Meal 2: Fit crunch bar and Protein shake or 1 cup cottage cheese or 1 cup greek yogurt. One Apple, orange or banana or 1 cup berries

Meal 3: 10oz chicken, 2 slices of bread or 2 whole wheat tortillas (50g carbs total) and some vegetables (cabbage, asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower)*

Meal 4: 2 serving of (you can mix and match: protein shake, cottage cheese, greek yogurt or 4 oz chicken. 2 rice cakes and 2 TBSP peanut butter

Meal 5: 10oz chicken, 2 slices of bread or 2 while wheat tortillas (50g carbs total) and some vegetables (cabbage, asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower)*

Meal 6:*2 serving of (you can mix and match: protein shake, cottage cheese, greek yogurt or 4 oz chicken. One Apple, orange or banana or 1 cup berries

Take the bread out and stay away from simple sugars and fast acting carbs. Stick with complex carbs like rice, red/white potatoes,oats,sweet potatoes things like that. Bread will not help your cause bro just turns into sugar and the nutritional value is very low.

I would also limit the fruit to breakfast and the rest of the day have complex carbs and protein with healthy fats in a few meals as well.

What's your current macros and cals???

I see where you have option for either protien shake or meal (chicken) ....I know the norm for hobbyist is 2 protien shakes aday .....Im not strict diet knowledgeable type fella ,but if you limit the shakes to twice a day and goin with the meal option you put in place it seems ok .....

I usually try to stick with real food as much as possible and avoid stakes, but with as much as I'm eating shakes/bars definitely make it easier to keep up.

The wraps are not overly bad just do those as a pre workout meal since they will be in and out of the system faster than complex carbs. Add a pasta and lean meat meal in there as well...like lean turkey or beef and pasta with some sauce if you like. I can't handle that many carbs myself I would blow up like a water balloon lol.

Just set up 6 meals one being a post workout shake and prep them so you can grab and go...eat every 3hrs. Your gonna find out that clean foods are gonna be much more food than you realize and you may have a hard time getting it all down. Here is how I would set it up..

Meal 1: egg/eggwhites, oats, fruit if your gonna eat it

Meal 2: Lean meat, complex carb, green veggie, healthy fat

Meal 3: Lean meat, complex carb, green veggie

Meal 4: Lean meat, complex carb, green veggie, heathy fat

Meal 5: Lean meat or egg/egg whites, healthy fat

Meal 6: or whenever your post workout is shake with PB and oats all blended

You can add whatever you see fit that fits your macro set up but this is what I do....its overly clean so you get to have one cheat per week with this since your bulking but this will keep you lean as you bulk it that makes since.

Hahaha to the blowing up on carbs comment! I handle carbs pretty well, it's the fats that get me. My first cycle I ran 450 carbs, 338 protein, and 150 fat. Still stayed lean. I actually got leaner going from 215 to 227 pounds.

Most of my lifting career has been with clean eating, so I definitely know what I'm up against, haha. I've only been tracking macros since December, and then only since this summer is when I started introducing a lot more "unclean" sources to meet my macros. I have definitely noticed a difference in how I feel with more artificial sweeteners. Of course, that could be the Tren...

Lifting belt was a little tighter than normal during squats. Definitely a sign that the increase from 237 to 241 over the last couple weeks wasn't all good weight. Oh well, all I can do now is continue making the gains.

Thought about going UGL but Wifey asked to go through a doctor. Which makes sense. And then insurance will pay for it, so I guess it works out.

Dermo are against givin out accutane unless you have cystic acne( hopefully your dermo is more giving than mine) .....he will probably give you doxycycline make sure you eat alittle something before takin it .....it will help just not as effective as accutane :( ....

I think it was an estrogen rebound issue. I accidentally killed it with letro and then finished a cycle and went on TRT. After a couple weeks of TRT it flared up. Didn't have any issues during the cycle.

See I only said hold off cause you did a tren blast and instead of endin it you switched to eq and your liking it so you extended your run for a 2nd x....at this point your body been running on overdrive and imo addin mast to it and by the time it kicks in you feel some (what I call) feelings of gear burn out ....hence not getting the full affect and full benefit of the mast ....now this just my opinion ....its always good to give your body break a d drop down to a cruise for 2mos ....now this is just my opinion ....;)

I feel like I wasted a few weeks of the cycle, but now it's time to make up for it.

Update: Got back to doing cardio today. In that rough patch my cardio also took a back seat. Doing the same levels on the stair master that I was previously running, my heart rate was 155 bpm rather than the normal 175. It's like I'm not even running Tren. This EQ is pretty awesome stuff! I do feel like I notice that my blood is thicker though. My resting heart rate is elevated and I feel like sometimes I can feel my pulse in my skull. Blood pressure is still good though.

Gonna try to give blood on Monday. Hopefully they don't turn me away after seeing the acne on my arms.

You bet it has. Speaking of the Tren train, in my quest for TNE I came across some methylated Tren oral tabs. Went ahead and bought some tickets. (Probably the most expensive preworkout I have ever purchased, haha!) I won't be using daily, hell it might not even be weekly, just occasionally for that big push. I'll take a bunch of liver support with it and probably the next couple days after too, as I've read the stuff is brutal on the liver. Gonna try 250mcg the first time and cap it at 500mcg per use.

Nice lift brother....couldn't tell you when the last time I benched was, with this bum shoulder I don't push it lol. I had a goal of 405lbs while being under 200lbs in body weight but only got as high as 365lbs as I remember. How do your joints feel after that lift?? I feel that stuff now that I'm older.

365 while under 200 is still ridiculously impressive! To me anyway.

All my joints feel okay (except for that damn hip) after the heavy lifts. At this point I don't need wrist wraps or anything when I'm pressing or benching, and I only use a belt when squatting. The only thing I use for deadlifting is straps cause I don't want to go reverse grip and develop an imbalance or tear a bicep. So I suppose everything is going well for now as far as joints are concerned.

With the way things are going I'm worried I'm gonna turn into the guy that benches more than he squats, haha! I guess as long as I have big legs it doesn't matter.

That's right!! That's how it should always be bro, and it throws off the ladies when you have under sized lower body compared to your upper lol it's very hard for me to add mass on my lower body I think it has to do with the lack of androgen receptors.

Only downfall to big quads is having to put some baby powder between the legs to avoid that sun rash when you go out to fairs or Disney on a hot sunny day [emoji23]

Unless you're genetically gifted, putting mass on the lower body is rough. (As we all know I'm sure) Especially the damn baby cows. I have a brother that doesn't lift or do anything physical, and his legs are ridiculous!!! He's got to have at least 19" calves. The guy would be a beast if he were to start eating right and lifting.

I'm not to the baby powder stage yet, quads are only 27-28". It's coming though. Frickin calves are like, 16-17". Gonna wait to measure until the end of this cycle.

That's true on the heavy duty peeps. Bro and I both weigh in the 240's (though he was up to I think 280 before he graduated high school. So he's always been on the heavy side, where I was always scrawny, graduating at 175 I think) but my body fat is around 12-15 and his is probably somewhere in the high 20's. At 6'3" (my wife thinks I'm 6'4" for some reason) I only have an inch on him in height. It really says something about body composition with how different we look. Except for his f'kn calves. Goddamn tree trunks that guy.

That paragraph is kind of all over the place. Oh well, I'm just gonna post it.

Forgot to mention-starting to look a little leaner, and weighed in at 242 this morning. This Test/Tren/EQ cycle is fantastic.

Appetite and making cardio seem like I'm not even on Tren are my favorite parts of it so far. I've become stronger, but I chalked that up to my diet coming back and the test/Tren, but it could be the EQ too!

But really I'm definitely enjoying it. Just wish I would've started the EQ sooner. I think next time I'll start the EQ four weeks before starting the Tren so it kicks in and hopefully I'll avoid the appetite suppression from the Tren.

You gonna be a beast running another bulk! How long before that happens?

Who knows really lol...I'm doing this cut until November 4th (I think it is when we leave) so after I'll cruise until probably January and then start back up on a bulk...maybe sooner depending on bloods and how I recover.
