So I traded out the straight bar for the ez curl bar. Forgot to mention my wrists are shot as well. Really focused on the negatives and squeezed the curls at the top. I did add in a few sets of dips at the end.

mine were the same..my elbows gone, left shoulder was so painful.. just learn your way around it with a lighter weight.. only rarely do these issues pop up now...
bet your arms are caned today.....chuck a hamy and calf routine in..

Had a busy last couple of days. Spent some quality time with the family. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow morning. Didn't get in my full body today like I wanted to but I'll make up for it this week. Still holding at 176lbs and really seeing a difference in my shoulders and back. I got a few pictures to post up when I get a chance.

Hey bud...I missed a couple of days. So wanna a quick 3 day progarm to get my body back into working...Try this..
Chain bench press x4 ,low reps.
Then alternate excersizes with rest. Between each set
inc dumbell press
Pull downs
3 sets of each. Medium reps

Now superset
Decline smith press supersetted with close grip reverse grip pull downs. .
3 supersets but drop set the cg rg pull downs. ...higher reps.

Crossovers then inc neck press on a smith machine 7 sets each non stop..Stretch those upper pecs.. go deep....and slow
I finished off with 7 sets of 7 reps cable curls for a bicep pump..

Hit chest hard.. lats get a working. . Shoulders and triceps get a secondary pump and biceps get a nice pump too..almost a complete upper body hit..
Next day legs and finish with deadlifts and barb rows.
Day after shoulders, triceps and biceps.oh and calfs.. punish them....

Nice little three day workout with a different grouping of muscles.

I'll be the first to tell you if I don't take weekly pics and compare I don't see jack and get all kinds of frustrated and pissed off. Look for the small changes each week and in a months time those become big changes, you have to remember this is a marathon not a sprint bro. If your worried about a lagging part just add another day in like we do for blood volume they are rough little workouts but they work. I thought you looked great bro, keep grinding!

I'll be the first to tell you if I don't take weekly pics and compare I don't see jack and get all kinds of frustrated and pissed off. Look for the small changes each week and in a months time those become big changes, you have to remember this is a marathon not a sprint bro. If your worried about a lagging part just add another day in like we do for blood volume they are rough little workouts but they work. I thought you looked great bro, keep grinding!

Did legs earlier today. Hammered out 5 sets of squats, 6 sets of leg extensions superset with leg curls then 8 sets of weighted calve raises. My right knee has a little pain in it but feels ok if I warm up good. Still holding 176lbs. Going to add in an extra protein smoothie mid day.

The added cals should help you out bro, my fav smoothie is choc protein, half cup oats, scoop of natty PB with water and ice all blended. Damn now I want one and can't have it all I have left is 5 egg whites dammit lol.

Afternoon guys. I did a full body routine yesterday. Wanted to mix it up a little. Basically did a circuit of pulldowns, decline dumbells, shoulder presses, low rows, leg extensions and leg curls. Five sets total, started with 14 reps then hit 12, 10,8 then a heavy set to failure. Woke up today and the scale has me at 179lbs! Almost over that 180 mark. I'm going to hit arms, squats and deads later today. Tomorrow is sparring night. Haven't sparred yet since I went to swing shift. Shhould be interesting with the extra weight I've put on. Haven't worked a whole lot of cardio so hopefully I can hang with em.

Sparring went so so. Didn't get my butt kicked but my cardio was shit. As expected. Lol felt heavy as all hell. Didn't have to sparr the big dude though. Thank god!
I was going to hit back today but after running a few chores I felt like shit. Think this heat is getting to me. I'm used to the graveyard temperatures. I'll wake up early and hit it tomorrow. Thinking one more week then I'm dropping the dbol. Still running 500mgs deca and 700mgs test. Test e 250 1cc and primo e 100 1 cc every three days. Along with mk677.

That is strange. Maybe just water weight? I've seen people cut ridiculous amounts of weight to fight and then gain it all back in a few days. Our bodies can do some crazy stuff.

So yesterday I hit back and bis. Tried out some new stuff. Triple drop sets to start out of close grip pulldowns. Got a killer pump. By the time I got to bis my arms where about smoked.
Hit chest and tris today. Tried the same technique with chest. Triple drop sets of cable crossovers then on to dumbells. Tris got worked good also. Stretched them out good with some dumbell behind the neck presses. Tomorrow is leg day! And I have to work early.

I just upped my test by 200mgs A week. Might do a little higher on the deca. Dbol is probably gonna suck to drop but I got some drol I'm going to throw in shortly. Should balance itself out.I hope. Lol

Keep up the arm workouts you will build up the endurance and you will see muscle size increase ....doin great..:)

keep the bol, add the drol.. gotta go up! more test,, frontload the increase. hit 1 gm of test in a day then 400 min extra per week.... 20 days on test e to reach its full strength... go hard.....fk the deca... its a filler.. takes to long to build....

Interesting. So put more test in place of the deca? I got test e 350 coming. Could easily up my test 400mgs and still run the deca. You don't see any value in the deca at all or?

Definitely value in the deca. But not by raising it now. Add a extra 350 of test pw....im amusing its a test e....will take 10 days(not 20, cause u already have it in system. I got that wrong) to reach its potential given its half life. So front load 3 or 4mls first shot. To spike it.. or add prop for 10 days.....spose i should be more exact....
How much longer u running on cycle?
Im used to short blasts... so its a little differant.

Myself. Id spike it 3 or 4 mls. Run it 3 more weeks with additional 700 pw...
Then dnp....then cruise on a cutting blend with clen.....dnp...go in hard with a trial short blast. Hgh would b nice. Slin great. Increlex. Well, who can afford all that.......peptides are rated highly by syrax.....as a alternative....
Problem with long term cycles. U have to keep increasing dose. But the sides increase as well for too long creating problems.
I perfer to hit it harder.

But get out b4 they stick around too long......longer term sides, more gains will b lost.....and at a cost of ongoing issues.......

Tell me the cycle term and doses in full.
Will u be cruising or pct?

Look at dorian yates blood and guts....chest and arms wo on utube....look up his doses, his slin use....of course he is a freak of nature......but the principals apply to all. Get in..go hard...get out..eat...sleep.....
Dnp will mop up the fat..and create anabolic windows that can be used to build large gains in shory time frames.....

Definitely value in the deca. But not by raising it now. Add a extra 350 of test pw....im amusing its a test e....will take 10 days(not 20, cause u already have it in system. I got that wrong) to reach its potential given its half life. So front load 3 or 4mls first shot. To spike it.. or add prop for 10 days.....spose i should be more exact....
How much longer u running on cycle?
Im used to short blasts... so its a little differant.

Myself. Id spike it 3 or 4 mls. Run it 3 more weeks with additional 700 pw...
Then dnp....then cruise on a cutting blend with clen.....dnp...go in hard with a trial short blast. Hgh would b nice. Slin great. Increlex. Well, who can afford all that.......peptides are rated highly by syrax.....as a alternative....
Problem with long term cycles. U have to keep increasing dose. But the sides increase as well for too long creating problems.
I perfer to hit it harder.

Plan to cruise at 250 Mgs of test c a week after this cycle. I'm on week 6 now. Switched from sust 300 to test e 250 a few days ago was first pin. Also added primo e 100. So 700mgs a week test and 500mgs deca. Plan on running this cycle at least 12 weeks possibly up to 20 weeks. Depending on how I feel and if I am lagging on gains. I like to listen to my body as to how much to dose and how long I take it. If I start to feel like shit then there is no point in what I'm doing. I'll back off and cruise.

Aas Is constantly evolving and growing. Things are done a whole lot different now than 10 years ago. I'm in the process of seeing what works for me and what doesn't. Still have alot to learn. I appreciate people giving there input. Especially guys like torcha who have real world eexperience. I am not in a huge hurry to stack on crazy amounts of muscle. Slow and steady is my plan. Hope to be making gains into my 60s.

Killed some shoulders and quads earlier. Threw in a little biceps just for a little change. Had to work so I didn't get to sleep in but all is good. Thanks for dropping in bro. Workin upper body just fine just can't hit squats or it feels like it's going to pop out of socket. I'll give it a week or so. Dropped the dbol and mk677. Still holding right around 179 to 180. Not doing any cardio at all.

My knee is feeling better today. Stretched out real good. Think my body actually misses the crazy cardio. I'm going to work on balancing things out a little more. Little strength training and little cardio. Bag work and light jogging later today. And need to stretch more.

Finally got a day off! Hit the gym and basically hit a cardio slash circuit training day. Hit chest back bis tris shoulders and knocked out a little over a mile on the treadmill at a good pace then finished off with some bike. Still stretching and takin it easy on my knee. Thanks for checking in on me guys and gals. Have a great fourth! I'm going to hit another mile and maybe tear up chest and bis today.

Hit chest and arms yesterday. Really worked the hell out of chest. Got a good pump. Should have my suspension in today from psl. Man I can't wait to try it out. Decided to drop deca and take torchas advice. Upped my test to right at 1g a week. Gonna maintain that for the rest of my cycle. This cycle has been a learning curve for me. Kinda seeing what works for me and what doesn't. Got big plans for this year. After dropping mk677,dbol and deca my weight dropped to 176lbs. It's all good though I knew that I gained a good amount of water weight. Started feeling bloated as hell. Actually feel a hell of alot better just being back on only test.

Morning Ben, I know what your saying about the water weight...not a fan of that shit myself I want to see lean gains not the scale jump up cause I'm a human water balloon lol. It's a slow and steady thing bro...I have noticed after a cut if you jump right into a bulk you do put on some nice amounts of lean mass fairly quickly so this will be my plan from now on. Just something to try out if your looking for a change... I did bulk then cut (while on cruise dose of test and added dnp/clen)..added a blast and bulk (now) and next is a cut (still will be blasting) then cruise dose maintain and repeat after the body gets a break. Each time the goal changes so did the sups much in the way Torcha does his cycle's and plans only I use lesser amounts of gears than he does for the most part.

Got cold as hell. Crashed my test e 350. So I did like you said twisted and heated it up on the coffee heater in a little water. Worked perfect. Good as new. Now I noticed all my test e 350 is crashed. Lol gonna have to find a new spot. On a positive note I found a great place to keep hgh. Lol still working on that one though.

You can hold off , it shouldnt keep crashing once you heat it up ....I have some tne that kept crashin I ended up tossing it ...but my test and othe gear didnt .....

You can hold off , it shouldnt keep crashing once you heat it up ....I have some tne that kept crashin I ended up tossing it ...but my test and othe gear didnt .....

Morning bro, hey if the knee is bothering you ride the bike at the gym...for me much better on the bad knee and I sweat a lot more honestly.

I'll give the bike a shot tomorrow. Gonna hit a karate class tonight. Think I'm going to wear the copper tone knee sleeve. I'm close to getting some hgh. I'm hopeful that it will heal up all these irritating injuries I have accumulated.

Goodmorning all. Hit a karate class last night. The big dude was there 290lb er. Asks me to stay over and spar. Ugg. Pride got in the way and of course I said yes. I actually dud pretty damn good against him. The added weight I've put on must of helped. Or maybe he was just tired. My cardio was horrible. I was out of breath within 5 minutes of class. Started with running and random burpees. Burpees have always kicked my butt.
Feel pretty good today. I'll hit the gym here in a few then might get a pic posted. Nothing spectacular to see. I don't even really see any gains. Looking at pictures from a year ago I see lots of progress though.

Going great fellas! Jumped right back into work full swing! Training is going good. Added in more cardio and still feeling strong. Makin gains slowly but surely. Able to hit legs a little harder. Knee is feeling good. Going to attempt a few light squats today. Wish me luck.

Lucked out my side job took about 35 minutes. Just some loose wires. Got in a great gym session. Light(very light) legs and shoulders. Still feeling the right knee a bit. Later after the sun went down I did a real light jog, not quite a mile but my knee held up nicely. Threw in some calisthenics when I got home, then hit some heavy bag. Feel pretty damn good today. Plan on hitting a karate class later tonight. Other than that it is my oldest sons birthday. 15! I am now starting to feel old. Lol love all my kids to death but he is all of our favorites. He is autistic and one of the nicest kids in the whole damn world. So we are taking him out to celebrate. Wants to do miniture golfing, go cart and the arcades. Have a great day fellas.

Definitely got the aches and pains part. Lol. Stretching and joint rotations right when I get up helps alot. Last night was a great karate style work out. I threw in some light dumbells and made it a little more like an mma work out. Lots of push ups and abs. Me and my son had a little competition on who could do the most reps on the ab roller. I won! Old guy still has it! Lol I imagine that I will feel it alot more than him today but it was alot of fun competing with him. Gotta get my butt to the gym today and hit an upper body routine.

Dropped a few pounds though. Could have been the extra weight. Still taking only test. In a week going to pull back to a cruise dose for a little while. Starting my hgh next week also. Just keep hammerim away broski .....ofcourse work and bills come first , but we usually can find alittle xtra time here or there to hit the gym :)
