Starting a new log for my 20 week lean bulk cycle. Running sust at 600mgs a week, deca 400mgs a week, mk677 25 mgs a day dbol 40 mgs a day split into two doses and adex .25mgs e3d (switching to aromasin shortly) also have 80 tabs of halotestin that I'll throw in a little later. For cardio days my good buddy DWBO gave me some GW 50 that I will be throwing in as well.
Doing a three day split to start.
Hit chest and tris Tuesday
Cables 20 18 16 reps
Pec deck Flys 18 16 12 reps
Dumbell inclines 12 10 8 reps*
3 sets dips 10 12 15 reps*
Everthing was medium to heavy weight ( for me anyways)
Rope extensions 15 12 10 reps
Superset with skull crushers 10 8 6 reps
Ended off with three sets of pushups 25 reps each.*

Wednesday hit back and bis
Lat pulldowns 18 16 14 reps
Superset with low cable rows 18 16 14 reps
Hammer strength rows 10 8 6 reps
Bent over straight bar rows 10 8 6 reps
Dumbell curls 14 12 10 reps
Cable curls 14 12 10 reps
Tried a few sets of smith machine curls 12 10 reps
Ended with a couple sets of pull ups 10 reps each

Thursday hit legs and shoulders
Cable presses 18 16 14 reps
Cable lateral raises 18 16 14 reps
Upright rows 10 8 6 reps
Squats 10 8 8 reps
Leg extensions 14 12 10 reps
Leg curls 10 10 10 reps
Had to be into work early so cut it short

Friday rest day. My body is feeling it! Plan to hit the gym again Saturday.

Shit your looking good I agree with the tipster ....:) you got your self a great head start based off those pics ......Im not the one to say anything much about guys cycles unless its harmful or ai's dose needs adjustment .....imo I would bump up deca to 500mgs shit even 600mgs to match test dose ...I personally find deca is much more affective 500mgs or above....unless your gyno sensitive then just leave dose alone haha ....again this is my opinion ....also I like your new thread and workouts are great keep hammering away brother ;)

Thanks bro. I'll up the deca and see how it goes. I appreciate any advice you have man. You guys have been at this far longer than me.

Worked my whole Saturday away. Got off of Graveyard and worked till 10:30 pm. Too tired to hit the gym. But I went Sunday and made up for it. Couldn't do another set safely. My tris were burnt.

No shit. Literally huh? Lol This is the first bottle I've ever used. A buddy from work gave it to me. Tastes pretty good with milk. I'll use it sparingly then.

I never even heard of it before he showed it to me. I traded some kratom for it. Lol must be dehydrated or something. I could see how it would back you up with the protein in it. Been looking at getting some digestive enzyme supplements to help with all the extra food I'm eating. You ever try them?

Headed out for back and bis when my wife gets back from the gym! So far my workouts have been going great. Steady improvement every session. Been along time since I put all my focus on just lifting. Feels great.

Goodmorning twisted. I do feel pretty damn good. My energy level is way better not doing so much cardio. Some of those classes really drain you. Hitting legs and shoulders today. Plan on upping the weight on my squats a little.

Cool man. Thanks. I have a long way to go to get to my goal but things are going in a good direction. Lots of monsters on here to keep me motivated. Check out rambos Or kubes. Both have similar frames than mine but just stacked with muscle. What they have done is what I am after.

Started with a warm up on the treadmill then hit the bike to get a good quad burn going.
Leg extensions 12 10 10 reps
Leg curls 12 10 10 reps
Squats 10 10 12 reps
Upright rows 10 10 10 reps
Cable shoulder presses 20 18 16 14 10 8 reps
Dumbell laterals 10 10 10 reps
Shoulders were burning pretty good by then so I called it a wrap. Muscles are starting to feel fuller. I'll throw up some pics friday to see if I'm making any gains.

Yea I'm feeling pretty motivated. Kinda nice to switch gears into lifting mode. I love martial arts but I was getting a little burnt-out. I'll be doing one class a week and maybe a few hours of teaching on Saturdays. Working with the kids is some cool times.

That looks like a great stack to add some size. I started my last cycle at 600 test and 400 deca but got excited and pushed the deca up to 600 too. I think you will love it. I tried the MK677 when I was on cycle but it bloated the f..k out of me so I dropped it. Running it now when I'm off cycle and it is great. Not sure why?
I'm not into orals yet, but i think with Dbol and Halo you are going to grow fast. Really looking forward to the final product in 20 weeks. Go Hard

No doubt. I have been drinking a protein shake two hours after falling asleep. Does it stay like that or kinda even out? I only ran it once before and had to stop because of shin pumps.

I bought Kratom from zippykratom.com and they don't ship to Indiana due to laws or whatever - so I had it shipped to my younger brother's house in Illinois and he is gonna ship it to me. So it should be here this week.

I did end up falling asleep around 1am...so I'm good...should it get any worse I'll have Kratom so I should be good to go.

I had trouble sleeping when I first went to graveyard shift. Nothing more frustrating than being exhausted and you can't fall asleep.

I used a hair dryer and pump to add to fluff it up a bit too... think ill invest in a photoshop program. save me on power bills and a sprained shoulder from pumping too hard!!!!

ive been doing a little tren research for you and john..sure it has low dose posistives..wats lost is its high dose power.. im guessing as the sides are tremendously hard to deal with.. so with theme in mind.. . may I suggest applying a principal I hold in high regards whilst knocking 100mg per day. actually a low range high dose..

ive been doing a little tren research for you and john..sure it has low dose posistives..wats lost is its high dose power.. im guessing as the sides are tremendously hard to deal with.. so with theme in mind.. . may I suggest applying a principal I hold in high regards whilst knocking 100mg per day. actually a low range high dose..

im gonna suggest you do your normal leg wo.. fill your diary in on all info you can....

and we aim for next leg day...which is in fact a two day leg wo...

the idea is.. do a body part, wat eva they may be. and last excersize is going to be squats on a smith machine.. 10 sets

none to failure.. bout two reps short...each set should be slightly different to stimulate most fibres... with me so far? every squat must be deep and controlled.
so normal stance, wide stance, sumo, legs out sideways. feet forward, you get the idea.. but not to failure..


so next day..the doms has not kicked in yet. and legs already a little taxed..
now we want the secondary fibres to jump in and help....

so we get onto a leg press.. with rubber bands on it.. google and purchase if you don't know or don't have.
we go all out, like really all out... 6 sets.. 3 of them drop sets....training partner required. personally I use my girl friend to sit on top of leg press. its a quick way to drop weight.. and much to look at than ya mates balls...
must be rubber band presses bro..it will hit fibres usually untouched...

I use knee straps as my knees fail b4 my quads..

excersize two
we go the squat rack.. set up a low bench..bout toilet seat height.. load up bar.. sit on bench... this is the starting position....power up from the seated position, no rest at top slow and controlled to slowly sit back down. you actually sit... its the expolsive power we trying to tap into which occurs with no momentum....think of the effort it takes to get out of a low chair without use of hands... four sets will do ya...
easy street from here....
two sets of leg extensions supersetted with sissy squats.. real sissys..so your on your toes and pointing mr happy to the sky... this will totally kill the outer sweep....

that's quads done... hammys get it easy here as in five days time they get the lime light....

ah cool.... we get legs next time... do your normal workout..as really the squats are needed the day before.... you get a double whammy leg wo... every leg muscle you have trained b4..will hate you... cause you just threw a bus at em.... now no cheating.. these principals are shared to you to b used together in this workout.. so don't do half of it tomorrow.. train as usual.. leave me the honour and hopefully glory of your upcoming work out.. your opinion of threashold of pain is of value to me.. im lab ratting you.. u are my test subject... in fact lab rat 4.. on this technique.. I adjust it on my results and fellow test subjects results..

Alright torcha Legs destroyed. I can now barely climb the stairs at work. Even got the front quads pumped. I started with treadmill to warm up my knees. Hit four sets of leg presses, two sets of sissy squats, three sets of straight bar squats, three leg presses three leg curls, and five sets of smith press calf raises. Definitely feel like I got a good leg work out.

Its fires so many extra fibres that usually get un worked......i would say eat big today...couple of normal work outs.. then lets hit another problem area u may have....the chest one is brutal.....same principals....perhaps day one back/ biceps in your normal style/ chest tickle. Then devastate the chest and triceps next day...

Curious does your mid back hurt at all?

I did bro. Tried them before. I have a spot on my left knee that feels like a burning hot pain and starting from the sitting position is just that spot. I'm fine if I go all the way past it. I can't do lunges for shit either. Damn old wore out knees.

Not mid back but lower back is getting back pumps. I'm hitting back/bis tomorrow I'll throw in some chest then kill chest/tris monday. It definitely does something to the deep muscle fibers.

Headed there shortly. We have no chains but I will match it with the same intensity. Sounds like a killer routine. Quads are doing good. Stretching helps a ton. They recovered pretty quickly. Overall my muscles are feeling nice and full. I'm hitting a karate class later tonight. See how my cardio holds up.

Man I absolutely destroyed chest. Did a little tris at the end.
Followed pretty close to torchas program. Other than I did a few sets of low weight high reps to get my shoulders good and warmed up. Didn't have a spotter so I started with smith press inclines. Two sets 15 reps to warm up. Slapped some weight on and hit 6 reps to failure, 8 reps then failed at 11 reps. Drop set I hit 8 reps 8reps then 4 reps.
Dumbells hit 3 sets 9 8 6 reps.
Dumbell flys two sets full stretch 10 8 reps
Chest was pumped as hell by now but still killed the cable flys. Ws able to hit 75lbs on each side. Pretty good for me. Three sets of 8 reps with push ups to failure
For tris I did rope push downs four sets of 12 10 8 8 reps last two sets was the whole stack. Felt really strong. Ended off with two sets of 15 rep dips.
Headed to karate in about an hour. Hopefully we don't do pushups all night. Lol

day 5 now on cycle.. never could get past 108kgs... well,its un charted territory atm. 108.6 today.. no bloat, only short esters in effect.. the test e is due to kick in anyday now.. drop the prop....keep on npp for another week, by then the bold will kick... so its a test/bold/lowish dose tren cycle till week 3.. if I live, 118 lean is on the cards for 6 week blast..but happy at 115.. never seen myself look like this..just look big. not a oral involved.. slin on almost every meal. weeks 4 to 6 change up and alterations based on feel. damn... its lot of fkn food thou.. so many eggs... 6 to 8 dozen a day...
only missing link is the unaffordable hgh. for now...

oh.. and as for no chains.. take some rope in and tie dumbells to barbell..so mid press they lift of the ground...really hit that top part of lift......

As far as injuries I have torn a rotator cuff(left arm) doing flat bench with no warm up. That's why I always do a few light sets the get it good and warmed up. My left knee has a bad spot in it. About halfway down. I'm good if I hit full squats. Lunges seem to hurt it the most. Sometimes the leg press gets it if I am at the wrong angle. My right elbow had an issue last year. Seems to be good now. Still keeping an eye on it. That's about it for injuries that affect my training.
As far as cycles go. I used sust 250 back in my twenties. Did a couple 10 week cycles. Later in my thirties I tried test c and tren a four different times. Around 10 week cycle as well. Messed around with about every prohormone they had on the marke for a few years. Made some decent gains. Short lived. Around 39 started trt. 250 mgs a week minimum since then. After about a year of hitting test blasts around 800mgs a week for 8 to 10 week blasts I threw in some deca at 500 mgs, tried a blast with eq at 800mgs but only went 10 weeks. Have since thrown in dbol, mast p, test p, npp, tne, mk677, anavar, gh50, and lots of bottles of test c and sust 350. Haven't tried hgh yet. Would love to run it permanently but not affordable as of yet.
I like the rope idea. I'll give it a shot if my gym allows it.

right.. so your a low doser, mid range cycler, with the usual issues most of us old fukas do... bit of a pattern there juice wise... the saying. do as u always have, ull get wat u always got....

wats your thoughts on dnp? your sensible enough to run it.
give me 7 weeks of your time. ill change the way you juice, and therefore grow from then on...

The idea of today's arms is a all out pump, followed by a stretch excersize... easy as!!!
Another shock technique.

I go a warm up of cable push downs, few sets, warm those elbows right up...nothing too strenuous.

My choice of the main triceps excersize is close grip decline bench on the smith machine.. hand grip bout a penis length apart.
If ya 12 inches. Half that!!!!!
3 wrm up sets...
then heavy, really heavy. Almost bench press weight...all out for 7 to 9 reps. Then triple drop set that bitch. Thats right 3 decreases in weight. Failing between 5 and 9 each time..
Your gonna need a rest. Bout 2 to 3 minutes... add weight to smith machine slightly and go again..

5 times round... so 5 sets in total. Each with a triple drop..
So far so good...
Overhead seated triceps dumbell extension....really really heavy.. if u can barely get it the starting point of excersize, you have the right weight... 9 to 12 reps...slow, deep stretch..every rep even deeper than the last..
Two sets that's it.. triceps blown up like balloons....now you have cushions for your biceps.

Same kids deal..but biceps needs more reps and time under tension than triceps.

Warm em up.. note elbows are already warm.
So can warm up on choose excersize. I like ezi curls.. instead of curling your wrist towards your biceps..almost let the weight hang on you fingers... got it?

5 sets....8 t0 12 reps. Same triple drops. But slightly higher rep range..
Bout now your reading going is that it? Which is actually amusing me as I write this. As its the opposite feeling your gonna have doing it..
Your gonna hate me...but it ain't over yet..
Stretch these now blood filled water balloons.

Goodmorning brothers. Starting to make some gains over here! Can't wait for flex Friday. Hopefully I see some improvements. I'm up to 175 This morning. Eating enough for two horses. Lol

Arms are pumped! Could barely hold on to the steering wheel on the drive home. Lol I will post up my workout later, tweaked it a little because of some wrist issues but I smoked them for sure. Best arm pump I've had in a long while. Could be the dbol and mk677 mix.

So I traded out the straight bar for the ez curl bar. Forgot to mention my wrists are shot as well. Really focused on the negatives and squeezed the curls at the top. I did add in a few sets of dips at the end.
